  I currently have a problem with putting in password of default user in OIM 11 g.
  
  First, what is the password by default when a user form is filled out with empty password section?
  
  Second, I tried to use entity prepopulate adapters, adapters, etc., but I can't seem to find a way to set the default password for a user created by the Web Console of IOM.
  
  If anyone knows how to do this, could you explain how to accomplish (one point to appropriate documentation would be greatly appreciated, too).

  You have several options:

  First of all, you cannot create a user without password unless you have an id valid provided e-mail. At least provide a manager who has a valid e-mail id. In these cases, password is automatically generated and will be sent.

  1. the user event handlers. (Post processing event handler). This approach works for both manually created users and reconcile trusted users. It is more of a 11g and a recommended method.

  2. to reconcile users, you can also use the task process and set password to users when reconciliation insert received. It comes in a conventional way.

• How can I specify a default gateway for users of AnyConnect with a local pool of IP?

  Hi all

  This question relates to my ASA5510 8.0 software (4) running.

  For many of my AnyConnect group strategies, I use a local pool of IP to assign addresses to remote clients.  The pool is 10.1.50.1 - 10.1.50.250.  The problem is that when clients connect, they get a default gateway 10.1.0.1 it would be OK in a properly configured network, but it's not really one of those.

  I don't think there is any place where I can specify the default gateway value, is there?  What is the right way to work around this problem?

  10.1.50.1 is a part of 10.1.0.0 subnet. By design, to make the client VPN routing compatible with machines Vista. We had changed the functions of IPs for the DG on the client. It had been noticed that if you have the same DG ip address as the ip address of the virtual card it will not work. So what you see is good behavior.

  In other words, Anyconnect will show the first ip address in the subnet as the DG which in your case is 10.1.0.1.

  I am registered for the new program to update xbox live dashboard beta and I was wondering when microsoft will likely make the product keys available for this update will take place. I waited more than 24 hours now and I find it unacceptable to keep the people waiting for such a highly anticipated update.

  When I made the beta for the dashboard they usually come out in waves. You just need patience because there is no time to get it.

  workaround solution:
  go to you obiee11g installed by car: \Oracle\Middleware\instances\instance1\bifoundation\OracleBIPresentationServicesComponent\coreapplication_obips1\catalog\Your catalog name \root\users

  1 delete the problemcs folder and of
  2. restart the BI services
  3. sign in with the user and test it.

  Note: This is caused because the migration of users or copy web presentation catalogs (BUG 8316638 COPY AND PASTE USERS IN CATALOG MANAGER DO COPY PERMISSIONS)

  If you have a list of users then make a table in the information path and user portals db and store. Now, read the CHEMINPORTAIL variable in the initialization block.

  If you have less number of users then connexiona presentation service using these users. Go to my account, and then set the default dashboard for this user. Repeat this step for other users

  My Client is looking for this requirement:-the Page need of default dashboard for all reports and responsibilities.
  
  I built a default dashboard (with the name of Modules Overview). We have 6 modules in total (finance, production, projects etc.). In each Module, we have some reports of 5 to 10...
  
  So for this I used the link or Image and text options to build the dashboard. In the section link or image (I gave the query or dashboard as layout of dashboard/shared/_portal/Manufacturing and in the same way for all the other modules) in the legend part gave as open text. In the Section of text I gave the description of each module.
  
  Now, at the present time, we are able to see all the modules with their path corresponding to a dashboard.
  
  But now my client came with the new requirement that all reports after the title of each module should appear in their corresponding. (for example in the manufacturing-10 reports, Finance-8 reports of projects-6) paths.
  
  For this I started to give the path in the link or image section:-name shared/_portal/manufacturing/report... same goes for all the reports of 10... Drinking, that it takes more time.
  
  May I know what the right way... Is their any simple way to do...

• Default dashboard does not work after the user login

  Hi all

  We have one issue in 11.1.1.7.1 where CHEMINPORTAIL does not work for users. Thus, the user lands on the home page / recent rather than the default dashboard after login.

  I followed Doc-ID 1576576.1 and Bug 17071629 - CHEMINPORTAIL SESSION VARIABLE IS INEFFICIENT is reported. I applied patch 17071629 on top of 7.1. I tried and checked that

  • ·     The URL we use to login is "http://machinename:9704/analytics/saw.dll?bieehome & startPage = 1".
  • ·         There is no set start page in my account to user other than default.
  • ·         In the responses, the session CHEMINPORTAIL variable retrieves the correct path of dashboard.
  • ·         I removed the space in the name of the dashboard and tried with the following path ' / shared/table of edge/_portal/PortalPathTest. In addition, assigned the same default value in the session variable. I also tried "/ Shared Folders/table of edge/edge/PortalPathTest ' and '% 2fshared % 2fDashboard % 2f_portal % 2fPortalPathTest' but nothing works.
  • ·         lsinventory watch the patch has been applied successfully.

  One thing to notice-

  1. connection url is: "http://machinename:9704/analytics/saw.dll?bieehome& page = 1"

  2 after the connection URL in the browser is changed into "http://http://scoreboard-sit.wellsfargo.com:9704/analytics/saw.dll?bieehomemachinename:9704/analytics/saw.dll?bieehome" and displays the homepage instead of default dashboard.

  3. now at this point, if I add "& startPage = 1" to the URL from step 2 above in the browser, it navigates automatically to the correct dashboard by default.

  In addition, this fix has fixed dashboard by default in acting. This means that if I act as a user, I have ask on correct dashboard by default. But if the same user actually connects, it lands on the home page.

  I suspect that if the URL redirect after login is the real problem. Please suggest if someone has an idea.

  I think it was the question-

  There was an error in java script associated with an undefined object, "mode" in logon.js.  This is related to the access or Section 508 (checked by developer tools for IE).  We have deleted this code from the logon page that was causing the error. We had personalized the page quite a bit ago. When I ignore the error and not through, I go to the correct page of portal access road. So, let's replace the file logon.js with backup and I hope that it will solve the problem.

  This is typical of a corrupted profile.  To recover, perform the following steps:

  Almost always, corrupt profiles are accompanied by damaged drive.  During recovery, run a disk check with the /r or /f on your computer option.

  You can use a validation script customized to each text field that looks like:

  event.target.textFont = event.value = event.target.defaultValue? font. HelvI: fonts. Helv;

  This will make the text italic (Helvetica) when the field value is the value default and regular otherwise. There are other properties that you can use instead, as the field color, border width, background color, text or text size...

  I installed 11.1.1.6 OBIEE. Until yesterday, everything worked well. But today, I made a new RPD and restarted BI services.
  
  Then after that when I open MonTableauDeBord it is throwing the following error

  If possible, remove the weblogic and weblogic.atr folder and restart the BI services
