CS6 Sierra?

Hello, hearing CS6 run Sierra as well? Thank you!

Well, I found someone who has used successfully CS6 on Sierra with MacPro, MacBook Pro and MacBook Air.  No problem at all with the hearing itself but he warned that you should check with the manufacturer of the audio interface you because at least some new drivers must work with Sierra.

I hope this helps.

  • Adobe CS6 + apps Apple Mac OS Sierra and Fontmanaging

    Hello

Recently updated my OS from Yosemite to Sierra.

My Creative Suite (InDesign, PhotoShop and Illustrator) 6 seems to running on the operating system of Sierra.

But my Fusion3 Extensis font manager does not work.

I asked with Extensis and they can offer some Fusion7.

7 merger is compatible with the Sierra and CC, but not with CS6.

Spanning CC is not an option. I do not use the applications frequently, so it is expensive.

    Can someone help me?

How can I solve the problem of font management?

    Thank you

    Henri

I asked directly at Extensis. They say that the combination does not work.

In fact, I use a trial version of FontExplorer X Pro 6.

So far, it works perfectly. Very professional.

  • Cannot install on MAC Sierra CS6

I looked everywhere to understand why I can't get CS6 software installed on the Adobe site. The error msg is "impossible opening installation app. You must eject disk image. "The question mark about the error message says that the certificate for the app have been revoked, but the search for this problem did not something useful. I have creative cloud, installed, and tried to install from there, but they don't list even creating Design Standard Suite available for download. I hope you can help!

OK so I'm not sure Barbls5280.  Several people, including myself, were able to install CS6 using the steps listed in the install Creative Suite on Mac OS 10.12 (Sierra)..    He shouldn't even be necessary to use the Terminal.

Maybe a clean install of Mac OS 10.12 and 10.11.6 and then reinstalling Creative Suite 6?

    1. Make a right click (or Ctrl-click) the Setup program, and then choose view the contents of the package.

  • What is Dreamweaver CS6 work under MacOS Sierra?

For the people of Adobe, read this: 10 years ago, I bought Macromedia Studio which included Dreamweaver. After that, I upgraded to the CS6

Now, I am in terms of photography.

I love Dreamweaver and I use it a few times a month. I'm not a professional. In any case I use it enough to pay €24,-/ month for a subscription of the CC of Adobe.

El Capitan CS6 Dreamweaver OSX works pretty well. Image-icons are missing in the file browser.

But very soon MacOS Sierra is coming (in about 1 week?) And now, I've read there is a compatibility issue with Dreamweaver CS6.

macOS Sierra 10.12: compatible Apps | MacRumors Forums

I would like to know if there are users of DW CS6 who has already experienced this problem...

Maybe it will be fixed with the final version of the Sierra. But maybe not. And it will mean the end of me to be able to use Dreamweaver. :-(

I bought CS6 4 years. I think it is absurd that it becomes unusable so early.

CS6 released in 2012 is now 8 versions behind the current CC 2015.3.  And it is not certified to run on the operating systems Windows 7 or OS x 10.7.  If it works on El Capitan, great!  You can continue to use it for another 3-4 years.  Just do not upgrade to Sierra until you're ready to raise a creative level Cloud.

  • 9.0 schedule search in macOS Sierra

I ve made just the switch to macOS Sierra on my 2014 27 "iMac and not only love him but they were"lucky"so far: everything (apart from a few little niggles in Photoshop CS6) works well. But in the calendar, I have several entries and events dating back to the 1990s that I still sometimes have to find. But rummaging through the won´t calendar show anything more than 1 year away, which is very frustrating! Someone knows how to help me, or is this a limitation of the I´ll calendar just to live with? I like using Mac calendar for its simplicity, clean up the GUI and the perfectly in-sync with my iPhone and Don t want to use a third-party program such as Fantastical or BusyCal. EtreCheck shows no problem and performance "excellent".  Thank you very much for any help offered!

You need to re-index your Spotlight cache files. Some users have had to re-index the calendar items. However, before you start trying to bugs, if your calendars are synchronized, you can try to remove the addition. System Preferences > iCloud, clear the calendar check box, and then add it again. Give it time to delete files.

