• CS6 Master Suite download when having a key but no media

  I bought a license for CS6 suite parental thorugh my school. The instructions given by my school was to download the trial version and then activate it using the key. That was fine until the end of last week, when I had to reformat my laptop. I have no support for this software. It was bought the same 19/01/13 not 6 months. In any case, the trial for the continuation of master CS6 download is over. I read some of the forums and they route people to a website tool Prodesigns. I followed the instructions, without success. I have kepp on getting an access denied. I tried to do in both chrome and internet explore, but I have no chance.

  How can I download this software again?

  You will get an access denied error if you do not carefully follow the instructions very important on the prodesigntools page before you click on the download link.

  Most of the people seem to fall on steps 2 and 3.

  I just tried to download prodesigntools.com CS6 Master Collection and it worked fine for me in Chrome and Firefox.

• CS6 Master Suite disks does not load inorder to installation

  I accepted agreements and my registered products. I have the CS6 Master Collection student and when I insert a disk, one of them, none will even to the point of prompting him to start the installation.

  This is a MacBook Pro. When I put the disc in you can hear it start running, then it dies back down to nothing. There is never screen or error, etc. to come with management on what could be produced. My laptop is able to install that is for sure - I just installed my new suite - only seem to run into problems with the CS6. Please help and thanks in advance.

  On the MAC, go to the hard drive, open and run the... file DMG.

  Or you can try simply double click on the hard drive.

  I try to install the master CS6 Suite on a mac that has OS X Mountain Lion on it. I get an error message that the software cannot be verified, and he could be wrong. I bought the DVD from Adobe directly, and he seems to have the right paper work which means that it is a legal copy. • Repeated requests for the CS6 Master Suite number on Win7

  Since the installation of CS6MS several weeks ago, I had to enter my serial number at least half a dozen times. I don't know why I keep getting asked for it.

  I have a MacBook Pro with Bootcamp, and half the time I run Win7 under Parallels, half native boot in Win7, if that matters. Regardless of the consequences of any other software but companys whatsoever.

  Well whenever you switch between native and virtual software probably should revalidate its licence because Adobe defines as separate machines virtual platforms...

  You run your CS6 anywhere else?  If so, this would make a total of three systems and would explain to have to authenticate again your copy every time switched on the computer to dual-boot.

• I lost my educational serial number CS6 Master Suite, can I do it sent to me?

  I tried to contact customer support via the instant messaging service and even if I gave them my order number, date I ordered this name and any other information that I could find on the box itself (the number of barcodes, PN and another long number), I was told that I couldn't be helped because I didn't have the product number , which was on the same home that my serial number was on (did I mention that I couldn't find it?).

  I tried to call and was told the machine I'd be waiting for about 8 to 11 minutes, and I've not had anyone in 39 minutes.

  Yes.  This was the first place I had checked.

  Thank you, though.  I got this case finally solved.  I finally got someone on the phone and was able to give and get enough information to get what I need.  Personal thank you Adobe for a helping hand.

• Cannot complete installation of CS6 Master Collection on Mac OSX 10.7.4

  I'm trying to install the trial version of CS6 master suite. But can't do it on my Mac Pro running lion 8 strands 10.7.4.

  Here's the story. I downloaded the installer copied on my mac pro (which is not connected to the internet). I started installation, which crossed the largest part of the installation, but then stalled when he got 99% (installation of InDesign Common Language file I think has what the installer says that it was at the time), it's a 1 min ETA... but alas it stayed like that for about an hour! I was working on other things at the same time on another machine, so I thought I'd let it be and see what happens, but nothing is passed, then... I force quit the installation program. Restarted. I then tried to restart the Setup program.   I tried to reboot and reinstall twice already, with always the same result

  All applications are there on my system, I see them all in the app, but none work, AAM will appear in the dock, bounces a few times and then just stops responding.

  I repaired permissions and disk just before the installation...

  I deleted all my system CS6 and restarted, install less apps this time and exactly the same problem occurred.

  I contacted the support Adobe cat twice already, but they have proved completely useless unfortunately, giving a generic solution that I made, but nothing has changed. create a new account admin, repair permissions, etc.

  Maybe I'm in the island, I'm not the only person who has experienced this problem, and that someone could find a solution to this...
