Delete approval in OIM 11 g

Hello

Pls someone suggest me.

How to remove the approval process in IOM 11.1.1.5.0.

Hi Deena,

According to my knowledge, removal of the approval in OIM11g project is nothing other than disabling or he unsubscribe to IOM.
You can follow the steps below to do the same.

1 open prompt-> go to work/recording stream directory in your server IOM location.
2. Enter the following command:
disable the Ant f registerworkflows - mp.xml
3. Enter the appropriate information
4. Once done turn it off, it displays message successfully build in the command prompt.

Now, if you're looking for the approval of the policy on the approval process, it will not list the approval with disabilities project.

Hope it will be useful.

Kind regards
Maryse

    Try following:

    1)

    Workflow policies enabled

    Workflow policies enabled

    TRUE

    This property determines if the approval workflow is enabled or disabled in Oracle Identity Manager. Approval workflow is used to determine if the operation requires approval or not, and if approval is required, then what workflow must be invoked.

    If the value of this property is TRUE, the approval workflow is enabled.

    If the value of this property is FALSE, the approval workflow is deactivated.

    For detailed information about the approval workflow, see Chapter 4, "Managing workflows".

    (2) if the above does not fix, take a look at the thread below:

  • How to get information about application pending approval in OIM 11 g R2?

    Hello

    We need the following details from application pending in OIM 11 g R2-
    ID of the request, assignees, asked the resource name, title of the application, the beneficiary, status of the request.
    Of the above attributes, we could find assignees, title of the request, the request status, recipient, etc.. But we get no application ID and name of the requested resource.
    We used the API - "IworkflowServiceClient".

    If we use API - "RequestService" so we don't get assignees and resource name approval request pending.

    Can any one suggest how can we get these details? Do we need to use the other APIs or other alternative to get all of the attributes of application pending.

    Thank you.

    Go directly to the database and look at the _SOAINFRA tablespace.  See the table in the WFTASK and see the contents of the entry.  If the information is there, then you should be able to retrieve the value of the API and to seize the land.

  • Workflow approval in OIM 11 g

    Hi all

    I am a new bie to OIM 11 g.

    We have an obligation to create a single level Approwal in OIM 11 g workflow. We have created the workflow and it works very well.

    Now, our requirement is once all approvals have been completed, the request should not be completed immediately or must not be marked as approve/reject.

    We need to invoke another java code that returns a flag value. Based on the value of the indicator so we need to send a notification and only after successful sending the notification that the approval process must be marked as complete and the needs (or approve/reject) appropriate measures are taken, and the task of commissioning is expected to be launched after that.

    Please suggest if one has implemented a similar process or please suggest how to achieve this.

    Thanks in advance for the help.

    Thank you
    PT

    So here's how I assigned variables and used later recovery and adjustment:

    In my workflow, just as oracle samples provided to the OBE, I've set my variables. I have one called ApprouverAuto. To create the variable, I opened the task after the receiveInput one that has all of my variables. Right-click on the item 'variables' on the left and add the variable. Give it a name and set the type of chain. In the OBE, he shows you how to collect value you defined in the composite.xml file and you can use a function to retrieve, but in this case, you can just leave it empty to start.

    In my original java code integrated which connects to the IOM and fancy stuff all, I compare the applicant and the beneficiary to determine the responsible relationship and if the application is the Manager there, I put the variable like this:

    setVariableData ("autoApprove", autoApprove);

    Later in my bpel to retrieve this value, I would use just this:

    Object obj = getVariableData ("autoApprove");

    String ApprouverAuto = obj.toString (); >

  • delete approval policies

    How to remove the approval policies in the vRA?

    You can not remove the approval policies. That's how it's done because it is important to check and other responsibilities. If you want to ensure that you see only those active and hide the other inactive you can c the search filters.

  • No emails sent by the IOM approval process

    Hello

    We have a problem with the mail notifications sent from the element of human task of a BPEL workflow approval in OIM 11 g R2 (SOA 11 g R1):

    On one of our circles of IOM, no approval notification is sent at all, even if they are correctly configured in the element of human task corresponds to the composite SOA. Notifications are sent correctly on another installation of the IOM that uses exactly the same composite.

    There is no trace of the IOM and SOA even try to send these messages, that they appear at all in the "State of the Message page" of the section of the mail Service of the Enterprise Manager user (not even in a "failed" State).

