  Hi all

  I'm not very good with computers, and I've had some problems for a while now. My laptop is almost three years, I don't know why I'm writing this after so long but anyway. I think they are called "keys" or "launchkeys", hopeyfully, you know what I mean, but anyway they do no more work. They worked for a while, but they do not work now. I went into the control panel and went into the 'Toshiba' orders and tried to change what does each control, but it still does not work. No one knows how to fix?

  The Toshiba Satellite M100. M100-JG2 seems to be a Canadian series laptop. I recommend you to visit the driver Toshiba Canada page and to download and reinstall the tool called controls, Toshiba HotKey Utility, touch and launch.

  I think that you have changed the date and time in the BIOS. Is this good?
  If not, change it and don t forget to save the changes.

  In Control Panel--> Date and time--> time tab Internet, please uncheck the auto sync with the internet time server.
  In the other, called tab time zone please choose the right time zone and activate the tick to the option called automatically adjust the clock for an advance of changes

And I tried the update at the time of the internet and the answer is successful. but when I re start my computer is the same problem I met.

  • What you have already tried to solve the problem

  Chances are good that the CMOS battery that powers the clock when the computer is shut down has not or it is so low, that it is working properly.  Try to replace the battery and see if that solves the problem with the clock not the hold time (and this willl happen if you use the time synchronization because when the power is off, the clock needs the battery to keep read time).

• Problem with the registration date and time: only one date is recorded

  I have the following problem:

  I automatically stores the datetime values in a date column "changed_on", whenever a user saves a form.

  Unfortunately, when I show this value in a form or report, only the correct date is shown. Still, the time is 00:00. There is no time in the database value, too.

  

  Whenever a user clicks the save button in my form, the value of "changed_on" is generated by a calculation that returns "sysdate" (see image below).

  I think I tried everything now, but I can't understand how to record the date and time correctly. I already tried the format for the changed_on field mask to my preferred format, but it does nothing (jj. MM YYYY HH24).

  How can I automatically record the date and time?

  You need two things.

  1. put the mask of the P3_CHANGED_ON element to JJ. MM YYYY HH24

  2. change your source of calculation to

  TO_CHAR (sysdate, ' DD.) MM YYYY HH24 ')

  In this way, what holds the element and implicit conversion happens when recording records will match.

  Look at the strange data that stamp_copy was after the update.
  
  When run from SQL over, everything is fine. But when I run this code in our application, the same phenomenon occurs. I've even seen a data dating back to the year 11907 (!), giving an exception by selecting from the table.
  
  Someone at - it an idea on how to work around this bug?

  I'm having a little problem and I hope someone here can help me. I have a form and a report based on a table, let just say for simplicity that is the structure of the table:

  I have made a calculation, after submit, the form. If the end user has to put in the code. The code for the calculation is:

  Now, this is where I get my problem. I want to be able to display the date and time in the report. The code that I use for this is:

  However, this produces the result on my APEX report:

  1 , 11-MAR-2009 00:00:00

  Really frustrating thing is that if I insert by using the command line, SQLPlus or APEX SQL commands I get the expected result.

  If after having set the time/Date and stop and restart your machine the time is to say the year 2007-2009 etc., you have a CMOS battery has failed in the motherboard.

• International date and time

  Last week, I was in the United States and took a lot of pictures.  Now that I'm back in Australia, Photos has automatically adjusted the time and date of the pictures to what was the time in Australia, not the time it was when I took the pictures.  It's incredibly annoying.  Does anyone know how to fix this please? Thank you very much.

  Hello! I had the same problem. I took photos in Asia, some on them without location data. I imported on my Mac at home in France. And then, something went wrong with the date and time. As I've learned here for photos without location data, Photos uses the time zone of the place where you perform the import. If had imported the photos in the same zone where I took them, everything would have been fine.

  The solution was to select all the photos and then manually set their time zone in Malaysia where I took them. You can do this with "setting date and time" to the 'Image' (or 'Photos' menu, or however, it is called in English).

  El Capitan keeps resetting system date and time to 2013, at least 2 or 3 times a day. It was installed about 4 months ago and the problem has always been here, but only recently has it received so often, that I can't get a good use of my computer.

  Hello and welcome to Apple Support communities,

  This problem may be caused by a number of things, most often the cause is the device not being able to contact the time server. Here are the instructions from Apple supported for this problem, as well as a link to the appropriate article.

  Follow these steps, after each step:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of iOS.
  2. Automatically turn on set in settings > general > Date & time. This will automatically put your date and time based on your time zone.
  3. Make sure that your time zone is set correctly. Tap Settings > general > Date & time > time zone.

  If you still have any questions affecting your date, time, or time zone, you can automatically disable in the settings > general > Date & time and manually set the time and time zone. Or contact your carrier.

  The option to enable the value automatically may not be available in all countries or all shells.

  If the time on your iOS device does not go after a sync with your computer, the computer may be time wrong. Check the time on your computer in system preferences > Date & time. You can select "Set date and time automatically."

  Of course, if the time of your carrier server cannot connect the other option is to manually set the date and time until the carrier server are again available.

• The batch change date and time

  I have a lot of photos which, for some reason, have lost their correct dates and hours of creation, so I was eager to correct in an easy and enjoyable way.  I unfortunately discovered that Photos is not the batch option to change that used to be in iPhoto.

  When you try to find a solution to my problem, I fell on this batch Change Date and time on a fixed Date, which works well, but not quite how I want it.  What I want to do, that's exactly what the script above does, but rather than increment by 1 minute of each photo, I want to increment by 1 second intervals by photo.

  Having not really used AppleScript before, I tried to change the references to the 'minutes' to 'seconds' but that did not work.  Is it possible to do using above seconds instead of minutes?
