  I assumed that you had already checked with all the possible Adobe ID.

  If you don't remember Adobe ID, check with all possible Email ID, if you can get a proof of purchase, you can retrieve the serial number.

  I'm about to reinstall my suite Adobe Production Premium CS6 due the fault of hardware corrupt dynamic link server. I already did once, but my question this time: will be the return of the key code used when I try to install it? I have to disable the package prior to relocation? Or can I reinstall and don't enter the key again no problem?

  If the software is always installed and then accessible before you uninstall you should disable (open an application and choose Help-> Deactivate).  Otherwise, contact Adobe technical support via chat and ask them to reset your activations.  You have normally two activations at your disposal, but it is better to not waste a case where you want or need it to another machine.

• Upgrade Photoshop CS6 reinstall fail

  On the Windows Vista service pack 2 machine.

  I have successfully installed the Photoshop CS6 upgrade on my computer and it is running.  Two days later, I was hit by the virus of moeypack of FBI and had to do a system restore and headed Mallwarebytes to get rid of it.  The system restore point was right before I installed CS6, and after the restoration, CS6 had disappeared.   I tried to reinstall CS6 and now the installation program fails.  I ran Adobe Support Advisor and it sees no problems.   I ran choosing tool cleaner for Adobe creative suite CS6 and it did not help.  Photoshop CS5 is still on my computer and it still works OK.  I'm at a loss what to try next.

  Fixed!  by another post I downloaded and re-installed Adobe Application Manager, he ran and then tried to reinstall CS6 and it loaded and runs.

  I have a computer with InDesign CS6 installed and I will be performing a clean install of Windows 10. I used a key Locator to find the key and spoke with a conversation agent who told me it was a beta key.

  (2) I'll be able to use this key for the installation of InDesign CS6 after completing the clean install of Windows 10?

  Series a beta version is valid only during the beta and is not valid after several years. You must purchase your own license. I wonder if the Version worked so long after the liberation, normally, it stops to work when a product reaches the market.

  I'm reposting a question hoping for an answer. I installed Win8.1 on separate disk but can't CS6 reinstall - produced message is not eligible. Representative of cat initially suggested giving new serial numbers but then said just start computer win7 and use there, and end of chat session. I have not had the same problem with elements reinstall and would like to be able to use CS6 via Win8.1. Any other ideas?

  When you install the cs6 upgrade you will be asked your cs6 serial number and then, because there is no eligible upgrade found on this disc, you will be asked for the older serial number (product qualification).  give the correct number at the right time.

  To install the update to Photoshop:

  1. disable any antivirus software.

  2. check that the folder on your hard drive containing Photoshop is named "Adobe Photoshop CS6."

  3. double-click on the "AdobePatchInstaller" application If the update indicates that it does not find the application to update, uninstall Photoshop CS6, reinstall the application (using the default name of the folder "Adobe Photoshop CS6") and then run the update.

  I purscahed PShop CS6 Upgrade a few days there is a update for the full CS4 Extended (which has been updated CS5 last year).  I installed CS6 as an upgrade to the CS5 installed and registered.

  Bridge CS6 or Photoshop CS6 read Canon Cr2 raw files, and start "On Photoshop" display my purchased CS6 is a beta version.
