• Problem installing Photoshop CS6 after computer crash.

  I bought the CS6 extended in 2012 and have been using it regularly.  Then, in the month of August, I had to reinstall after a computer crash.  For the last 30 days, when you use the softward. I was doing a popup that asks for my serial number, then it says serial number is good, but there is no such software in my computer.  Then a popup is offered which tells me to choose the appropriate program.  Photoshop CS6 is one of the choices, but not Photoshop CS6 extended.  The "test" of 30 days has expired, and now I'm locked out of Photoshop CS6 extended.

  I searched high and low on the forums but cannot find a solution.

  Can someone please help with this?  Photoshop is one of my most used tools.

  Hi I got recently to clear my computer just because it has crashed and erased all of my computer. I always have my backup of my adobe Creative Suite CS6 on my time machine upwards. Is it possible to re - install this on my my computer without making a full time machine backup? I avoid doing this because I already did and my computer won't go to EL CAPTAIN if I do it this way. Help!

  Call support to reset the activations. They who do it all the time. Have the ready serioals and be near your computer so you can produce the verification code, if requested.

  It is recommended to disable the software before uninstalling is something else, it will increase the number of activations.

  You can access this option by launching one of the CS6 software then go to the 'Help' menu and select 'disable '.

  After deactivation, you can go ahead and uninstall the software.

  You can install and activate the perpetual software (purchased) two computers of the same type (mac or pc), as long as you use it on one at a time.

  To load the software on another computer, download and install it as you did on the first computer. Then enter your serial number to activate it.

  I have a client who is willing to burn me a DVD of their marriage, and I wanted to use again. However, I noticed that he was not a part of the cloud creative and discovered that it's included with Premiere Pro CS6. I had it installed on my computer, but has not yet had for some reason any. So I uninstalled Premiere Pro CS6 my computer, just to see if I would get the opportunity to install even if I reinstalled Premiere Pro CS6. But now, when I look into the creative cloud app, I can not even find Premiere Pro CS6 to install. I looked under the tabs 'Previous Version' so much 'find additional Apps', and it is not found. I will not be able to install more the Premiere Pro CS6 on my computer? Any help I can get would be appreciated, since I still have some projects I used CS6 with.

  I forgot to turn off the product of Creative Suite cs6 my computer before formatting the whole system. I was able to reinstall the product, but I intend to install it on my second computer and I fear that if it is not possible. So, it is possible to disable the product later? I guess that I am only allowed to install the product on two computers.

  You must contact the Adobe Support via chat when they are available and ask them to reset your activations.  Do not ask for something else, or they will send you on these forums where no one can help with this.  Cat isn't usually busy on weekends.

• Photoshop CS6 will create not instant and other issues

  Recently, I had to update my computer and now works on Win10 (as 7) with the suite CS6. Just put the programs yesterday and noticed a few immediate problems. Two main issues I'm need a fix for and impossible to find on most of the files, I cannot choose to 'Save For Web'... "and now I know why. and when you use the Shift + Alt + Ctrl + E keyboard shortcut to generate a merged snapshot of layer in the layers panel, the shortcut doesn't do anything. I can create snapshots of history in the history panel, but that's all.

  I have checked the forums and help sections, etc.. The option "Merge a copy of all visible layers into target layer" is not available in my program for any reason any. I included a screencap of the relevant section of the default hotkeys for PS (from the photoshop reference guide) compared to what is in my program settings. I also checked to make sure that this control is not just 'hidden' - it is just not there.
  There may be other problems that arise, but for now, that's what I have. Can't find the answers elsewhere... I hope that someone else has had this problem and knows a good solution for it. I hope that this is just a step somewhere it's simple and I've simply forgotten... Thanks in advance.

  Unfortunately, CS6 is no longer supported and is not recommended with Windows 10. There are several posts on things, people have tried with CS6, but most of them seem to be hit or miss at best. Many users have downgraded Win 8 to continue using the CS6.
