Date of maturity in AP column

Hello friends,

In my report in the date field, I printed payment date, but my client wants the date of maturity in this area

could you please tell me difference between the due date and the payment date

and in which table, we can find the date of maturity in AP column

Now, I took AP_INV_SELECTION_CRITERIA_ALL check_date... I need to replace that with due date

Please guide me

Thank you
Durga

Due date is also called the future dated payment.

Try AP_CHECKS_ALL. FUTURE_PAY_DUE_DATE or APFV_PAYMENT_SCHEDULES. FUTURE_PAY_DUE_DATE or the FUTURE_PAY_DUE_DATE column in the tables below
AP_SELECTED_INVOICES_ALL
AP_PAYMENT_SCHEDULES_ALL
AP_SELECTED_INVOICE_CHECKS_ALL

Payment date is the date on which the payment is made. Sometimes you create a payment but you want the Bank to perform the payment at a later date. This later date is called deadline.

Hope that answers your question,

  • Use the Quick Date year section in the column header

    Version 11.1.1.7

    I have a dashboard command prompt which invites for a date.

    My analysis is filtered on this prompt.

    My data looks like this:

    Accounting_Date FY1_Data FY2_Data FY3_Data

    31 AUGUST 2014 200 300 400

    AUGUST 31, 2013 275 325 450

    My requirement is to display the exercise as the heading of column (as opposed to FY1_Data, FY2_Data, FY3_Data).

    FY1_Data is the year of the accounting Date - 2.

    FY2_Data is the year of the Date of accounting order - 1

    FY3_Data is the year of the accounting Date

    So, for the first record in my table example, the column headers must be (2012, FY2013, FY2014)

    For the second disc, the column headers must be (fiscal year 2011, 2012, FY2013).

    To do this, I have tried the following to the first column only:

    I put the column header to FY@{Year1}

    Then I put my dashboard accounting cut-off Date prompt to fill a variable presentation (ActPrdDt).

    Then I created another guest of 'Variable' dashboard with a year1 variable name.

    In this prompt, I used SQL results as the default selection:

    Select 'Date_Table '. "' Accounting_Date ' from 'MySubjectArea' where 'Date_Table '. "" Accounting_Date "= @{ActPrdDt}

    The problem is that the full date is displayed in the column header (AFA 08/31/2014).

    I tried to modify the sql statement in my second guest of dashboard for

    Select TO_CHAR ("Date_Table". "Accounting_Date", "YYYY")-2 of... "

    but the column header displays all values in the column, which is usually what it displays when there is an error in the sql statement.

    Is it possible to manipulate the sql statement to get only the year of the accounting Date and subtract 1 or 2 him?

    I changed the sql statement

    Of

    TO_CHAR ("Date_Table". "Accounting_Date", "YYYY")-2 "

    TO

    extract (year of "Date_Table". "Accounting_Date")-2 "

    This solved my problem.

  • Data loading Wizard loses the column mapping

    I created page APEX "Loading data" type pages They are currently used to complete the staging tables and worked great in my existing environment. However; I migrated to the DB using export and it imported in a new environment. Similarly, I have my APEX application exported and imported into the new environment. It seems that the second page of the wizard to load data has lost the table mapping, it loads in. On each column in the second page, the only option for the column name is "do not load". What do I need move above, so that my pages of the wizard to load data remembers the names of columns to the table, they have been mapped to in the old environment?

    Hi David,

    You don't mention what version of APEX you use. Their problem in 4.1 in the export file where the owner has not been updated:

    wwv_flow_api.create_load_table(
    p_id =>3570143708960669327+ wwv_flow_api.g_id_offset,
    p_flow_id => wwv_flow.g_flow_id,
    p_name =>'Load Employees',
    p_owner =>'PAUL',
    p_table_name =>'EMP',
    p_unique_column_1 =>'EMPNO',
    p_is_uk1_case_sensitive =>'N',
    p_unique_column_2 =>'',
    p_is_uk2_case_sensitive =>'N',
    p_unique_column_3 =>'',
    p_is_uk3_case_sensitive =>'N',
    p_wizard_page_ids =>'',

    Try changing the p_owner-online online "PAUL" in your export file and change the name of the schema of your import in.

  • Show data as a percentage of column with a static table

    Hello
    I have a problem of calculating one percent in a table. I have two columns in the criteria tab:

    Departments and degree

    I need an extra column % calc total departments for each Department. I know that I can do with PivotTable, create a new column and put: view-> data as per cent of-> column but I do with the static table.

    Is possible to do?

    Thank you!!!

    Alex,

    You can try the following example here:

    http://www.biconsultinggroup.com/knowledgebase.asp?CategoryID=198&SubCategoryID=364

    by using the sum (measure of the size attribute)

    This should give you access total general in the report in a column, you can drift % of.

    HTH, if it is correct, please mark answered / reward points, as you see fit to do!

  • script process of sorting (with several column data) and average (some other column data)

    Hello

    I had a lot of help from my log of the bus data, previously.

