• ID CS5.5 Mac - transparency printing problems custom size 13 x 21

  I try to print a screen printing positive transparency. The document is 13 x 21. I have a roll of 13 extended transparency which I cut a 21 "piece. I print on an EPSON 1400.

  I can not get the output to this szie file. It cuts the image within 8.5 x 11 limit each time.

  I have:

  -set a custom size in the print dialog box

  -Click on Page Setup in the print dialog box and set the custom size here, ignoring the warning to the subject it is not not printing ID dialog box

  -l' Preview in the dialog box will look perfectly oriented to the right size in the small tile

  -J' have tried everything I can think of to try to get in sync and correct output formats

  Wow! Sudden incidental finding on this incredibly frustrating issue.

  I had found information that the EPSON 1400 should be able to print 44 "long output by default. I was looking specifically for one to find people who had printed large and panoramic images and came across a photography website of the United Kingdom where a person mentioned that he had written a software that would allow this printer print beyond 44 ". That sounded a lot.

  BUT, the last post on the thread of a guy says how he was able to print up to 44 '' for an EPSON 1400 with ease. The solution, said, was that the WIDTH of the print in the page layout area must be LOWER at 13 ". Why? No explanation.

  So I reset my size custom at 12.5x21 inches and BAM! First attempt to InDesign printed successfully. I can work with the margin.

  Anyway, in the case that everyone runs into this problem, it works. Here is a link to the post of 2009 that mentions this as info about printing more than 44 ".

  The following MS KB article can help: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/298370 (this is probably the issue of the 'damaged registry key' rather than a problem of printer driver).

  Before you make changes to the registry, create a backup.  A good way to do that is to aid C:\WINDOWS\ERUNT (free).

  If the above does not help, post back with more information:

  • What version of Windows, including the service pack is installed?
  • What anti-virus application is installed and is its subscription and cannot not could sink?
  • What other anti-malware software is installed?
  • What happened just before the problem appears (for example, you install a printer driver updated, especially one that you have downloaded from Windows Update)?

• Cartridge Epson SX235w printer problem

  Just installed a printer Epson SX235W running on Windows 7 (64 bit). Printed only a few leaves so far and now PC thinks that the cartridges are all empty. The printer will run a test sheet and poster that there is no problem with the cartridges.

  Hello!

  My Canon MX310 connects well with El Capitan and I can print a test page. However, all programs (mail, QuickWord, preview) turns off when I try to print. I took the printer off and reloaded. Restarted several times. Downloaded all updates for all programs that are out there and not always no chance. Any ideas?

  Please launch the Console application in one of the following ways:

• Photoshop CS5 with Wacom Intuos 3 - problem

  I recently upgraded my PC and therefore reinstalled Adobe Design Standard CS5 and my Wacom Intuos 3. But on my first attempt to draw something, I realized that the pressure of the stylus is not always recognized correctly. So, I get a few lines with and without pressure:

  Make sure you have Photoshop installed updates.

  Then contact Wacom.  Photoshop uses only pressure information it receives from the wacom driver, and they sometimes have bugs like this.

• Bridge CS5 with CS4 files cache problem

  If I use Bridge CS4 on a directory, then open the directory even with Bridge CS5, bridge insist on rebuilding thumbnails and previews (as shown on the lower status line).    If I reopen it then the directory in Bridge CS4, it rebuilt again inches and previews - but only inches seem to be rebuilt.   Preferences in both versions of the bridge are "identical".  The bridge cache files are kept in directories of images.

  The construction of the cache seems to be pretty fast (faster than expected) - I don't know what, if anything, is being rebuilt.

  What is an operation expected?

  This poses some difficulties that I have 530 000 images (7 terabytes) on Bridge CS4 and the reconstruction of the files would literally take weeks to rebuild.

  Central cache built in Bridge CS4 allows not in Bridge CS5, as expected.  But there is a way to save a lot of time is the construction of a local cache in CS4, which will produce 2 hidden files '. BridgeCache «and» BridgeCacheT' in the same folder with your images.  After that when you open the folder in CS5, the thumbnails can get out of the local cache, which will be much faster to rebuild the cache.

  Have you installed the latest driver for the printer after have downloaded you from the Canon Website?

My internet is fine, however, my printer/scanner/copier wireless wouldn't work. So........ I uninstalled and installed using the new wireless 'name' to save it. It allows to copy, but not print from my computer. The computer recognizes it but it says it is offline connection and guard my documents in what. In addition, my Epson Stylus NX510 printer still displays a page with my ink level and tells me that it is printing this page appears but does not read my ink level and it says that my printer is ready to print. My wifi lite is on the printer...

  I have been using my Epson all-in-one for a couple of years.  Now my PC and laptop do not connect with her.  I get a message at startup saying that some drivers are not connected to, so I'm not sure if it's a problem or a printer problem.  Any ideas?

  I use PSE 9 with Windows XP and printer Epson 3880. I have re-installed all the programs/drivers a couple of times. Dialogue of PSE9 printer don't print choose "let Photoshop manage color".  He let me only print with "Let printer manage color."  I am using Epson papers.

  When I select 'Let Photoshop manage color', a box appears saying "ICC profile is no longer available" and it won't let me print.  Is it a problem of PES 9 or Epson problem?

  I used to have the Epson 2200 printer, then the Epson 3800 printer, and now I use the 3880 printer under Windows XP and Windows 7 on my laptop.

  When you uninstall the other 2 printers, color profiles are still in your program files and can be damaged.

  That's why, in PSE 9, when I checked the box let elements Photoshop manage colors, it woildn can't print and instead it was the pop-up box "ICC profile is no longer available" because he was trying to access the old paper profiles and not those who came with the 3880.   The solution was to go into the drive C, Program Files, System 32, spool, drivers, color, and opens to the ICC profiles used by the printer. Then I deleted the old paper profiles associated with my older printers.
