  A few years ago, I bought a Suite CS5 (Mac), which includes Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro. It worked fine until I recently did a new install of OS X El Capitan. The problem looks exactly like this post: Acrobat Pro 9 reinstall question (OSX 10.10.3)

  Unfortunately, Adobe has not given an answer on how to resolve this issue, that's why I'm reposting this again (as it is the only way to get in touch). I do not understand that the product is old enough, but in any case, I should be able to use it – I'm not updates, bugfixes etc. Other applications such as Photoshop CS5 work correctly. Why not Acrobat?

  Acrobat 9 is not compatible with Mac OS 10.5 above, please make sure that you use the application on a platform compatible Adobe Acrobat required configuration.

  In an incompatible environment request may or may not work.

  I'm about to reinstall my suite Adobe Production Premium CS6 due the fault of hardware corrupt dynamic link server. I already did once, but my question this time: will be the return of the key code used when I try to install it? I have to disable the package prior to relocation? Or can I reinstall and don't enter the key again no problem?

  If the software is always installed and then accessible before you uninstall you should disable (open an application and choose Help-> Deactivate).  Otherwise, contact Adobe technical support via chat and ask them to reset your activations.  You have normally two activations at your disposal, but it is better to not waste a case where you want or need it to another machine.

  I have a pc Compaq Presario 6000 and a HP all-in-one Officejet 7310.

  I'm trying to uninstall - reinstall.

  I uninstalled "add and remove programs" but folders in my c:\Program files\ relating to Imaging HP\digital and many other things

  I also in the registry, files that are HP

  Can someone tell me if any of these files are associated with the my Compaq computer? (now owned by HP) and which are safe to delete in c:\program files and the registry (run - regedit)

  Really appreciate any help you can give to help me identify what I can safely remove.

  I had problems trying to install the software after my computer has been reformatted (windows xp)

  Whenever I tried to install it... it would disappear... so always tried to install.  The icon of the HP Director that allows to install desktop scanning, printing, fax, program choices don't copy never installed.  Although I was able to print from the computer, I wasn't able to scan to it.  I was able to scan to my Mac pro laptop computer wireless... but not for the PC that was attached to the printer via ethernet... Tower...

  First, run the cleaning utility file and then use the registry cleaner by selecting in the icon on the left.  Click scan for issue and when the analysis is complete, click on fix selected issues, save when you are prompted, and then delete them.  Repeat this process until no questions are.

  Just as an additional note, I always found the free version of Revo Uninstaller to be very good.

• InDesign CS6 reinstall with beta key

  Hello

  I have a computer with InDesign CS6 installed and I will be performing a clean install of Windows 10. I used a key Locator to find the key and spoke with a conversation agent who told me it was a beta key.

  My questions are:

  (1) where to find the InDesign CS6 installer that works with this key?

  (2) I'll be able to use this key for the installation of InDesign CS6 after completing the clean install of Windows 10?

  Series a beta version is valid only during the beta and is not valid after several years. You must purchase your own license. I wonder if the Version worked so long after the liberation, normally, it stops to work when a product reaches the market.

  I had a Photoshop CS6 (updated for CS4) on a Win7 desktop. During the upgrade to Win7 for Win10 all failed and was lost. EU to clean reinstall Win7, upgraded to Win10. Downloaded Photoshop_CS6_13_0_1_3_upd.zip.

  Execution of AdobePatchInstaller.exe asks for Adobe Application Manager.

  By clicking on "Upload a new copy" fails replied "sorry, the page is not available.

  So, this may be a silly question.  Photoshop CS6 does not come with the original download creative cloud for $9.99 per month correct? Must buy separately?

  CS6 isn't a commodity is. You purchase an activation code to make it work. CC of Photoshop is the new Photoshop and a subscription; pay the tax, or it will cease to work...

• Upgrade Photoshop CS6 reinstall fail

  On the Windows Vista service pack 2 machine.

  I have successfully installed the Photoshop CS6 upgrade on my computer and it is running.  Two days later, I was hit by the virus of moeypack of FBI and had to do a system restore and headed Mallwarebytes to get rid of it.  The system restore point was right before I installed CS6, and after the restoration, CS6 had disappeared.   I tried to reinstall CS6 and now the installation program fails.  I ran Adobe Support Advisor and it sees no problems.   I ran choosing tool cleaner for Adobe creative suite CS6 and it did not help.  Photoshop CS5 is still on my computer and it still works OK.  I'm at a loss what to try next.

  Fixed!  by another post I downloaded and re-installed Adobe Application Manager, he ran and then tried to reinstall CS6 and it loaded and runs.

  Romsinha, I need to search through CS6 and Vista, I have a few friends who have used in machines Vista CS6.  Thanks for the response and if I have no problem in Vista, I'll post it here.

• Canon T3i metadata in PS CS6 ex question

  Question of Canon T3i metadata:

  The photo was taken in Photoshop CS3, the metadata of each photo displays the time in the second. But in Photoshop CS6 EX (cloud creative) data show the minute that the photo was taken. I need the timing to the second.  Is there a setting for this?

  In Mac OS: Click the date and time in the menu. Then go to 'open language and text... '. "in the box. Then click on the 'Region '.   Click
  Times' and customize the settings for your own needs.

  Then adds more precise time Canon RAW exif data.

  Uninstall does not affect user data or configuration data, so it is safe to proceed, at least on the part.

  You should have used the recovery disks that you created when you received first the computer to reinstall the operating system.

  It is the only way to get the ASUS installed programs.

  Contact ASUS support, they may be able to provide the recovery disks.

  Disconnect all non-essential devices you have attached to the system.

  Click Install now

  Accept the license agreement

  When the option is displayed to select a type of installation, click (Custom advanced)

  Try to make a custom with the Windows 7 DVD installation:

  Boot from the Windows 7 DVD

  Click Install now

  Select the disk partition where you want to install Windows 7 click Next.

  You will receive the following warning:

  The partition you have selected may contain files from a previous Installation of Windows. If so, these files and folders will be moved to a folder named Windows.old. You will be able to access the information in Windows.old, but you will be able to use your previous version of Windows.

  (At all costs, do NOT click on anything in Format, deletion or Partition name.) So even do a custom installation, your personal files are still kept. Click OK

  The installation program will now begin installation. During installation, your computer will be restarted several times.

  Once the installation is complete, you can complete the Out of Box experience as the choice of your laptop, create a username, password, your time zone. You can then proceed to download the latest updates for Windows and reinstall your applications and drivers.

  You can then retrieve your personal files from the Windows.old folder and reinstall all of your applications and drivers.

  I have an old copy of Photoshop CS2 which I am trying to reinstall.  I have the serial number recorded in my adobe account, but my physicalcopy is unable to contact the server to activate.  I tried to download the program directly from Adobe, but the downloaded version does not recognize my series.  What else can I do to activate Photoshop CS2?

  I thought about it.  I'm a fool.  I tried to install the full creative Suite.  I've only ever owned of Photoshop.  Thanks for putting up with me.
