  • HP Pavilion p245sa: HP Pavilion decommissioning win 8.1 for Win 7 32 bit 64 bit

Sorry for the long post essentially brought a HP PAVILION p245sa laptop to replace the desk at work but none of any of my medical equipment works with the laptop.  The laptop is 64-bit but the software and hardware only works with 32-bit windows. I got intouch with the manufacturers and they have confirmed that they do ABOUT 64-bit support. Among the material I'm using is a canon camera, however they can't all the 32-bit drivers for it.

While the laptop came with 64-bit WINDOWS 8.1, I thought once win 10 lot, I may be able to change the fuse, but no. Win 10 did nothing.

I installed Windows Vista AND Windows 7 32 bits, but the USB port, ethernet, WiFi drivers do not work. I tried to install the 64-bit original to win 8.1 drivers but they do not install it. Later, I tried to find the equivalent drivers for 32 bit by just googling. IE, I downloaded a 32-bit driver for Broadcom ethernet Web Lenova site, but it does not work either. So basically when I installed win 7 32 bit, what worked was cd player that's all.

I have restored the laptop completely, return to the factory restore now so there win 8.1 again, but I read someone else without decommissioning. If anyone can direct me, that will be great. !!!

Just FYI, I got in touch with microsoft, who can help, cat of hp who say they can't stand not anything outside of victory 8.1 or higher and got in the currys touch which are just a pain!

    Hello:

You should be able to use all the W7 32-bit drivers and software from the HP Probook 450 G2 on your model.

Do not use the BIOS and firmware files well.

Decommissioning experience so far. The only problem I had seemed to come of my allowing the Windows 7 pro, install more than 150 updates, which took all day, and then the computer died on me! lol I took a breath, turned on the computer, press ESC and went straight to the IEF, where, after clicking on the 'Start' and 'EFI' (Nothing), I then clicked on "Microsoft", which took me to the beginning of the Windows 7Pro install again. I just did a newinstall, and everything was fine. USB, CD/DVD, Audio... everything works.

    Here are the questions:

Cursor and browser guard move and jump now. What should do? the

I loaded the drivers to get me back online. But there are still some drivers that need to be loaded, but where and whence? If the 2215dx has been implemented for win8 and I am usin win7pro, how can I do for updates to date and such? This means that all Win7 auto updates are no longer relevant?

So far, these "appear to" the drivers I need? :

PCI, PCI SIMPLE COMMUNICATOR, UNIVERSAL SERIAL BUS, SM BUS CONTROLLER.

Again, all in all transfer to Win7 Pro has been great!

  • questions about the decommissioning of win 8 for Win 7

I plan to install Win 7 Pro on my Win 8.1 on my desktop computer. My computer came preloaded with Win 8 and then I upgraded to win 8.1 by using Windows Update in Control Panel. So I have the computer manufacturers 64 bit Win 8 Support disc that came with the computer, but no Win 8.1 disk. I also have my old drive for Win 7 64-bit. My main concerns regard the problems potential decommissioning and also possible future problems if I decide to come back to Win 8 (regardless of the version then in force).

    I have two questions:

    (a) there will be problems if I decide in the future to upgrade Windows 7 Pro to whatever the current version to win 8 given that I only have my Win 8 of the manufacturer of the computer drive?

    (b) in addition to needing all the drivers for Win 7, are there other problems by going win 8 for Win 7?

If you want to downgrade to Windows 7.

You will first need to go to the website of manufacturers for your model computer and first find out if there are native drivers in Windows 7. A large number of computers that are preloaded with Windows 8 have no native driver support for Windows 7 by the manufacturer.

If there are native drivers for Windows 7, there should be a problem.

Prior to decommissioning, I highly recommend facility backup the Windows 8.1 currently on the disk, so if you decide to go back to Windows 8, you can simply save your data in Windows 7 and restore the image of Windows 8.1. Learn how to:

  • WebGL has stopped working since the last update of NVIDIA drivers. Decommissioning of the pilots did not help. WebGL is enabled, but it does not compile shaders and fail.

