To get the orange FF tab, go to view > toolbars > menu bar. This should uncheck the menu bar giving you the orange button.
Panorama is a box made of 4 gray rectangles which should be on the far right, if not once you activate the orange FF tab, right click anywhere on a toolbar that doesn't has nothing to this topic, and you should get a menu with a list of your toolbars that you can check and uncheck the box. Come on down to personalize everything down and it will open a window with all your buttons. Find groups of panorama/tab button and drag it to the toolbar of your choice.
to pin a tab as an app, right-click on it; It is an option in the context menu.

Problem: when I put my computer to sleep, wake up, there is a noticeable delay in performance. Internet is slow to reconnect, and GUI is unresponsive. This occurs for about 10-15 seconds, and then things come back to life.

With open disk utility select the disk to boot on the left then click the first aid tab, then click: run

Can someone help me please do with ATI Radeon HD 3450
I did a system reocovery today and all updates completed which is great, now I have ATI Radeon HD 3450 WARNING appear on my screen saying the following "The Catalyst control center is not taken in charge by the the driver version of your enabled graphics card please update your ATI graphics driver or enable your ATI card using the display manager Although I have since going to display the Manager found by chance, I am not techy you see only know to do a few simple steps, if necessary, the result said they found my driver to be updated. So, let me start at the top. Most of the stuff you see is drawn on a framework at a time using the painting tools. Some like the second shot can be done using a mask (hand-drawn), then the Scribble added. The lower part would be an expansion or animation of the mask. There is no automatic way to do this with images as images in the source video.
To learn how to use the paint tools in the paint type AE in the search help field in the upper right of the AE and learn about the resources of the community.
One last thing. Each shot with the effect of the painting should be a separate composition. You'll go nuts trying to put together a minute two video with hundreds of shots in a single model. No professional could work like this. If it were my project, I would take just the frames I wanted to paint in a shot and make sure COMP IOW, for the second example, it lasts about 20 executives is how long my comp would be, so I would have cut off the rest of the shooting. There is no need of roto or paint on all frames that you won't use.
