It is possible for users to add rows to the data control Bean and then link to a new brand screen located in a different BTF that leaves lines in the data control Bean. Now, the user returns to the original screen. On his return, I would like to empty (erase all lines) for bean control data so that they have a new start. Could you please advise on what I need to do to be able to clear a data bean control when you enter a BTF

  You will need to add a method to your bean which clears the Collection that contains your data.
  You can then drag this method to your pageflow as a methodCall and invoke it when you navigate from one page to another.

  I have a set of paintings of master detail based on a single data source (Session Bean encapsulating a web service call). The high-level table (t1) shows data of opportunity, as the low level (t2) poster contacts for a special occasion. When the opportunity is selected in t1, the contacts associated with this opportunity appear in t2. These tables of work as you wish.
  
  I have a read only form (form of the Panel layout) based on a different data control (supported by a Session Bean that calls a LinkedIn API and a table of database using EJB3 entities). LinkedIn Session Bean method takes a parameter which I get from the current row in t2. (#{bindings.relatedContact.currentRow.dataProvider.id}) I put the PartialTriggers as 't2' on the form.
  
  When the page is loaded for the first time, the first line (line A) from table t2 is selected and the display shows the data associated with this line. If I select another line (line B), the Session Bean is called with the value of the id of the newly selected row, but the display will show the associated data from line A. Thereafter, whenever I select a row in t2, bean is called with the new value, but the form displays the data from the selected line previously.
  
  I guess what happens is that the form is refreshed (using stale data in the data control), and then the call to the session bean is made. I checked using thread and print statements. Sleep() in the bean.
  
  Is this a correct behavior and how can I make sure that the call to the bean occurs before the form is updated?
  
  I use JDeveloper version 11.1.2.2.0

  as answered on StackOverflow, the trick is to set the refresh option on the iterator (s) to the second access WS (table 2) of PageDef on ifNeeded. The default setting is delayed, which in your case is not optimal because refresh occurs during rendering response, which is too late for the access of WS. Try "ifNeeded.

  It's very simple, when you are in the application that has your view layer, have to drop-> open and locate the jpr for your EJB project file.
  This will open the project and add it to your application.
  Then you can go in for your project to view preferences and under dependencies set up a relationship between the projects.

• How to create the data control to a custom object of sale cloud using web service.

  I'm working on a requirement I need to display the common custom object data and their children object. After the display of the data user will be able to select multiple records by using the check box and then update the State to close.

  So basically, I need to create a table in which the data will fill with the checkboxs and when the user clicks on the button update then I need to update a field in the parent object.

  You must follow the steps below

  1. right click on the template project, select the new option

  2 Select the data control in the left hand side of the tab "All Technologies"

  4 Select "control of data from the Web Service" in the right side panel

  3. Enter the name of the data control (custom name)

  4. provide your WSDL to the URL https://crm-domain.oracleoutsourcing.com/foundationCustExtn/CrmCommonReferenceService?wsdl

  5. click Next, next if all methods to winow than wsdl, mix to the right and click Finish button

  6 refresh "data control" in your right side panel to request

  7 expand control of data and select only control data that you have already given

  8. then you can see the methods that comes from your wsdl.

  9. Select the method and expand it, you will get the return values

  10. drag and drop the return as a table value, you will get the af:table on the page

  11. don't want to operatet this table.

• Client interface methods not found in the data control

  JDev 11.1.2.4

  I exposed some methods by including them in the client interface of my module of the application. I tested the app module and I can call methods. I refreshed the data control, but I do not see the data control methods. I have several other client application with interface module and I can see the operation. I only have the problem with this module of the application.

  Close jdev, delete the folder the model project of the module of the application classes and the classes folder of the project view controller where you want to use the datacontrol, start jdev, recompile the project model (and deploy the lib, if you use the library), recompile the view controller and finally see if you see the methods in the datacontrol.

  I try to call a web service in the ADF. To do this, I want to create a web service data command

  So, I tried to see what libraries are selected... I saw that a library named 'Web Service Data Control' are there in the project, which is not there in the model applications project that I created. So I added this library to the project, but it still does not work...
  Next, I added all THE libraries I have seen in the libraries in the project properties section... still no luck
  
  I don't know I'm missing something basic. Can someone please help.

• Impossible to obtain the data controls to display the browser of the application

  I installed JDeveloper version 11.1.2.3.0 on a Workstation Windows 7 (SP1). Once installed, I decided to try the [get started with the JDeveloper IDE | http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E18941_01/tutorials/jdtut_11r2_50/jdtut_11r2_50.html]. After you have created "MyFirstApplication" I noticed that I couldn't see the accordion of data controls, as shown in the example. I decided to ignore it and continue with the rest of the tutorial, hoping he could enlighten us. No chance and ran into other problems that surround the stage 13, when I could not create a managed bean as illustrated in the example.
  
  So I went back to the first problem of the accordion of missing data control, suspecting that this may be part of the problem. I searched and found several issues here in the discussion that resembled the may be solutions to the problem and tried them all:
  (1) remove the system11.1.2.3.39.62.76.1 directory and restart JDeveloper = > nothing helped, still missing data controls
  (2) uninstall all versions of Oracle Middleware installed on the PC, removal of the JDeveloper user directories, restart and reinstall only the version 11.1.2.3.0 (there was also an old 11.1.1.4 version installed) == > didn't help, still missing data controls
  (3) made a new software download where jdevstudio11123install.exe has been altered somehow. Repeated step 2 = > nothing helped, still missing data controls
  
  I'm pretty much running out of options now, is there any other mystical step I missed that can work?
  I feel, I'm not the first to experience this problem, but I can't find a solution with the search function of this forum.
  
  Any help is appreciated.

  Try to open up JDeveloper from the terminal and see if there are errors. Also in the screenshot, I don't see that you have all the projects exposing DataControls, so create a java class and right-click on it, create a DataControl and see if this stage support the feature.

  I started to make adf web application, and in the template project, I want to get the webservice through the connection still to expose it as a datacontrol to user interface layer.

  However, I m in web service data to create order Wizard, in the first step, create the connection REMAINS, I put endpoint URL: "the url I get when deploy the web service application" but when I test gives:' error received: forbidden ' or if I put the url of a method: ' received error: the source cannot be found.'

  How can I fix it, please.

• ADF Mobile Page with the data control of Web Service not showing latest results

  I developed a simple mobile application of ADF. It has two functions members and subscriptions. These two pages are part of my Taskflow. On the members page I show all members in a list by using the Web Service method data Find command. In the list item have a listener property Set where I'm storing MemberId in a variable of pageFlowScope for action. On the subscription page, I have a bar graph that gets the data with the help of a Find method in control of data to the Web Service. The find method is based on a view created criteria which has a member ID of input parameter. in the model of ADFBC project. I connected the variable using the AMX page binding. The variable is being levied on the pageFlowScope variable.

  The page displays the chart first to a member. And shows the same graph for the other members. I printed the memberId variable and it shows the value of the respective members. But the cards are not get updated every time I select new Member.

  I use JDeveloper 11.1.2.4.0.

  Any suggestions?

  Go to the Connections tab, and then click the Green plus sign on the central section - you need to add a 'invokeAction. Give it a name, and then select the iterator that built the table, and that's all you should have to do. The invokeAction fires whenever you visit the page and should update the list.
