  I've recently updated my 15 "Macbook Pro (Late 2008) - processor: 2.53 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo - memory: 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 - graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 9400 M 256 MB for the Version OS X El Capitan 10.11.5

  Now when I open my Adobe Photoshop CS5 (including a part of the Master Collection) I get the error "an unexpected and unrecognizable error happened. Photoshop will leave now. »

  Creative suite Adobe CS 5 is a very old software so there may be compatibility issues that adobe has not tested these applications on newer operating systems.

  However, you can try downloading & installing the installer for Adobe creative suite CS 5 from following link:

  I tried to download the latest updates for Illustrator CS5 for months and I still get the following error message:

  I had Illustrator CS4 on an old windows machine and when I moved a Mac was told to upgrade to the version of Illustrator CS5 for Mac was not a big deal.  Well, it was a bit buggy for over a year and every time I try to get updates for it I get this above message.  I don't know if the two are related or not, but how can I just get my updates?

  I'm in CS5 Production Premium on Windows 7 64 bit and little more than a week there are photoshop was functioning normally. Recently, he has begun to opens does not and gave me the following error message:

  The only solution I could find was to completely erase my hard drive, which was late anyway.
