• Problem with Edge95 MXP and H.264 DualVideo (H.239)

  Hi experts,

  We try to make a MXP Edge95 serve H.264 codec for presentation to Radvision/Scopia MCU using H.323 signalling Protocol and H.239 as standard presentation. But it seems to only use as H.263 codec.

  When the presentation is started from endpoint Edge95 MXP, only main video appears on remote side (except H.263 is used for presentation)

  Presentation at the start of the side remote, only main video appears on the endpoint Edge95 MXP (except H.263 is used for presentation)

  -H.239 is obviously active, all video codecs are enabled (H.263 and H.264)

  -Video quality is set to Motion for main Cam and sharpness for PC

  This is an expected behavior for MXP. He always uses for presentation h263 / duo video.

• Problem with update server 2012 license window

  Hello

  We installed the evaluation version of Windows server Standard Edition 2012 around a few months back.

  Now, we have activated the Action Pack so was trying to update the license details.

  But we receive the error that the license key is not valid, and at the same time, our server stops after every one hour.

  Quick response will be really appreciated.

  Have you tried activate with the generic key? You activated action pack, it should work with volume licensing.

  As the title says, I recently bought a license for windows 7 ultimate, but once I updated to SP1 it disabled? Is that what I can do about it?

• IPS Appliance 7.0 Auto Update with temporary license?

  is it possible to put a new Appliance IPS already not ver 7.0 to grab the update to automatic update of cisco.com signature using the temporary license and how, if possible,.

  You should be able to get the update of signature with the temporary license, as long as the license is valid.  Please note, however

  the CCE id you enter to auto update should be able to download the software of cisco.com.

• Change of domain in the CTS Manager invalidate the license?

  I need to change the field used in the existing CTS-Manager, but I'm afraid that if I do so, the license will be becomes invalid and CTS - Man will be unusable until I can get a new permit. Will be invalid license if I changed the domain?  I know that I need to import the LDAP server certificates and exchange news, but I want to assure you that I do not lose the license. I couldn't find the answer in the documentation. Help, please.

  CTM is installed on a physical server or VM Ware?

  On your question - change the domain name on the CTS Manager will change the MAC license, which would be non - I just tried to change only the domain name on my MC in the laboratory, and after it restarted, the MAC license remained unchanged.

  If you change the DNS servers, however, the MAC license will change - seen elsewhere on the field and in my lab.

  As a general rule:

  On a CTM installed on a physical server license MAC will not change if you change the name of domain/DNS.  It must always be the same.

  On CTM as VM, MAC license will only change if you change some settings.  The MAC license is generated according to certain parameters, so if you change those, MAC license will change accordingly.

  I still need to find a specific list to the Community trade mark as to what will change the license MAC, but it should be similar to the list of items found on the side CUCM:

• Updated Lightroom 6 license perpetual version?

  Hello

  I am a PC user (Windows 7) and I have a perpetual license of Lightroom 6 (currently have installed 6.1.1).  Although in the past I received notifications in Lightroom when a new update was available, it didn't happen for the 6.2 or 6.2.1 update.  When I try to launch Adobe Application Manager it just runs the creative cloud application, and in that, it seems that I have Lightroom CC (2015) and the only option is to "Update" it. It shows that I have Photoshop CS6 installed (i.e. another perpetual license) - but it lists the wrong version of Lightroom.

  If I check the products registered in my Adobe account, then I can still see the correct information (perpetual license) - but I don't see any way to update my version of Lightroom?

  I believe that when I initially installed Lightroom 6 who started a free 30 day trial to create clouds - because I can see also "Creative Cloud Free membership" listed under Plans and products in my Adobe account.

  Can anyone suggest how to get back to a point where I can continue to update my Lightroom product a perpetual license and not having to worry about the complications of the creative cloud (which I didn't).

• Update/change the license file

  We have recently acquired an additional license for VMware. We have provided a new lic concatonated file which includes all 11 of our licensed products. We currently use vCenter 3.5u3 with the licensing server. I would like to replace our old 10 authorization lic with our new license of VMware 11 product allowed but I have trouble finding the how. If someone could point me in the right direction or provide a brief explanation, I'd appreciate it.

