  It is totally up to you.

  Adobe deliberately separately install each new version so they do not overwrite each other. Allows you to continue to use older and familiar versions for many reasons: familiar workflow if you are in a hurry and the CC version is different from what you are accustomed, old plugins may not work in CC, some older features have been changed or removed in CC and so on.

  If disk space is not a problem, it might pay to keep the old versions, installed a few months until you are completely comfortable with the CC.

  To disable you normally just open one of the programs of the suite and select help-> disable.  You are allowed to have enabled facilities on two machines, so if you have only one now you can keep it as a backup if you wish.

  You can download CS6 on the link: http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html . Download both the 1 and 2 file to the same location by creating a folder. Then as suggested byu Ankit extract .7z .exe.

  Usually a serial number is valid for only 2 activations.

  If a volume serial number, it can be used on the number of machines for which it was purchased.

  I would advice you to contact customer service to learn more about your serial number.

  Nothing except try to ignore the offers.  If you do not want a subscription then nothing to do that has to do with the creative cloud.
