  I am the owner of CS6 Web Premium.  I lost Acrobat Pro and cannot re - load.  The problem was caused by the company license agreement between Adobe and my company.  The COMPUTER software company tried to upgrade my Acrobat Pro XI and since then it does not work I can not open the Acrobat application or open any PDF from my office.  The creative cloud app will not be day or upgraded my version of Acrobat as noted earlier versions must be removed.  However, I can't remove all traces of Acrobat (old version) through normal Windows uninstall process.  I believe that the recommendation of the Adobes is that I disable and remove applications CS6, and then re - load them all.  I'm willing to do that, but now, but I ask a confirmation that it is the best way forward?

• Activation error - CS6 Web Premium

  I can't get CS6 Web Premium to activate with the correct identification number with Windows 10.  I get an error telling me that the serial number is valid, but not for this software. It then asks me to choose another product and add a different serial number.  I can't because I don't have of the affected products or a serial number that will work for these packages.

  Thanks for the bombing to help.  However, since the cat from Adobe, the Customer Service Representative was to allow to the part of the customer of the activation popup support and fix it themselves.  In this scenario, I provided the code to support and then, they provided a separate support code that I copied in the support dialog box.

  They checked the serial number that I used was correct and it was not an upgrade, there was nothing else I could do on my side.  In the window of my account on adobe.com, it lists the purchase of the CS6 Web Premium product as well as the details of the purchase and the serial number, I did.  I downloaded and installed the version that has been provided with the download of the product on the same page.  When cut and pasted serial number was placed in the right place, I got the answer of it being an upgrade which was not and to choose another product and enter this serial number. I have had no other products or serial numbers that I could replace.  I have to add that it was an installation of Windows 10.

  Hi all, new to the forum and I am really not happy with adobe right now. Any help would be appreciated. I work for a non-profit and we do not use the last and best of the CS line (current only cs6). CS6 is a lot for our needs.

  So I had to to open some pdf documents this morning and when I tried to open the first acrobat x pro open for me, and then shortly after it closes automatically. When I went to re - open, acrobat simply refused to open. I recently migrated my web premium CS6 license to a new PC that has been previously disabled old the old machine and activated on my machine today, new. CS6 installing on my new machine was working fine until today.

  I followed the process on the second and applied the patch. It doesn't seem to help as acrobat always refused to open. So I thought I would try to repair the installation. Once completed, I tried it. He opened, but now it asks for activation. So I try with my existing serial number and nothing. My hunch is that during the repair process he realizes is no longer my current PC has been the active setup for serial number. Now I'm SOL unless I buy a new set, which I did NOT do as this was caused by a buggy application and no fault of mine. Moreover, when I contacted adobe support they say the software is too old and they no longer support it.

  Thank you John for help. I had to contact support chat to get my problem solved. I should also mention, I would have contacted them earlier if I'd known that google chrome does not play well with the chat button to throw the cat. Once I have used IE I was able to enter the chat and ask them to do their thing for me to reactivate the CS6 Web & Design Premium.

  I am understand that it will cost me about $750 to upgrade to CS5 Web Premium CS6?  Initially, I thought that for some reason that the CS6 upgrade would go only me $375 (quite a difference)...  I'm really looking forward to the upgrade but my cheque book can not handle the $750 at the moment...  Nobody knows when the output of the CS6 will be so I can start saving even more to get the CS6 version?

  If you are always on CS5 buy upgrade to CS5.5 now and get the free CS6 when it is delivered.

  If you go to CS5 Web Premium CS5.5 Web Premium you will get CS6 Design and Web Premium.

  And Yes, it's much cheaper that way.

  I bought Creative Suite Web Premium this summer before the creative cloud became mandatory. I used After Effects on Friday, November 14, 13 for several hours and it was quite good, but when I tried to open it last night, 18/11/13 he put me an end to my free trial version and I need the software under license.   Your license allows you to have the software enabled on both machines at any time.  If you need to have on another you would need to disable one of the two machines before you activate the new installation.

  And I would add that CS6 has reached the end of life. It will be never updated for compatibility El Capitan.

  If you are not ready to move to the creative Cloud then do not move to El Capitan or Sierra.

  CS6 is hardly sold and is barely supported (or even at all). It's getting rather old at this point. However, you can still buy it. You just call Adobe to do this. This is the official Adobe page on it.