I use Firefox on Ubuntu 12.04 49.0.2. Until a few days ago, WebGL worked. A few days earlier, it has stopped working (one day after I installed the latest version of the Nvidia drivers). I tried the option "enable force", without success. WebGL context is created, but debugging, it looks that the shader is not compiled (so made is not possible). I already tried to change the options on the angle, without success. I tried to downgrade the graphics drivers and their modernization once again, without success.

OK, solved. The problem is caused by a bug in the NVidia driver, as shown here:

  • Decommissioning of the Oracle 12.1.0 to 11R2 database

    Hello world

I am very new to databases, and oracle products so lie my question may seem like a bit simple for someone, but I really owe an answer to it.

I use OTN Developer Day VM, that comes with the pre-installed Oracle DB 12cR1. I wonder if its possible to dowgrade it to 11R2? Perhaps in order to do the downgrade must have previously been improved from 11R2 to 12cR1?

    Concerning

    Hello

If it is one of the developer VMs / VDI images you will be giving yourself quite the headache. My advice would be rather just pull down one of the virtual machines, Oracle 11 g. That DB is very probably a new DB with the patterns of Dev.

I never tried without decommissioning a DB in addition to a lower version (if it is created in the latest version, so there is no rason). If it was built for schema components 12 c can rely on packages of 12 c and not to be backward compatible - thus depends on the product. Otherwise generally built schema will be joined by dependencies (for example several products have the builds of schema for Oracle, Sybase, MySQL) but will quote release dependencies.

Play with the dev builds seems kind of a waste of time (for yourself!) unless it's a task a developer day course!

It's pretty easy to separate the logic of the scheme via export / datapump.

    Thank you

  • Envy of HP DV7 - 7233nr: decommissioning victory 8.1 for win 7 computer hp laptop dv7 envy

I've recently upgraded to win victory 10 8, I am not satisfied one or the other. I bought Win 7 Professional SP1 64 bit generator system "OEM" the other day. I would like to erase the hard drive and install Win 7 pro.

I don't know if it's easier to re - install win 8 on one partition and win 7 on another. I have the factory restore disks for win 8, which came with this pc. Have never created two partitions, I'm sure I could handle it, but I have now that I won't have the drivers for win 7 on this computer.

I think I can do this with good help and I ask for this help PLEASE.

    Sincerely,.

I'll keep my fingers crossed and go from there. I'll look around for other similar situations. As I sit here and ponder this object I'll probably imagined more questions to ask. But meanwhile your top shelf and we will no doubt talk again.

  • Envy 15 k200nw: decommissioning of k200nw HP Envy 15 Win10 for Win7 - need direction and drivers!

    Hi all good people!

I recently purchased this new HP Envy 15 - k200nw (product no. L0M95EA #AKD) and did my best to get used to Win10 but failed miserably. I just missed a few good ol' ' interface of Windows too so I had demoted him to Win7. And to add insult to injury - has not made a copy of the front swsetup folder. Now the problem is that some things work and some don't. I spent almost all day by browsing this forum and looking for answers, but my level of computer knowledge is not enough to understand all the knowledge and advice and understand it on my own.

I know that I should have some drivers and I have already installed the chipset driver, offered HP Web site.

From what I've observed so far, is that:

-Beats Audio software is no longer in Control Panel and I could not find a driver for my laptop to fix (even if the speakers work)

-Bluetooth seems to be dead, it will not receive files or install drivers for the recently paired devices

-the cooling system is strong as hell and will not calm down

-touchpad gestures (like scrolling movement) would ' t work anymore but I downloaded a driver on the Symantec site and it works now, just a little different

-fingerprint sensor is the death of all

-There is no pop - ups over who to display changes in the level of the volume, brightness, etc. on the screen

Can someone please be so kind and show me the way how to fix these problems or point to a similar thread that I him haven't noticed? I was downloading like crazy drivers, but now there are too many of them and some are not suitable for my hardware but I downloaded them in any case. The collector syndrome
