  Jodiesum43 it is likely that your company has a volume of Acrobat Standard license.  If you have been given access to this license then install files and serial number would be available at https://licensing.adobe.com/.

  The message you are referencing indicates that you are installing an upgrade version.  He is not able to find the old eligible version that you upgraded.  It is probably to provide a selection list and entry field where you can identify the older version and enter its serial number as proof that you are eligible to use the upgrade.

  2. Windows 10 boots and works very well - did not need to reinstall the o/s - but does not activate Windows 10

  Solutions?  Is there a way to solve this problem without reinstallation?   Something in the BIOS/EUFI requiring an update?
