  I went to the help pages to learn how to access the tool "compare documents". It says to select Tools-> compare. However, my Tools menu doesn't have this tool. On the help page, there's a screenshot of the screen tools (with all the icons of tools). There are many more tools on the photo it than what I have in my menu of tools, including the files tool.   If you are still having the same issue, you must connect with different Adobe ID.