    We already checked:

    • AdminServer, SOAServer, OIMServer and area newspapers (they show no unusual)
    • The composites themselves (identical on both facilities)
    • The configuration of email from UMS driver (identical on both facilities)
    • The JpsContextName in the SDPMessagingServerConfig MBean and jps-config. XML (identical on both facilities)

    What are we missing that could be the cause of this problem?

    Thank you very much!

    Configure you the messaging part and turn notifications on the server SOA?

    In enterprise manager, right-click of your soa server instance, under Administration of SOA, select properties of Notification Workflow.  From there set the Notification Mode and the emails below.

  • Is there a way to see IP addresses, that I connected from?

    Is there a way to see my IP address that I logged in my Apple ID of? In looking around other people, thought that it was just something that Apple did from time to time, but I tell myself that if I can see my login IPs I should be able to assess if there was any activity suspicious. I've seen a way when I logged change my password as a precaution. Google does a good job of letting you see your IP connections.

    I received this email from Apple

    Dear *,.

    "iPhone" has been deleted automatically as a device of trust of the two-step verification of your Apple (m•••@email.address) ID

    Your secure devices are used to verify your identity when you make changes to your account, login to iCloud, or do iTunes or App Store purchases with a new device.

    To protect your safety, when you delete a unit, it will be removed from your list of secure devices. For re - check your device, connect to My Apple ID choose password and security, and then add or delete approved devices.

    If you do not clear this device or if you think that an unauthorized person has accessed your account, reset your password immediately to my Apple ID.

    If you need additional assistance, visit the Apple Support.

    Apple support

    I've not seen personally nothing where would give you an IP address to find out where it was connected to. Apple is very safe to things like that, so I don't think that there is a way to see the IP address, in that it was recorded.

  • Access service API IOM of composite SOA problem

    Hello

    I developed a process of approval in OIM 11 g and deployed on the server of the SOA. The composite has embeded inside JAVA code.
    I am able to connect using OIMClient, however, when I use the method oimClient.getService (oracle.iam.identity.usermgmt.api.UserManager.class); I'm a oracle.iam.platform.utils.NoSuchServiceException: javax.naming.NameNotFoundException exception.

    Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

    The code fragment is:

    customer. Login (oimUserName, oimPassword.toCharArray ());
    Logger.info ("< - GMICUSTOM - successful connection");

    obj = getVariableData ("managerLogin");
    String managerLogin = obj.toString ();
    Logger.info ("< Manager - GMICUSTOM - Login :"); ")

    obj = getVariableData ("beneficiaryLogin");
    String beneficiaryLogin = obj.toString ();
    Logger.info ("< - GMICUSTOM - beneficiary Login:" + beneficiaryLogin);

    Attempts to retrieve the if Manager Department Director ID id is null or empty
    If (managerLogin == null | managerLogin.trim (.equals(""))) {}
    userOperations = client.getService (oracle.iam.identity.usermgmt.api.UserManager.class) oracle.iam.identity.usermgmt.api.UserManager;
    ......

    There may be three reasons:

    1. you give bad URL for the connection. You will need to give Managed Server URL of IOM
    2. you copied the same JAR file on several sites.
    3. you have incorrectly set CLASSPATH (BPEL CLASSPATH)

    Check these 3 points in your CA.

    Hi all,

    I found a problem when you try to implement an authorization custom OIM 11 g. The approval workflow was working, but the approver cannot see the details of the user's request.
    The ID of the request, Beneficiery, Type query, request target are empty, and applicant show "Anonymous". If a connected as xelsysadm, this problem didn't happen.
    I use Self-Request resources to test the approval workflow.

    Please see the photo in this link: http://i1152.photobucket.com/albums/p488/Heri_Heriyanto/Jobs%20related/approvercannotviewrequestdetail-1.png

    Your Avast security software is intercepting your navigation to filter threats. In order to filter connections secure, Avast creates these false certificates and presents them to your browser. Since Firefox uses a certificate from Safari, Firefox should be set up to trust in Avast to generate these certificates.

    Now... in theory, Avast is supposed to update Firefox automatically when you go outside and start it again. I guess you left Firefox since this problem started, but, if not, that give a try.

    If this does not work, you or a volunteer will have to search the steps to get the Avast signing certificate in Firefox.

    Plan C would be to get the old file cert8.db file old data of Firefox on your desktop and it transplanted into your current Firefox profile. You must already have been put in place to work with Avast.