    My interest now is to sort them according to certain values of the column and then get an average result of them.

    Given that the tiara doesn't seem to support the triage function after loading data, it seems to be a difficult issue for me;

    It would be useful that I can get all related index/approach/function/Council to do this kind of script.

    I've attached a file excel for example.

    In the first "raw" sheet, there are rows of raw data with column names of "year, month, day, ID, ID2, point, condition.

    Actual data had many more columns, but I simplified it for convenience.

    What I try to do is, with the entry (from DialogBox or simply a script as a variable; I can do this) 'year' and 'months' (e.g.: 2015, 6).

    to get the resulting data sheet 'expected results '.

    The result is sorted by value 'ID' and 'condition '. 'Condition' is 0 or 1, then the average of the values of 'point' for each ID and the condition is obtained.

    Group for the 'condition' of 2 will be the average of the results of the 'condition' 0 and 1 (collection of data). (So there are always three groups: for 'condition', 0, 1, and 2.)

    Currently, 'ID' includes 12345 and 54321, but there may be more values, too.

    "Num" column is the number of files RAW allows to get the average for the corresponding 'year-month-ID-condition'.

    Is there an effective approach or the function that you recommend?

    I think that you may need more details for example data, so please do not hesitate to ask me.

    Thanks in advance.

  • How to compare data from the two table column by column and connect the result compared to the separate table

    Hello experts...

    I'm new to this forum and Oracle coding complex.

    I have a task in which I want to compare two tables with the same structure, same columns. My Oracle database is 11g Release 2. I want this column-by-column comparison and save the result in a separate table. (say result_table)

    The structure of the table would be as follows:

    SQL > desc emp;

    Name                                      Null?    Type

    ----------------------------------------- -------- ----------------------------

    EMPNO NOT NULL NUMBER 4

    ENAME VARCHAR2 (10)

    JOB                                                VARCHAR2(9)

    MGR                                                NUMBER(4)

    HIREDATE DATE

    SAL                                                NUMBER(7,2)

    COMM                                               NUMBER(7,2)

    DEPTNO NUMBER (2)

    SQL > emp_comp desc;

    Name                                      Null?    Type

    ----------------------------------------- -------- ----------------------------

    EMPNO NOT NULL NUMBER 4

    ENAME VARCHAR2 (10)

    JOB                                                VARCHAR2(9)

    MGR                                                NUMBER(4)

    HIREDATE DATE

    SAL                                                NUMBER(7,2)

    COMM                                               NUMBER(7,2)

    DEPTNO NUMBER (2)

    Both of the tables EMPNO is the primary key.

    I want to compare these two tables based on the EMPNO (EMPNO even is both tables).

    The result log table would be as follows:

    SQL > create table result_table

    2 (check_sr_no, number (5),)

    table_name 3 varchar2 (30),

    ROW_ID 4 varchar2 (20).

    column_name 5 varchar2 (20).

    6 column_data varchar2 (1000).

    compared_by 7 varchar2 (10));

    Table created.

    SQL > alter table result_table

    2 Add the constraint result_table_pk

    3 primary key (check_sr_no);

    Modified table.

    The name of the table and the name of the column will not be hardcoded (based parameter by user)

    I tried to use the dbms_comparison package, but do not find comparison of column to column.

    I also used by using the query operator LESS. It's showing the difference in rank.

  • How to select the csv data stored in a BLOB column as if it were an external table?

    Hi all

    (Happy to be back after a while! )

    Currently I am working on a site where users should be able to load the data of csv (comma is the separator) of their client machines (APEX 3.2 application) in the Oracle 11.2.0.4.0 EE database.

    My problem is:

    I can't use an external table (for the first time in my life ) so I'm a little clueless what to do as the csv data is stored by the application of the APEX in a BLOB column, and I'm looking for an elegant way (at least SQL PL/SQL/maximization) to insert the data into the destination table (run validations by a MERGER would be the most effective way to do the job).

    I found a few examples, but I think they are too heavy and there could be a more elegant way in Oracle DB 11.2.

    Simple unit test:

    drop table CBC purge;

    drop table dst serving;

    create table src

    (myblob blob

    );

    create table dst

    (num number

    , varchar2 (6) str

    );

    Insert in src

    Select utl_raw.cast_to_raw (1; AAAAAA ;'|| Chr (10) |

    2; BATH; »

    )

    Double;

    Desired (of course) output based on the data in table SRC:

    SQL > select * DST;

    NUM STR

    ---------- ------

    1 ABDELKRIM

    2 BATH

    Does anybody know a solution for this?

    Any ideas/pointers/links/examples are welcome!

    Haha, wonder about regexp is like the blind leading the blind!

    However, it's my mistake: I forgot to put the starting position setting (so 1, 2, 3,... was in fact the starting position, not the nth occurrence. duh!)

