CSS and Images random Kaosweaver

I have looked everywhere and can't find an answer to this and have an email for the developer, but thought I would ask here as well.

I use Kaosweaver Advanced Random Images to rotate photos on a homepage in the editable content area.  The CSS style for the text in the content area is to align to the left.  When I insert the command Kaosweaver) even if I insert it with the cursor in the middle of the page of the image line upwards on the left of the page.  If I do a CSS rule that centers the text there is no way to apply it to images that I can say... except that if I go in the code and find the name of the image in the code of Kaosweaver, select it and do a right click it allows me to apply the CSS rule (even if I see no visible change to the rule.  Is this OK and it will eventually cause problems on different browsers etc.?

Is there another way to do it.  I could see to attach a second style sheet for this page with centered elements, as there will be only another line of text on the page so that it will matter that everything on this one page is centered, but I don't want anything on centered pages.

Y at - it an easier way to solve this problem.  I was surprised Googling what no one else seems to have this problem... I do something wrong?

Thank you.

    Hello

    I'm working on a Web site designed in Photoshop and Fireworks and exported from Fireworks using 'CSS and Images... '. »

    I followed several tutorials on how to do this, but I can't understand what I'm doing wrong... The alignment is off.

    I used rectangles (no border, no fill) to establish the divs. They line up as close as I can tell.

    Can you please look here and tell me what is the problem?

    Support files are here: css, png.

    I have read countless articles and used these tutorials and others:

    Rename the 'main' called slice to something else. FW generates a div wrapper called #main, if in your HTML and CSS files, you find yourself with two div id called main.

    The CSS and Images export option will export all compliance JavaScript behaviors, so if you have pimples. bearings and image swaps then they will not work in exported files.

    For exporting to CSS and Images, slices are used only to indicate what should be exported as bitmaps (JPEG, gif), and you only need to put the slices on the parts of the graphic design.

    I'm not entirely sure why your export files are completely empty, but it looks like you can not completely identified which must be exported as a

    and that you may not have placed slices on page elements that must export as graphics. Unless you have flattened your text to bitmap images, editable text objects must export direct HTML text.

    If you can share or point to your file, we may be able to help.

    Exporting HTML and Images will not have page layout. This feature only

  • How do I break a PDF in its index files, CSS and images?

    Hello

    I try to use a PDF file to create an email template, and I would like to convert the PDF in a zip file containing its parts: index the HTML files of journal and the image of the CSS style. Is this possible? If so, how?

    Thank you!

    No, because PDF files are not HTML files in disguise. They have a completely

    different file format.

  • Combine CSS and Images files

    Hey all,.

    My pages with DW CS5 get to be large enough (bytes).  Is there a way to put all my css stylesheet information in a file?  I have several things CSS (menus, information on the page, google tricks and widgets and sprys) on pages causing things to download on every page (even if the page does not actually use some of the elements).

    In the same vein, is it possible to combine images in order to reduce the bandwidth, that the user's browser needs to load them?  My images are not large (usually 3 to 7 bytes only), but there are enough, only it them to slow down things.

    To see what I'm talking about please see www.aloe-vera.org

    Thank you, David

    Certainly, you can merge your CSS into your external style sheet, related to improve the management of your CSS.

    However, your script files contribute to the lion share of the download file size.

    Hi all

    ApEx is delivered with predefined topics and each topic contains objects of support for this theme.
    For example: on our server under $ORACLE_HOME/apex/images has a directory for each theme (theme_1 to theme_20)

    Can I create a new directory for our custom theme under $ORACLE_HOME/apex/images and use it through the ApEX? If yes how can I do using this EPG or HTTP Server?

    I have the EPG and HTTP server configured for ApEx.

    Thank you.

    If you are on the EPG, the Dietmar Aust blog post might help how you can access virtual folder is using FTP or WebDav and create new images folder and place here.

  • Store images, css and javascript on a file system or database?

    Hi all

    I use 11g R2 and Apex 4.1.1

    By doing a search around, I found all sorts of ways to access the global files in your environment to the apex. I found 3 scenarios.

    (1) place your files in the workspace (database) and access it via #WORKSPACE_IMAGES #.
    (2) place your files in the directories is (void)
    (3) use a separate http server to access your file system

    For the first solution, this comes with a problem: when you have several css and jquery ui theme ties css to a subdirectory "images". I can't seem to make the subdirectories under #WORKSPACE_IMAGES #. For example: #WORKSPACE_IMAGES #/ images

    The second solution requires dba SYSTEM connect and store files on the system. This is not very practical when you are developing.

    The third solution seems to be the most used one (when I googled around), but our administrators do not want to set up a separate web server for this project. I have to work with what I have which is the APEX server and the database.

