  There is nothing you can do. You misunderstand how it works. The tests only run once and that's it. Once you have exhausted your 30 days, there is no way to run a trial a second time on the same machine. You will need to buy the software if you want to continue using it.

  Make sure that ' processor graphics use' is checked in the Preferences-> Performance so that openGL works.

  You may be better of borrowing a person.  For OEM (preinstalled) you should contact the manufacturer of the computer.

  The 7z and exe must be in the same directory.  then click on the exe file.

  If you see the archive missing error message even once, your exe and 7z do not match or you have a download of archive incomplete.  (check the file names and sizes).

  If this isn't enough information so that you resolve the problem, validate the names of files (including extensions) and sizes.

  I am trying to download CS6 Master collection and my company gave me the serial numbers and the end user, but I was able to download DMG but cannot open it because I was asked to provide the user account. Whose account user, me or my company? What is the procedure to follow when you are the end user.

• CS6 Master Suite disks does not load inorder to installation

  I accepted agreements and my registered products. I have the CS6 Master Collection student and when I insert a disk, one of them, none will even to the point of prompting him to start the installation.

  ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  This is a MacBook Pro. When I put the disc in you can hear it start running, then it dies back down to nothing. There is never screen or error, etc. to come with management on what could be produced. My laptop is able to install that is for sure - I just installed my new suite - only seem to run into problems with the CS6. Please help and thanks in advance.

  On the MAC, go to the hard drive, open and run the... file DMG.

  Or you can try simply double click on the hard drive.

• Creating cloud vs CS6 Master Suite

  I just upgraded following master CS6 in September 2012.  I probably would have done screative cloud if I was better informed.  My question is the following: Acrobat has been upgraded in the months after my purchase, but I guess I don't get the upgrade unless I buy it now (looks like I should get a free upgrade because I bought CS6MS, just before that XI was announced, but I digress) because I've invested a lot in CS5 5.5, 6 suites in a short time to master, is a kind of breaking price for somebocy like me?  If I update to the creative cloud what happens to software that I have already purchased?  It becomes redundant? It looks like I will forfit KING on my copies of CS5.5 and CS6 MS?

  Basically, what is the motivation for me to go to creative cloud now that I have a few thousand in hard software - what is the best price I can move in creative cloud?

  I try to install the master CS6 Suite on a mac that has OS X Mountain Lion on it. I get an error message that the software cannot be verified, and he could be wrong. I bought the DVD from Adobe directly, and he seems to have the right paper work which means that it is a legal copy. I've been in touch with technical support and they try to help him, but it did not work. In addition, Adobe certified serial number so there is nothing wrong with it. Anyone else have any suggestions?

• Repeated requests for the CS6 Master Suite number on Win7

  Since the installation of CS6MS several weeks ago, I had to enter my serial number at least half a dozen times. I don't know why I keep getting asked for it.

  I have a MacBook Pro with Bootcamp, and half the time I run Win7 under Parallels, half native boot in Win7, if that matters. Regardless of the consequences of any other software but companys whatsoever.

  What gives any idea?

  Well whenever you switch between native and virtual software probably should revalidate its licence because Adobe defines as separate machines virtual platforms...

  You run your CS6 anywhere else?  If so, this would make a total of three systems and would explain to have to authenticate again your copy every time switched on the computer to dual-boot.

  I'm moving from Mac to PC platforms. I can't enter support where this is done. Phone calls are a joke, a promise to call back 12 or 45 minutes never happens. What you need in favor does not exist.   If you can install it, then I would. If this isn't the case, give to the person IT a 6-pack of their favorite beverage and had this were begging to install for you.

• I lost my educational serial number CS6 Master Suite, can I do it sent to me?

  I tried to contact customer support via the instant messaging service and even if I gave them my order number, date I ordered this name and any other information that I could find on the box itself (the number of barcodes, PN and another long number), I was told that I couldn't be helped because I didn't have the product number , which was on the same home that my serial number was on (did I mention that I couldn't find it?).

  I tried to call and was told the machine I'd be waiting for about 8 to 11 minutes, and I've not had anyone in 39 minutes.

  Is there someone I can send an email to get my serial number by email to me?

  Thank you, though.  I got this case finally solved.  I finally got someone on the phone and was able to give and get enough information to get what I need.  Personal thank you Adobe for a helping hand.

  I bought a copy of Adobe CS6 Master Collection download and wonder now if it is legitimate. It's instructions go like that.

  1. Download from mediafire.com, what is called "Adobe CS6 license PREACTIVATION.rar"
  2. Unzip and run "Adobe CS6 license PREACTIVATION.exe"
  3. Connect on Adobe.com and sign in with the user [email protected] ID and password included in the purchase
  4. Go to the product download CS6
  5. Download the two files for CS6
  6. Run the smaller of the two files to the collection facility
  7. When asked for a serial number enter "1325-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-3266" (of course the s 'x' were the numbers)
  8. A dialog box appears during installation with a links saying "click later and install CS6. Select it
  9. Complete the installation
  10. Start Photoshop
  11. A dialog box saying "Having problems connecting to the Internet" appears. Click the 'Generate the Code request' activation offline
  12. Take the generated application code and send it to an address of mail in Turkey.
  13. The address of e-mail in Turkey will respond with the response code that I could then get into Photoshop

  This is not legitimate or have I been scammed?

  I asked the Turkish user a few questions.

  1. Can it be installed on two computers which I think is common for such Adobe products? Answer: No.
  2. Assuming that the answer was Yes, should I use this method of response for each installation code? Answer: Yes
  3. Can CS6 be moved to a new computer in the future? Answer: Should use the method of response code
  4. After activation successful using the response code, Belarc Advisor scored a different serial number. Can I use this number and work around the stuff of response code? Answer: No.

  Nothing of what you describe seems legitimate to me... but I'm just another user like you (although I buy Adobe's Adobe products).
