• Menu is not displayed correctly

  My problem is that not all the main menus are the display. In particular, inserting menus, DHTML and Table are completely absent - the menu name is not even appear in the toolbar, so there is nothing to click. My custom menus are also missing. The only time where I can see them is when I am in the window customize - as soon as I got close to him, they all disappear completely new.

  To resolve this, so far I have tried:

  • Right-click in the toolbar area > customize > options > always Show Full Toolbars > close. As soon as I click on close, the menu disappears again.
    
  • Customize > commands > New Menu. Create a custom menu called InsertThis and manually add the same commands that are in the Insert menu. As soon as I click on close, the menus (including new, personalized menu), completely disappear. (So apparently custom menus also will not display.)
    
  • Customize > commands > add various commands on the Toolbars menu. Close. They remain there, visible, no problem. (So apparently only the menus are affected - not the toolbars.)
  • Restart RoboHelp. No change.
  • Restart the computer. No change.

  Anyone has an idea why these menus is not displayed correctly?

  Try this. Right-click in the menu area and choose Customize. This will open the Customize dialog box. In the tab tool bars, check that the Menu bar is selected. Then click the reset... button.

• Patch 8.0.1 denies custom context menu size [html, Webhelp RH8]

  I installed the RH8 8.0.1 patch and find the custom formats pop up, I put are indeed not long.

  I wrote yet another file of script specifically for users of RoboHelp which had custom size of popups and are looking for a way to keep this size after applying RoboHelp Service Release 8.0.1. This script file will increase the width and height of the menu custom 12 width and height 20. It is easy to customize the script based on your specific pop-up window size needs.

  When you run your form from forms manufacturer - there are two buttons in the toolbar: form run and run Debug form (or something like that).  You choose the form run Debug to turn on debugging with Forms 6i.  I do not have an installation of Forms 6i longer so I don't remember the exact name of the run form Debug button.

  Scan of AV scan anti-virus - using any AV software, you have installed, then Malwarebytes to be on the safe side.

  If it is only with this account, it is corrupt.  Your user profile may be corrupted.  To fix this use http://windows.microsoft.com/en-AU/windows-vista/Fix-a-corrupted-user-profile.

  I would consider it the highest priority that other procedures are General and you have now isolated the problem only one account - so, in theory, once we fix that the problem should be solved.  Hold off on everything until it's over and you have verified that the problem is solved.

  If this does not solve the problem (it should really - I'll be very surprised if it isn't), then continue with the other steps.  Even if the issue is resolved, I'd still run AV controls when you are finished, because who could have easily caused the problem in the first place.  Other running procedures also would not hurt that he would check that things are otherwise very much so I hope it does not return the problem and we can ID and solve these problems (if there is) until they get no worse.
