CS5 Production Premium does not install on OS Lion

I bought CS5 Production Premium via drive several years when I had OS Snow Leopard on my MacBook Pro. I just upgraded to Lion finally & of course I need to reinstall my software, but it does not work. People ask me my serial number (which I have) on the insertion of the 1st drive & software started to install but stops after a few minutes with the message "the disc you entered is not readable by this computer"? What happens here? Help, please.

    Jeff, thank you.  I couldn't update any program in CS5.  It turned out that I had to do a 'update manual".  Not sure why it was different, but it worked.

    I have a desktop with Windows 7 and I was able to install CS5 Production Premium.  I finally updated to Windows 8 and 8.1.  I've also updated for Windows 10 as soon as it became widely available.  The suite CS5 has worked very well under all OS (including Windows 10).  I had problems with Windows OS 10 which were too difficult to analyze and was responsible for making a "Reset this PC" to do a clean install near Windows 10.  This forces me to install all my old applications.  I started first with CS5.  Most of the applications installed, but I had a number of errors [-0 fatal Error (s), 92 (s), 125 warning (s)].

    You must get through the following programs.  You should be able to select what programs get installed when you install the Suite, if you only want to Premiere Pro so make sure that it is the only one selected.

I had it working perfectly on my old computer until the old computer was broken.  First of all, I have install ed the cs5 Production Premium in my new computer it works ok, but when I using ILLUSTRATOR, I couldn't use the PATHFINDER, I is not alow me to do any merging or STA. or any other function.  So, I thought it would be I din't install properly, so I've not unhooked all the program and try to re - install, however, as I try to install it, there was a little window come up as I need to restart my computer, so I like the computer said so. After you restart the computer, and then try to install the program again, the sample window come up to ask me the same question. and I tried several times, always the same results. So now, I can not re - install the program at all.

    After the despair of no program to use for my project, the new idea came to my mind, I download the trial CS6 Adobe Web site ILLUSTRATION, but always thwarted the same problem while I was install the cs6, it asked me to restart my computer, so I pressed the buttun to ignore it. and here is the message on my computer

  • Install CS5 Production Premium 3 disc

    First of all, I always buy paper copies of my Adobe software.

    I prefer relying on disks sitting on the shelf instead of an installation file which is

    sitting on a download of Adobe server, somewhere, for a finite time interval.

    My self-inflicted problem:

    During a reinstallation of the Suite, I groped three disc and put a BIG dent in scraper

    in all of the data on the drive, making it only partially legible face.

    The end result is that the CS5 Suite will fail during the installation of Flash.

    All the other programs install and update properly.

    If you have reinstalled the OEM of Vista Business copy on the new hard drive, as Bill says you can't also use it in a virtual machine.

    You can only reuse your OEM of Vista professional copy if it is no longer used on the computer. Do you have what operating system installed on the new hard drive? It was an upgrade copy or complete the license?

    If you used a license to upgrade to another edition of Windows to replace your copy of company then Vista Business license is still in use (for upgrade) and you cannot reuse it in your virtual machine.

    However if you replaced Vista business with a copy of the full license of another edition then you are able to use the OEM copy in a virtual machine, but only on the same computer. You must use the product key from COA to the label on the computer. The product key is put in the copy OEM cannot find the SLIC table on the host motherboard. You must use the phone activation from within the virtual machine. Click on start in Vista Business and typing "slui 4. Do not meet the audio guests until it asks you if you want to speak to an agent. Explain that you have completely replaced the OEM copy with a copy of the full license of the new windows and now want to use the OEM copy in a virtual machine on the same computer. Agent will then give you the activation string. Remember that the virtual machine is not transferable to any other computer.

    A few days ago, I bought CS5 Production Premium. I have Photoshop CS5 installed and registered on my PC. However, after the installation of Production Premium I have Photoshop CS5, but not extended. I checked again on the page is Production Premium, and of course Photoshop Extended is listed under 'what's inside' near the bottom of the page. Photoshop do not uninstall before installing because I don't remember be said of just about anywhere.

    Just for fun, I started the installation again and stopped to watch the programs being installed. Photoshop CS5 (64 bit) is listed, not CS5 Extended. If I click on the icon Photoshop.exe which is in one of the Adobe folders (rather than by using the start menu, just to be sure), one in program files (x 86) for 32-bit applications and the other in the program files for 64-bit applications, I have always extended for each version.

    I also noticed that these Photoshop files modification dates are approaching my original installation date of Photoshop CS5. Nothing changed when I installed Production Premium package.

    Also, I've been sent four serial numbers (both are numeric only, the other two much longer and contain letters and numbers). However, during installation, only has ever penetrated. In addition to Photoshop, I only tried Premier Pro and After Effects, Illustrator, and they all seem good.

    What should I do to get work expanded?

    You are not required to install or use every part of the suite is happy to leave Photoshop Standard that you can use.

    If you want to Extended, then disable/delete-series and uninstall Photoshop Standard and install Photoshop Extended Media Suite.  If this does not work, then come back.  There are Adobe clean script that allows to erase the memories of the previous product more completely if uninstall does not work.
