• Custom panels for Photoshop CC

  I have a few action games CS6 which came with custom panels that were installed after that stocks have been loaded using Adobe Extension Manager for CS6.  These panels can be installed for CC?  Is there an extension manager that will make the installation, and if so how to access it?

  I had a similar problem.

  Open Adobe CC extensions Manager. It will allow you to select a file to load.

  Select it. Panel ZXP (is in the PRESETS > panels foldedr in your PS13.x) and allow Bishop ext to load it. takes a few minutes.

• Strange problem with custom panel

  Hello

  I implemented a custom panel using the generic model provided with CS4, but one of my fields does not fill properly.

  The offending field must how to create the name in the authors field.  If I create a new file and fill in all the fields in my custom panel. Then close the file and open it again.  All areas are met, except the name of the creator, which is empty.  The data is always in the file, in the IPTC creator field, but why it appears in my custom panel?

  Any help would be appreciated.

  Xap:authors is an alias not documented for dc:creators which is

  Type = "seq" element_type = "text" instead of type = "text".

  Apparently, the file Info CS4 tolerates the incompatibility of property definition

  When you save the contents of the property in DC: creator, but not

  tolerate incompatibility during playback of the ownership of the file.

  I changed the type = and it now displays the content. He will accept,

  and subsequently to display multiple names, separated by semicolons.

  Note: An alternative implementation is to use photoshop:Author which

  is an alias for DC: creator / *. It's just the first entry in the

• Custom Panel icons - how to export when you create package or .mxi files in .zxp?

  I am trying to create a custom icon for my Panel when it is docked in Photoshop CS5 (Mac).

  I can use the steps outlined in a recent post (create 2 .png files and place them manually in the file plug-ins/panels/MyPanel/content after the Panel was exported).

  How can I get to automatically place when I export the .mxi file? -If I place 2 .png files in the current folder of .gpc they get exported to the directory: folder connect ins/panels/MyPanel/Content/MyPanel.assets instead.

  If I pakage the Panel as a file .zxp, is it a token of suitable file I can add to the .mxi file to move them instead?

• How to add a Menu in the custom panel InDesign

  I use the CS5 SDK to create a custom for InDesign CS5 Panel.

  I would like to add a menu in the Control Panel, custom as the native InDesign CS5 panels have their own menu if you click on the upper right of the Panel.

  Could someone please explain me how it's done, or point me to an example?

• Is it possible to detect alt + click or cmd-click on a button of the custom panel?

  In order to screen real estate I want to bind two controls similar to a single button that can be alt - or cmd-clicked on for a different result.

  I know the ScriptUI offers a few options but I'm looking for a way to handle it in the Panel itself without a pop - up.

  I would like to know if it is possible to detect a modifier in a click event in the Panel and, if possible, how to manage it.

  It is not known if Patrick was asked about a ScriptUI dialog box or a real HTML Board - but I think there is a large grey area where it is difficult to tell apart Photoshop scripts, general ExtendScript, panels, etc., and it is natural (possibly as profitable) for subjects to toss.

  In addition to what was suggested for ScriptUI correctly by c.pfaffenbichler, you can have a look here for panels: MouseEvent altKey property.

  I think that it is supported. I think that it is supported by HTML5. Prelude provides just a HTML5 engine. If you can do it in HTML5, then you can do it in custom panel HTML.

• Custom MORE Panel anyone?

  I'm holding information version of model in some of my property and thought it was better to comply with the MORE standard.  However, I'm new to custom panels and am struggling to make it work.

  MORE Model Release status is a single text with a closed choice vocabulary field. It should be simple to implement in the file Info of CS3. In ADDITION, disclosure of minor model is similar. Version of model ID is a bag of text without vocabulary, simple to implement in the file Info of CS3.

  Some of the other fields INCREASINGLY are two-dimensional tables structured and cannot totally implemented in file information panels. As an alternative, the coalition MORE provides a web application to capture MORE complete metadata in an XMP 'model' which can be imported in a resource file via the installation of the model of information file (right arrow at the top right corner of the Panel).

  Pound Hill software provides a MetaGrove plug-ins for Photoshop that supports structured multi-dimensional XMP tables. It includes a dialog box-the-box for full MORE metadata schema. Attached is an example of file created by the MetaGrove plug-ins for Photoshop which includes the three above MORE focused on the model of the fields. It should help to test your custom panel.

  The standard "Photo IPTC metadata ' published last year includes these three MORE focused on the model of fields and three others of his own adds: person in the picture, additional information of model and model age. It can also be implemented in the Info file. Entries to the person in the Image and the age of the model lists seem to indicate manual coordination with the version ID of model list entries.   When you say Custom Panel, you mean just another section of the same normal screen?  You are not on a different page from the default of create a user?

  Have you tried to cut and paste the entry for the Organization?  When you're in the Customization screen, you can switch to source view, and then right-click the cut option and then paste it where you want to move it.
