• CC Dreamweaver code view, how to re-enable control SHIFT + arrow keys to select words?

  In previous versions of Dreamweaver (for Windows, but probably for other as well operating systems) and in just about any other text editor (except maybe for vi/m, but including the one I'm using to write this post now). I can select characters using SHIFT and arrow keys and select words by pressing shift-control more arrows. It seems that you now use shift - alt to select words. I don't want to have to cancel about 25 years usually just for Dreamweaver.

  Please say it is an easy adjustment that I can uncheck somewhere! Thank you!

  Cs6 Dreamweaver crashes when switching from design to live view

  I'll try later, but I think I may have found the problem. It seems that the cs6 dreamweaver made two files confquration on the same day, but only about 4 hours out. This does not seem normal to me.  Does anyone know why an expensive program like this would do that? Was it a mistake of the operator? I asked the woman who runs this program and she doesn't know anything about the configuration files. Here's what show folders > C:\Users\cyn\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS6\en_US\confiquration, configuration-1

  OK, it's the Dreamweaver design view only visual clue as to what your form tag surrounds himself. In other words, the red dashes will appear only in Dreamweaver and not in the browser.

  If you mean you want to apply other CSS styles to the form tags, and then select the form tag (perhaps by the tag at the bottom of the document window selector when you have your cursor in the form) and then make the changes in the CSS panel. In addition, you will need to tell more precisely what you mean by "control".

• Code view in Dreamweaver displays large empty spaces between the lines

  See attached image. Code view shows large differences between the lines. It is not an extra space. I can't remove it. As you can see in the picture if I select the code space is attached to the code. I'm sure that it is a very simple display option change, but I've looked everywhere. I've just upgraded to the latest version of the thought of DW which may help, but he always does. How can I get rid of the extra space?

  

  With highlighting the way in which it is, it seems to me that you may have a corrupt police.

  Go in Edition > Preferences > fonts > mode Code and switch to Source Code Pro (if this isn't the case) or something like courier so it is.

  If it is a corrupt police, the origin of the problem, which should dissipate it.

• CS6 Dreamweaver crashes when editing tables

  When I change a table in Design view of Dreamweaver CS6, it stops responding and hangs. I tried to restart my computer, restart Dreamweaver (obviously) and repeating the same process, but it hangs at the same exact spot. CS5.5 has never done something like this, in fact I've never met an accident and it was with InDesign CS5 a long time ago. It is not my computer, it is well above the required specifications for CS6. What will you is the cause? -_-

  I will carry on changing the bits of the table in the code view, at the moment, but it's just this annoying feeling to compensate for something new that is not working properly. Advice would be appreciated.

  I work with tables of data in CS6 recently and don't have not encountered any problems, so it's not a known bug.

  Often when things go wrong with Dreamweaver, it can refer to a corrupt cache file. Try the instructions to remove a corrupted cache.

  If it does not help, file a bug report using the form at https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform. Try to describe the situation in detail, which gives the steps to reproduce the problem.

  Is there a way to display the character column where the cursor was when in code view? And consider the size of the tabs (i.e., counts tabs as the number of characters)? I'm trying to make sure align various blocks of code in classic asp massively complex (and ugly) code...

  The current version of Dreamweaver does not display the column number. However, the media don't.

  In parentheses is a free, open-source editor created by Adobe. It was announced last year that consoles will be integrated in the next major release of Dreamweaver, and that a public beta would be released sometime this year. You can either wait that the public beta version (should be pretty quickly), or you can download media immediately.

  This option has been removed from the fluid grid Layouts.

  Best advice, do not use FGLayouts (inheritance) or if you do, you'll need to trick DW into thinking that they are normal layouts by adding an X to the CSS code available.

  Open CSS in Code view.  Do not in CSS designer panels.

  Well, I don't want to use entities for several good reasons. These reasons should not be the subject in this thread.

  When I turn on "Show hidden characters" U + 00 to 0 is shown as a "°" in light grey.

  U + 202F appears independent of "see hidden characters." It is presented as a small black square with a cross inside.

  The font that I use in the code view is 'Source Code Pro', but the choice has no effect on what I'm talking about.

  If a developer or something from adobe reads this thread. Please take my question as a desire to feature for future versions of DW.

  This is a quality characteristic, when different types of spaces are supported.

  Some of these spaces are very important for a typography exzellent.

  I'm sure that someone knows how special characters are handled in Dreamweaver, but if it is controlled by an editable file or hidden deep in the bowels of the software, only an Adobe engineer is likely to know.

  Public information on the integration of media in Dreamweaver are in this blog post from Dreamweaver: next generation of Dreamweaver: Adobe Dreamweaver Team Blog.

  I feel that the idea is to combine the best features of media with Dreamweaver. As the blog post suggests, there will be a public beta. When that happens, people will have the opportunity to say what they do and don't like. If enough people make the compelling case for X or Y, there is a chance it could be implemented (or maybe not).

  The screenshots, has explained the issue!

  It is present in previous versions of DW as well & only happens for PHP files. Nevertheless, I logged a bug for this.

  As a solution for the moment, you can simply activate and deactivate the option of film word in horizontal mode Code to get rid of the scroll bar.

• Derivative, in Design view, the selected code in Code view

  I'm a complete beginner to DW forgive so the obvious question likely. I loaded a full site template that was created outside of Dreamweaver to modify it to use it somewhere else.

  I want to be able to select pieces of code in code view, mainly < DIV > and highlighted in the design view, imagine the feature "Check system", but in reverse.

  Is this something that is already possible that I have not found?

• CS5 allows the historical sign in code view?

  I saw an old thread from last year (http://forums.adobe.com/message/1038491#1038491) where people have confirmed that the historical Panel is enabled in "creation mode" and it is disabled mode code «» I wonder if this feature has been changed in CS5. Does anyone know?

  The reason why I wonder is I'm trying to quickly create hotkeys to comment code (be / * /, or / /) and delete comments. I know there is a button available in the toolbar that will add a / * / comment, thus getting a keyboard shortcut for is not a big deal, but I would really like a way to delete comments which is faster than a right-click on a selection of text to bring up the context menu, go down to "selection >" and click on 'delete comment '. What I've read, it seems that the best way to make a keyboard shortcut for this would be to select text and do "Remove the comment" through the context menu, then create a macro/command using the history panel and finally assign a keyboard shortcut to this command. However, this does not seem possible because for me the history panel is disabled when I'm in mode code (in Dreamweaver 8).

  If anyone has a better solution to my real question, how to create a keyboard shortcut to remove code comments, I would be very grateful to hear it!

  The history panel is not enabled for Code view in CS5.

  And I don't have a suggestion easier or faster to know how to delete the other comments that clicking on the icon in toolbar mode Code.

  The dw.reloadCodeColoring () API call is used to update the XML file used to
  set the rules for Code coloring, but I think that he also updated the coloration
  all pages open.

  On Windows, create a page called something like
  Reload_Code_Coloring.html in this folder:

  C:\Documents and Settings\ [username] \Application Data\Adobe\Dreamweaver
  9\Configuration\Commands

  You will need to manually create the folder Commands. Open the page and

  safer a "Cup" of all of the content of you page, it is only one
  single entry and it's explicit.