Check first under the Privacy tab in Spotlight. If the boot volume, or any volume where your data resides is listed, remove the. Spotlight will begin immediately the amount of indexing. Check back later and you should be able to find the items in Spotlight.

HOW DO I RE-INDEX YOUR SPOTLIGHT CACHE FILES

In the Apple menu, choose System Preferences.

    * Click on the projector.

Make this mail and Messages is enabled on the results tab of research.

    * Click on the Privacy tab.

    * Drag your player to the list. Wait a few minutes.

    * Remove the item you added.

    * Projector will be re - index the content of the element that you initially dragged to the list.

Probably not necessary, but I would immediately leave the Terminal and restart your Mac.

    SUMMARY:

Depending on your Mac and the contents of his hard drive, the re-indexing may take several hours. This night is a good option if you have a large drive.

Open the activity monitor in Applications/Utilities and type md in the search filter. You should see several mdworker who are active processes.

Until this process is complete, Spotlight will not know the contents of your discs and will not send mail.

  • InDesign CS5 will work with MacOS Sierra?

Has anyone tried to see if InDesign CS5 will work with MacOS Sierra? I have creative cloud and CS5 on my machine, but due to some of the things that I have to work that only work with CS5 to CS6 I have to keep my old software. I hesitate to upgrade to Sierra until I know if InDesign CS5 will work or not.

If anyone has tested this, I would be recognizing the return flow, thank you.

It really depends what you do with it, and a large part of the framework has changes in the operating system for how the application is designed to run in. Your workflow can cause problems when the application works for others or you might be able to use it, but keep in mind has more no support for CS5 Adobe or Apple, so do not expect to solve any problems that you can discover.

  • Why my iMac 27 "slows down with Sierra?

I'm running an iMac 27 "(fin 2012) with 32 GB of RAM drive and 3 TB of fusion." Before loading to Sierra, Adobe InDesign CS6 launched and ran fast as most of the data have been stored in the partition of the flash player. After the installation of Sierra, I noticed the app stops or slows down when I click on the items in the Panel and I get the spinning wheel. Is it because Sierra sends data to Cloud Drive when I'm online, or is something else operating here? It is most annoying. I'll try to clear the caches etc. but I don't know what is happening.

    Photoshop CS6 seems OK.

I always forget to 'CONTROL THE FONTS'. I use FontExplorer Pro to make sure that I only have the necessary fonts to work. I forgot to re - organize my fonts folders for system font numbers are reduced to the minimum and FontExplorer only loads the necessary fonts. I will do this job very long, but I don't know that it will solve one of the main problems. • Still is not supported under macOS Sierra!

    Hey,.

I am trying to import goods of PrPro in CS5.5 Encore and also tried CS6, but I always get this message:

    Screen Shot 2016-10-07 at 9.44.14 PM.png

And this happened right after that I improve my system to macOS Sierra.

Any suggestion? I appreciate your help.

Yes, I meant dynamic link. and I found it is that prpro CC doesn't support dynamic link to Encore CS6.

Premiere Pro CC are not dynamic links

So, I followed the steps described in the link above or just go back with PrPro CS5.5/CS6 or maybe just use Final Cut Pro?

So bad that Adobe do not support its expensive products.

  • Strange font in Illustrator CS6 format save as box?

    Hi guys

Recently I had to replace my drive hard so today, I was reinstalling the software.

The hard drive has been replaced by Apple which has also updated my IOS to Sierra.

Since then, I have reinstalled suite design CS6 and in Illustrator I noticed my fonts within the area of the promotion of Illustrator are different, and in some cases they are not!

    I have attached a screenshot.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled CS6, but it has not fixed the problem.

    Is this a compatibility issue?

    Thanks for any help!

    Font issue.jpg

Thanks for your help guys - this is certainly a problem of compatibility with CS6 and Sierra - reinstalled CS6, but it has not fixed the problem. Then I reinstalled El Capitan and the question is no longer there. Looks like it's the end of the line for updates to Mac OS and CS6 - always very satisfied with how it works on El Capitan, so no need to upgrade the software immediately!
