  When I opened Youcam CyberLink all I see is a white square, where the image should be. the camera usually runs for half an hour, then stops working. I don't see notifications on the camera is not connected etc...

  For some reason I can't explain, I can't get the Cyberlink Media Suite to open.  There was an update from HP for Cyberlink which I did.  I did a reboot and still not bring the multimedia suite to open.

  Solutions?  Links?  Thank you!

  I just figured that this is.  Somehow the file .exe for the entire suite was on the desk.  I found individual components in programs that were already installed.

  Apparently the update download wound up on top of the office.

  I just bought and received these weekends laptop Qosmio X 70-B-112 with Windows 10 64 bit (Version 'German'?).
  After installing initial (without personalization), I said that two Cyberlink programs are completely absent: PowerDVD and media history, they don't are certainly not preinstalled as they supposed to be based on my description of the product and as it is reported by other buyers. I tried to recover with "reboot + 0" method, but it did not work: I get the error message about "device is not found.

  I didn't want to do the recovery to the factory via Windows settings, if this should solve the problem or does it make sense to order the special recovery USB Toshiba (~ 50)? Is it possible to issue "image corrupt" or rather unlikely?

  UPD. : need to correct myself, error message by the attempt to retrieve through '0' indicates: "your PC / device needs to be repaired." A necessary device isn't connected or are not accessible.   Whenever I have download photos from my camera to my computer, a program called Cyberlink starts automatically.  I noticed in the list of programs and features, there are several programs to Cyberlink that came pre-installed on my desk.  All I want to know is, is just a preview program, I have to pay for after using it for a month or three or whatever?  Or is it a 'free' program, whose cost has been included in the price paid for my office?

  In fact, I think seriously all programs of Cyberlink removing just because I don't see what I need them for.  But if someone knows something to show that it would be wiser to keep, as long as I don't have to pay extra for it, then fine.

  Well, you don't have to install the updates, if everything works well. If you have a BluRay, then extract must often enable the codec to the latest versions for the player (copy protection).
