  Solid information are very difficult to find that the white list is now history, and HP does not now and has never been very next. We at the Forum dealt with him for years and the best we can say:

  1. the list of "dismal" in the manual is the whitelist, sorry to say and the list you will get. You can be 100% sure that settle a part HP copies numbered from one of these cards, the machine will start. Sometimes we had evidence of exceptions to this rule but not very often and not in any pattern it has been possible to understand.

  2 BIOS updates from HP do not expand the white list.

• 64-bit Firefox developer will not allow silverlight for installation

  Silverlight will not appear in the extensions. Uninstalled reinstalled several times but always tells me to install silverlight to watch People or open a photo in slideview in hotmail.   The only Plugin that is currently white listed for Win64 41.0 Firefox to use the system's Flash Player 64-bit.

  If you want to use other Plugins, you can use a 32-bit version of Firefox.

  Flash does not work on some web sites. I never had a problem before with flash on FF in the nearly 15 years that I've used FF.   The other strange thing is that I used to get the "warning: script does not" prompt that displays "a script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding." You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script ends. "sometimes when I would buy on Macy's.com. This is the only site that it happened.
  I know I have only little technical knowledge, but I have tried to figure this out for a few days and do not know what is happening. The only thing I can think is that I somewhere files corrupted causing this problem. I have just updated to Windows 8.1 tonight in the hope that can help, but nothing helped. • WIDI software upgrade not compatible but is listed for my machine - IMPOSSIBLE of INSTALLER

  I have a laptop DV6t - 7000 Quad Edition CTO with intel core i7-3610QM processor clocked than Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.  It is compatible Widi and running version 3 of the Widi software.  The HP Web site lists an update for Widi (version 4) and when I try to install, I get "Installation interrupted.  "Platform is not compatible with Intel Widi or the application is in use".  Does anyone know how to get around this problem?  More information: if I do a check of updates after launch Widi version 3, he sent me to the Intel site and said that there are updates for my Intel HD 4000 Grapics and my wifi adapter.  These two are later than those listed on the HP Web site.  Intel also recommends the ly use drivers that are approved by the OEM.  Well, I'm using the latest drivers that HP offers.  So, on a whim, I tried to install the updates from Intel, and alas, they would not install saying that they are not approved for my hardware.  So, how did someone use their Widi?  Or maybe the better question is someone bothering with this?  It looks like we have other options such as Apple TV, etc. CromeCast.

  UPDATE - corrected a problem.  I finished downloading the soft pack for widi update from the HP website and tried to install one more time and I got a message saying that the graphics driver cannot find or load the necessary components.  So, I then downloaded and installed the driver of graphics soft pack listed for my machine.  Installation was made on top of the existing one and then I went backand tried one last time to run the update pack soft widi (version 4.2).  This time it is installed without problem.  It seems that something happened to my graphics driver.  My system embedded chipset Intel Graphics HD 4000 as well as a higher onboard NVIDIA GeForce GT650M / 2 GB GDDR5.  I am pleased to report that all is well again.

  Whenever I receive a notice on an update for Windows 7, there is always an optional update for Windows Live Essentials - except that I have not installed Windows Live Essentials.

  How can I fix it so update does not include an unnecessary update?

  No action taken - do not know how to stop it - the download screen allows no options ignore or hide an optional update that I see.

  When I run the program I want to automatically load data from a txt in a list of flash components.

  However for some reason any it only works if I put a breakpoint at the beginning of the code that is supposed to fill the list and I return to the stage once before continuing. Then everything works fine. I don't really know why it doesn't work.

  (1) multiline error correction are not reported in the Flash for Flash Builder workflow

  (2) AIR for the Android user interface dialog box: sharing of deployment DURATION and emulator options under deployment section gets activated on AIR4.0 SDK added. This should not be enabled because we don't support not shared length of 3.9 AIR go.

  Also, certain checks zero have been added to establish registers of accidents reported accidents.

• OEM Apple nVidia GeForce 7300 GT is on the list of Adobe to not support GPU for rendering of the Open GL...

  My Mac Pro Radeon X 1900 XT is retired to my yard serious computer in my basement, but that goes back to the OEM Apple nVidia GeForce 7300 GT, brought encouraging results delivered with my Mac Pro.

  When I got the Mac Pro 2007, in 2009, I was running it in Mac OS 10.4.4.11 Tiger and Photoshop CS4 (11.0.0) would turn off the Open GL rendering when it detected the GeForce 7300 GT card stock, which was on the list of unsupported graphics nVidia GPU Adobe.   So, I bought a refurbished nine Apple Radeon X 1900 XT.  This card allowed to Photoshop CS4 and Bridge CS4 allow Open GL rendering.  Last year, the Radeon X 1900 XT graphics card created scratches on my screen when it is running hot and sometimes dual turns off just as I was working.  In addition, the computer was material freezes about once a day.   This morning the Mac Pro close its dual display, while I was working, and I had to make another cold cut in order to restart.  I then manually shut down the computer and doing a manual start so that Snow Leopard would use disk maintenance.

  I turned off the computer and pulled the Radeon X 1900 XT card and re-inserted the OEM Apple nVidia GeForce 7300 GT card.  Now I'm in Mac OS 10.6.8 Snow Leopard with Photoshop CS4 (11.0.2) instead of Photoshop CS4 (11.0.0).

  Now, the update to Photoshop CS4, under the most recent operating system, allowing rendering Open GL instead of disable. Physical limitation of this graphics card is now fixed, so I see no reason to buy the ATI Radeon HD 5770 Graphics Upgrade Kit for my Mac Pro:

  Some of those who bought the Apple ATI Radeon HD 5770 will say that they always got the striping on their screen when the Radeon HD 5770 card was running hot, just like with the Radeon X 1900 XT.

  So far, Apple OEM nVidia GeForce 7300 GT works fine and I get no striping on my poster without shut-off or material display freezes.

  I'm happy to have made of Open GL to Adobe enabled with an OEM GPU graphic that works cool and requires no fan cooling anchored.  Apple OEM nVidia GeForce 7300 GT, for the Mac Pro, is on the list of Adobe to not support GPU for rendering of the Open GL under Photoshop CS4, so why is he now supported?  That is just one of the benefits of the Photoshop CS4 11.0.2 update?

  Also FYI, Adobe is not always announce or specify bug fixes in versions of update of an application, although sometimes they do.

  Hello:

  There do seem to be blocking BIOS more in order to avoid to install another wireless card.

  But just as bad, you will find on many HP laptops with single band card, only a wireless antenna is present.

  Unless you're ready to take the laptop share everything, including the area of display panel to run an antenna 2, you will not be able to upgrade the current map, because maps dual band require usually two wireless antennas.

  Then... you will have to physically inspect the current map and see if there is one or 2 antennas are and decide for yourself what you want to do next.

  Now, I've heard about some of the new laptops, HP began to install a second antenna and leaving that it disconnected, if it is equipped with a single band with a single terminal card.

  Do not rely on the photos in the service manual to determine if your laptop has 2 antennas.