  I'm assuming that your license server is running on your vCenter server.  Log in, click on the link to the server of VMware licenses under the start menu.  Launch the Vmware license server tools. Go to the Services of Config tab and make a note of the 'path to the license file.  This is where you want to move new .lic.  Usually, I have another rename to .old, copy into the new, register the service.

  You can also go to the Stop/Start/Reread and reread license file-click.

  and finally, you could also restart your license server service once the new file has been downloaded.

• Error code 61499 after update license (FPGA)

  I am a fairly experienced user of FPGA module.  I have LabVIEW 2009 installed (version 9.0.0) including the FPGA on XP 32-bit module.  Everything worked well and I had a project specific FPGA that had been built and run in the last month or so.

  In the meantime, the license has expired, so I had to update the license.  After update of the license, I made a trivial change in VI (default values has changed some entries to the front) and tried to compile and run.

  This has generated the error-61499, with additional information:

  Error starting compile step: make sure that a compatible version of Xilinx tools is installed in the location specified in the Setup from LabVIEW.

  I looked after error-61499 in LabVIEW FPGA and a few other positions.  I checked the path of compilation of LabVIEW FPGA registry keys and it seems fine (C:\NIFPGA2009\Xilinx\ISE).  This directory exists and is the right size (3.74 GB).  A temporary directory is created in C:\NIFPGA2009\srvrTmp\localhost.  I searched the pearl58.dll file but couldn't find it.

  When I look at the license installed recently and the license has expired in the License Manager NOR, I see no difference between the two other than the expiration date.

  Summary: I had a working facility and the project, updated the license file and now get error-61499.

  With the help of an Application engineer, I tried two things.

  First of all, I tried to 'fix' the FPGA Module through the "Add or remove programs" utility in Control Panel.  That had no effect.

  Then, I downloaded and installed NOR-RIO 3.3.0 of the support zone, drivers and updates.  That solved the problem!

  So, for someone who has a similar problem in the future, try to reinstall the driver OR RIO.

• Updated all my applications to CC (2015) - Adobe design and web user license

  I have adobe design and web full version under license. I just upgraded to a new computer laptop and re-installed and updated. I now see an option for "update all my apps to CC (2015)" in the creative cloud desktop application. I don't understand what this option would do to my versions cs6 perpetually under the software license. My question is if I use the "updated all my applications to CC (2015)" would be causing me o update a software subscription model or simply update my existing license applications for new versions of 2015?

  Yes, he's trying to put you in a subscription on the principle of updating your applications.

• Vista - error code: 80070424 & dt000 (cannot install updates)

  I turned on my computer this morning and shortly received the message that updates did not.  When I clicked on the message, above what was evidence.  I tried to do some troubleshooting on mine, without success.  I had received an error message telling me that an unauthorized change was made to Windows (which I did) and that I receive no updates on my license or activation of last week.  I went through the process to validate the system.  I went for the weekend, and this is what I came back.

  Is your system in normal boot mode?

  Sometimes, this error can be produced when the system is in selective startup mode. As such, I would like take you a look at this.

• 2014 SP1 introduced error in withdrawal of the license of the server Volume License

  After the update of a LabVIEW 2014 with Service Pack 1 installation, LabVIEW is unable to acquire a license from our server VLM... Service pack generates a need for an update of the license, or the VLM Server?

  The license worked (work) for 2014 before the SP1 update and is valid until 2016. All authorization requests have been approved (there was a new added on the VLM of my computer server during the installation of the service pack), and some other facilities are using the license (that I can start the questions 2013 on the same machine without a permit. I can also start 2014 on other machines do not SP1 upgrades again, without any license issues (stop all other instances using the license of course).

  I restarted the license server and the computer running SP1 2014, but no change. Is it possible to reconnect the installation may be (even if obviously it seems to apply the license of the VLM, as it should...) to get results sorted (other than reinstalling everything and try to apply the service pack again...).

  The problem has been resolved by getting a new license file from OR... I don't know how General the problem will be that, for us, it seemed only to affect one of the seats that we have who also happened to have the add-on industrial monitoring...
