  Exactly, what is not working? Your OccCurr and OccFcst values are printed to the screen? I notice some questions.

  (1) If you want to display two outputText on one line, you can surround them with a panelGroupLayout and set the page layout to horizontal.
  (2) I don't think that you can place an outputText in outputText one another as in the codes that you have provided.
  (3) your EL is inconsistent. What is #{row.bindings.OccCurr.inputValue} or #{line. OccCurr}? If your values are displayed, but the background color does not work, it could be the first.

  It's impossible to predict if problems users insert statement with lowercase or uppercase column value.

  Sorry, if users write their own statements INSERT (or UPDATE or MERGE), then a trigger is the only way to guarantee that the column still gets capitalized. You can do the trigger fire only when the relevant column is changed.

  If you have a CHECK constraint in the table (which is a good idea, even if you have a trigger), then the DML statements that try to put lowercase letters in this column will fail. This puts the burden on users to call TOP in their own code.

  You could store the data to uppercase-lowercase, but display using TOP in a view (or, from Oracle 11, add a virtual coumn to the table). If you want to search on the string in uppercase, you can use a function-based index. (Columns virtual oracle 11 can be indexed).
  Using TOP in a view will queiries slower, but it is not slower DML.

  I'm pretty new to APEX and tries to create an interactive report with the form. This report examines essentially for more information for a particular employee. If the employee has any information in the table, the report presents information with a button change beside him. If there is no record in the table for this employee, a create button appears. Now when you click create, a new creation page. This page contains the employee number as a single display field with the value from the previous page. This value is displayed in the page, but it is not in the database. Create the page has view-only number and a couple of other columns. The other columns get inserted into the table with an empty number!
  
  Can someone please? Looks like the page keeps the value zero for the number of the employee who came during the search of the interactive report. Hope I made myself clear, being the newbie hope I haven't used any incorrect terminology.

  Without the DB column, apex will not determine which DB column the data in this field are mapped to (it would be quite impossible to guess the destination since the name of the element column).

  I have a query in which I used a date on the calendar as a guest. I can add this via a variable for the title of the report. This isn't my problem. When I select a date that he returned the financial week (in my query) it is associated with. So in my current request (default) returns yesterdays date and the financial week in the table column is 26. (As in week 26 financial) It is in the view table colum 9. I tried to add @9 to the title and I also tried @{9}, but none of these works. Can only rewind you column values in stories? Is this the only solution available?

  Yes, you are right.@9 syntax will work only from the narrative point of view. This syntax will not work for title view. You can see the value of propmpt by a variable presentation. Cn you use narrtaive view as the view title.

  Version earlier than 11 g the best way would be a trigger. If you can use that you may consider to create Insert and Update API for this table and put your logic to this. But you must make sure only this API is used to insert and update in your table.

  We have ADF Table with column drag and drop option. Also we have implemented ADF Table with excelHTMl type of export.

  Everything works as expected. Only problem is if we try to exchange a few columns by drag-and - drop option and then export the table, we receive the order of the columns with brewing. But our demand is, the user must obtain the export with the initial order table by default.