    Now, I have a question:

    Is it possible to let another user that the SYSTEM to connect to the East, but only to a subdirectory on is (that is, / i/themes/workspaceName) so the developer can not mess with files from base to apex or the themes themselves?

    Otherwise, I have to download every css and images one by one to the workspace and change all paths relative used in css, which is a pain...

    By using this option, all my files are stored in the database, which is considered safer than when they are on a directory on the server itself.

    Thanks in advance,
    Dennis

    Hi Dennis,

    You DBA should be able to do the following.

    (1) create a new subdirectory in the directory images on XDB (it can use WebDAV or FTP to do)
    (2) create a new database for you user (see http://www.oracle-base.com/articles/9i/xmldb-9i.php) or grant an existing user

    GRANT connect, resource, xdbadmin TO ...;

    (3) you can use WebDAV or FTP to transfer files to this new directory of void and do not have to use the SYSTEM

    It would be possible to avoid the xdbadmin role and use the ACLs on directories, but I am not sure XDB. But I don't know that your DBA should be able to understand this.

  • How to load the CSS and JavaScript of JQuery UI inside edge led

    Hi I am using the JQuery UI inside edge slider but it doesn't work, I don't know what files should I download and how to include Javascript and CSS and images of the theme within the edge life, if someone has a code example from the compistionready what should I write on it and what is the folder structure files of the user interface and how to import them?

    Thanks in advance

    What is your configuration?

    1. you need to load the file ui.js as in this example for draggable. Include the correct version of jquery UI. If you need a file css then you load too.

    () yepnope

    {

    Nope:]

    "js/jquery-ui-1.9.2.custom.min.js,"

    ' css/jquery-ui.1.9.2.custom... min.css',.

    ],

    full: init

    }

    );

    2. / then you get your code for the slider - everything you need.

    function init() {}

    var mySlider = sym.$("mySlider");

    mySlider.draggable ({disabled: false});

    mySlider.draggable ({axis: "x"});

    }

  • Referencing files images, CSS, and Javascript from the system instead of workspace files repository

    Hello

    I am currently using Apex 4.2 and I want to know if you still have to import images, CSS and Javascript files, respectively, in a workspace (like the shared components) to use them in an Application? Alternatively, they could be referenced in a directory on the file system? I'm still not familiar with CSS or Javascript technology and I'm trying to find out as much as possible about how to use and where Apex can do. All comments gratefully received,

    Kind regards

    Kevin.

    Since you're using the EPG you will not be able to reference all files directly in your operating system.  You can load in XDB using FTP, WebDav or PL/SQL location.  The PL/SQL method is described in these posts:

    A random overview of Oracle: loading images in Oracle XDB

    Loading images custom when using EPG

    I don't know if there is any benefit from their download in XDB compared to the APEX workspace.  Guess it would make sense that you had a file that you wanted to be referenced by more than one workspace and do not want to download the file in each workspace.

    I have an image of the resource in a pot of 'resources' (a pot just with images), inside the jar of resources, I have a com/mycompany/resources/MYIMAGE.png...

    {#myImage:hover}
    ("- fx-image: url("@/com/mycompany/resources/MYIMAGE2.png ");

    This does not work, nor with the display of the image (at least the image seen seems to meet but the image is not displayed) or button (the button does not have the image nor with - fx-image, - sf-background-image or - fx - border .image)

    Hello

    @ seems to be not supported in the CSS URL. That's why your images are not loaded.

    The URL path may be absolute or in relation to the location of the file CSS.

    ex:

    resources
    StyleSheets/hand. CSS
    images/test.png

    should give:

    fx-image = url("..) (' / images/test.png ")

    As in web development, it a good thing to assemble css stylesheets and associated graphics, let the developers of the user interface the ability to design the skin whith their own graphics...

    The time has come to show us the code. It is best done by providing a link to the site, if you could post the HTML code and CSS here for us to have a look on.

    What you did until now, is an image that is limited in its container, a container that is much narrower than the width you are aiming for.

  • Selecting an image randomly in another scene

    I have an application that I created with Flash CS5.5 with 42 different short stories in it.  It has 2 scenes.  Stage 1 is the opening and the content menu to access stories.  Scene 2 contains 42 stories.

    In scene one, I have a button that I want to be able to choose a random story, then he would choose a random frame between 1 and 42 to scene 2.  I've seen a code here who select a random frame when you open the program, but I do not know how to attach to a button or choose an image randomly in another scene.  Any ideas on how to proceed?

    Thank you!

    If you want a Random1 click to trigger this code, use:

    Random1.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, gotoF);

    function gotoF(e:Event):void {}

    this.gotoAndStop (1 + Math.floor (this.scenes [1] .numFrames * Math.random ()), this.scenes [1] .name)

    }
