  The only way I can think to apply a custom format for the new sheets is to create a model with these formats. I don't think that you can add a format, in bulk, to the last leaves.

  I'm trying to calculate interest using the following table:

  The problem is that I can't change the format of the cell to pass: interest of size in number of days/hours. I have the same question on the Pages (5.6.1) and number (3.6.1). Col: Days contains the following formula: "b2 - a1" and the cell automatically converts the result in the date format. When I try to calculate interest using the ' days * rate * principle/36000 "the result of 8 d 8 h appears and this format is not editable to 8.33 as I expect to see.

  I put your percentage rate, the main field field to currency with two decimal places and the field of interest in the currency with four decimal places. The same formulas and cell formats work in Pages v5.6.1 and numbers v3.6.1. Tested on OS X 10.11.4.

  We can see the measure Null or empty as '-' using custom digital Format for numeric column no problems, the same logic that we must apply the measure column % too, how do I add the "%" symbol in the measurement column % custom digital, if anyone has the solution please share with us. Thank you

  My custom number formatting feature does not work. It was working fine when the site has a standard client server architecture. However, when we changed using the REST API with javascript and HTML 5 function works for most except in cases when I need it displays 0 for decimal numbers.

  Basically, the function accepts arguments a number and the number of decimals and returns the number rounded the number of decimals. Below, I've stripped naked function minimum, even I was testing.

• PDF Exaprom cell format problem

  Hi everyone, I am currently using Exaprom to generate a PDF report for some test equipment. The report should be formatted in a particular way (I have attached a picture of the format to this message). The table has a thick line that separates data from the units and channel names. I have accumulated my brain trying to find a way to produce the thick line and keep the other bording fine lines the cells, but I have not found a solution. My first thought was to merge the cell containing the units with another cell which contains the thick line but that produces an error in my VI and does not export the PDF file at all. If anyone has found a solution for this (if possible), then I could really use the help!

  

  Actually my suggestion does not work :-(

  Plan b: insert a blank column where you want the thick line separator and set the column width to the same value as the thickness of line. Didn't even need to use the custom border! The width of the resulting line will be twice more the other ones.

• How to save custom presets formats to export for the screens?

  I have a program that sorts the results of tests and selects rejects it according to its value "delta". I noticed now that some releases have not been included for some reason any. As a fail safe module, I want to be able to highlight any cell whose value exceeds a certain limit to two columns.

  Hello Kevin,

  Here's a quick diagram that should help you get started on highlighting the desired data. It examines the data in the column '7' and he compares to a requirement then the formatting of the cell green if equal to true. As you can probably guess the Flase case changes the color of the cell to red.

  Can someone please help me on how to generate excel file using pl/sql? I have generated csv files successfully, but now I need to generate a excel. I changed the code generation of the csv file, but the file gives me error when opening:

  If I choose Yes then open the excel file, but it excludes the leading 0 in the front for one my column.   I did worked putting just one extra line in my l_xml_body in the XML (Code 2 used). Now my excel generates with cells type 'Text' and there are no left falling to zero. Also the columns display not scientific format as 2.3D + 12. Current recording shows without default formatting.

• Custom Script Format help

  I'm not too familiar with the scripts, but hope someone can provide advice or at least somewhere online that will show me how to do this.  Here's what I'm trying to do:

  I have I need of users to enter a specific digital format in a text field.  They have three choices of formats, but that one type is mandatory.  If I go into the options of arbitrary format, it would look like this: 99-9999999OOor 99-999-9999 999999-99999.  Now, is it possible to write a script so that it requires the user to enter the number/text in one of these three formats only?  I am able to implement an arbitrary mask and get one of them, but I need to provide options to the user.

  If there is little reading online where I can understand this myself well, let me know.  Otherwise, any input would be greatly appreciated.

  As mentioned, it is easier to use regular expressions. Here is a function that you can place in function at the level of the document and call it in the event of the key sequence:

• Custom values Format delimited by commas in the text as a bulleted list field?

  I have a text field in a Professional Acrobat 9.0 form, when the user enters a series of values separated by commas:

  A value of 1, the value 2, value 3...

  Is there a way to take these values and after the user has finished typing in the text field and deselected the text field, have the values to be displayed in a bulleted list, i.e.:

  I know it's pretty easy to do in other languages I know, but I do not know the JavaScript syntax. I guess I would need to put a script in the 'Script of custom Format"text field.

  PS. In addition, it is important that when the user "re - selects" modifies the field to, who they see values as a string delimited by comma, instead of the updated list in shape. Just as the default behavior of a currency in the format of text... field when the user selects a currency field, Acrobat removes the dollar sign, etc., so that the user enters just the number without formatting and when they are done, Acrobat adds the name and commas, decimals, etc..

  You can do this by creating a script that launches after the new value is validated, and then you do the following (assume that the name of the field where you want the list is "txtfield"):

  I have 2d-table in the report.  a column is pass/fail status.  I want to 'PASS' Green, 'FAIL' text color in red.  I don't think it's possible.

  Same as tiara, it is possible, but only with scripts.  Now if you'd asked coloring the background of cells FAKE red, we can not do, but the text color and fonts text adaptable both on a basis of the cell by cell via a UserCommand.

  I am trying to create a custom variable that displays my custom titrechapitre text paragraph tag in the header of my master page.

  The definition of my variable is < $paratext [titrechapitre] > (even if I tried 72 other variations with no better luck)

  My variable name is titrechapitre.

  When I insert this variable in the header, what it shows is: $paratext

  Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? CAN I create a variable for a specific, correct paragraph tag text? (I know there is a variable title chapter integrated, but I have dozens of FM files that use this tag to custom paragraph and I prefer not having to change all the). Built-in operating variables, it seems that I'm this set incorrectly.

  Hi Diane: You want to redefine one of the variables M/F running in this situation. If the tag of paragraph titrechapitre, if you redefine the first variable running H/F (so running H/F 1, but you can use one of the 18), it would look like this on the Master Page and will display the text of the paragraph containing the titrechapitre tag in the head of the race on the Pages of body.
