Decommissioning of the CC for teams

Our company currently has Adobe CC for teams with 5 licenses. We decided to downgrade our account for a license. Is there an easy way to change our account, then we can reduce the number of licenses we have? Any help would be appreciated!

Removing stubborn users of the CC for teams of Console
I'm an admin for CC 29 users on behalf of teams. I used the console to start new accounts for different users and deleted users who have left and started new ones in their place.
However, I am having a little difficulty with two uses I've done in the past. I can not delete these two accounts and I can not use because the accounts do not show users valid within the team more, and the accounts state that they are free accounts and when we try to use them they are just a trial accounts and expire.
The question is:
How can I remove these stubborn accounts? They only removed in the console, but appear again and again.

Creative cloud for teams - the only software to test on the second Machine
I recently bought the creative cloud for my office teams. Currently, there is only one license, I am the user as well as the administrator of the team. I could be wrong, but I thought that my license allows for me to install applications on both machines, but any application I am trying to add to my second machine is still in trial mode and pushes me to purchase a new membership of cloud or enter a serial number.
I tried myself deleting the user, forwarding of the invitation to join the CC for teams, clicked on the link in my email to accept and implement Creative Cloud Desktop on my second machine, ensured that I was signed the account and tried to download Photoshop, Lightroom, and Muse, but can not get out them of test mode. I tried to update the applications, and I also uninstalled them completely disconnected (e) Creative Cloud, cleaned my browser cache, signed lounging and reinstalled the software, no luck. I'm always invited to the numbers on my second machine.
I'm doing something wrong?

Sheena, I'm sorry I forgot to mention in my last post that I contact the support, thank you. That's how I discovered the mistake with the billing address, and so it was assumed that that was the problem, but it turns out that it wasn't. I managed to find the culprit after learning that my system was not a new one, I thought. He was a former owner who changed the Hosts file some time ago, when they were probably pirated software installed on it. Cleaned up the entries in the Hosts file and everything works now.

Yes, your CS5 license, you should get upgrade price to Team Edition. Go to the Creative Cloud Plans page, click on the Plans for teams & companies tab, select the upgrade option to JOIN and you will be prompted to set up an account Admin of the team and he'll check and upgrade eligibility.

I have a 15 HP computer pc laptop 15-go065NL PN K3F88EA for personal problems I lowered for Windows 8.1 upward for Win 7 64 bit and I had problems with the USB.
It seems that after that the OS without decommissioning the USB ports are not more work.
With 8.1 win all the USB worked, with Win 7.1 I have the uSB 3.0 working wile the two USB ports do not work.
I have these errors in Device Manager:
-controller pci crittografy
-Manager of system bus controllers
-Ethernet controller
-USB controller
Thease are the HW ID_VEN and the hardware ID.
VEN_1022 & DEV1537 for crittography
VEN_1022 & DEV7814 for USB
VEN_1022 & DEV1537 Ethernet
VEN_1022 & DEV1537 Manager of bus system

Everytime I open Windows Explorer, I get this message. questions about the decommissioning of win 8 for Win 7
I plan to install Win 7 Pro on my Win 8.1 on my desktop computer. My computer came preloaded with Win 8 and then I upgraded to win 8.1 by using Windows Update in Control Panel. So I have the computer manufacturers 64 bit Win 8 Support disc that came with the computer, but no Win 8.1 disk. I also have my old drive for Win 7 64-bit. My main concerns regard the problems potential decommissioning and also possible future problems if I decide to come back to Win 8 (regardless of the version then in force).
I have two questions:
(a) there will be problems if I decide in the future to upgrade Windows 7 Pro to whatever the current version to win 8 given that I only have my Win 8 of the manufacturer of the computer drive?
(b) in addition to needing all the drivers for Win 7, are there other problems by going win 8 for Win 7?
If you want to downgrade to Windows 7.
You will first need to go to the website of manufacturers for your model computer and first find out if there are native drivers in Windows 7. A large number of computers that are preloaded with Windows 8 have no native driver support for Windows 7 by the manufacturer.
If there are native drivers for Windows 7, there should be a problem.
Prior to decommissioning, I highly recommend facility backup the Windows 8.1 currently on the disk, so if you decide to go back to Windows 8, you can simply save your data in Windows 7 and restore the image of Windows 8.1. Learn how to:

You can actually have installed creative cloud and on two computers, signed as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software.