    So, it should actually be:

    select x.*
    ,      regexp_substr(x.col1, '[^;]+', 1, 1)
    ,      regexp_substr(x.col1, '[^;]+', 1, 2)
    ,      regexp_substr(x.col1, '[^;]+', 1, 3)
    ,      regexp_substr(x.col1, '[^;]+', 1, 4)
    ,      regexp_substr(x.col1, '[^;]+', 1, 5)
    ,      regexp_substr(x.col1, '[^;]+', 1, 6)
    from  src
    ,      xmltable('/a/b'
                  passing xmltype(''||replace(conv_to_clob(src.myblob), chr(10), '')||'')
                  columns
                    col1 varchar2(100) path '.') x;

    Note: that's assuming that all the "columns" passed in the string won't be lame.

    If one of them might be null, then:

    select x.*
    ,      regexp_substr(ltrim(x.col1, ';'), '[^;]+', 1, 1)
    ,      regexp_substr(ltrim(x.col1, ';'), '[^;]+', 1, 2)
    ,      regexp_substr(ltrim(x.col1, ';'), '[^;]+', 1, 3)
    ,      regexp_substr(ltrim(x.col1, ';'), '[^;]+', 1, 4)
    ,      regexp_substr(ltrim(x.col1, ';'), '[^;]+', 1, 5)
    ,      regexp_substr(ltrim(x.col1, ';'), '[^;]+', 1, 6)
    from   src
    ,      xmltable('/a/b'
                  passing xmltype(replace(';'||replace(conv_to_clob(src.myblob), chr(10), ';')||'', ';;', '; ;'))
                  columns
                    col1 varchar2(100) path '.') x;

  • Data selection in UDB where columns were named after the oracle data types

    I have a couple of tables in UDB, I'm trying to reference on a HS db link.

    The first table on the side of the UDB has a column named 'number' (bought the software - not something we did)...

    Selecting this SEO column in this table and more specifically (i.e. Select number, col2, col3 etc) causes the error ORA-00936 (missing expression).

    Select * works...

    The second table also has a column called 'number', so the same problem above applies.  [However, sql errors when I do a select * from ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [HO set: look long], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []]

    Our dba lean on it, - Oracle HS is new to us, so - I was hoping someone here might have an idea...

    Using oracle 11.2.0.3.0.

    When your DB2 database has column with reserved words in Oracle names, you must create a view of your DB2 side by specifying a different name for this column, and then use DG4ODBC to choose from the scoreboard instead of DB2.

    Another approach which would require an additional programming is to use the DBMS_HS_PASSTHROUGH that allows to make statements that they are to the DB2 database without be analyzed in Oracle.

    As for the ORA-600 error that you get this error is caused when your DB2 table contains certain character inspired columns that exceed the accuracy of the Oracle and are then mapped to the Oracle long data types. Normally in Oracle each table can have a long column. But to be able to select with the gateways of databases foreign this restriction has been slightly improved and more recent Oracle software can choose from the tables that contain more then a long.

    So, could you please be more specific what program you use to select using the gateway fails with ORA-600 and could you please post your description of the table as it is stored in your DB2 database as seen using the gateway in SQL * more: desc (your DB2 table > @)

  • [4.0.1] bug in Data Import: ORA-00957: duplicate column name

    I found a serious problem in the import feature in 4.0.1 data as well as in the old version 3.2. It generates an INSERT script with duplicate column names, so that I can't use this feature at all. This is very critical for me. I don't see that I did anything wrong. It does not appear that the DB table columns are optional or required, or if I have NULL data in the file to import the required columns or not important.

    Here is a stripped down test cases:

    CREATE TABLE IMPORT_DATA

    (

    CUSTOMER VARCHAR2 (25 BYTES)

    There are examples of input data with a single line (Excel CSV/separator with ";" as separator). It doesn't matter that I have import this as CSV/delimited or as original XLSX file, the error still occurs.

    The import script generated is:

    -ORA-00957 double column name:

    and as you can see, it has the column AMOUNT several times.

    What you have on the step 3 of 5 of the wizard when you set the columns?

    It seems you have more values on your input string you have columns of your table.

    Hello

    I did, between guest day in Obiee by using this statement: link. It works well, but I need to manipulate different in a different column, for example:

    Data source values:

    100 2009

    100 2010

    100 2011

    100 2012

    100 2013

    Guest (what I choose in the analysis)

    StartDate: 2011

    EndDate: 2012

    Results of the analysis (sum):

    Column A column B

    200 400

    Explanation of the results: column A contains the sum of 2011 and 2012, it is ok and works well. My problem is the B column; I want to use prompt EndDate, but ignore the prompt StartDate, the result should be 400 (2009:100 + 2010:100 + 2011:100 + 2012:100).

    Do I need to use this prompt EndDate in colum of B?

    I found the solution! Here it is if anyone else have the same problems:

    1. create guests: startdate and enddate

    2. then call created invites in the formula editor:

    FILTER ("some". "WITH something' ('time'". "the dimension' between 2000 and @{enddate})))"

    FILTER ("some". "WITH something' ('time'". "between dimension' @{startdate} and @{enddate})))"
