  Well, it's quite strange... I just used who link me (from a PC) and get my BIS account very well. You can, however, use the interface for device BIS - watch this demo that I you provided above for instructions on this. BIS is simply a service provided by your operator. The PC/Web site method and device interface - these are simply two different interfaces in the same Department, so using one or the other is not serious... they cause the same thing.

  I have a problem to route an expense report after the approval process a Manager (Spending). The workflow no route it to the AP approval process. The flow stop spending administrator somehow. The error said that it can not locate the supervisor (cannot locate one supervisor has approved expense report). Can you advice guys what's causing the problem. What is the configuration to maintain the employee? I didn't change anything for the workflow.

  (1) resources admin is expected to approve before the resource is put into service.
  
  (2) If a Director of resources creates a user in the IOM, the establishment must be approved by IOM Admins.

  Go to definition of process Standard of approval. It will be the task approved. Go to integration and attach tcComplete it.

  BDW if you see it shows which means approval it task show that is underway with XELSYSADM?

• Emails sent to the printer are readjusted "undeliverable".

  We have recently updated the broadband router and changed.  Since the upgrade of the printer works fine when printing directly from a PC or a laptop on the network - however, e-mails sent to the printer remotely have now returned "undeliverable" even though the printer email address has been entered correctly.   The printer frequently now also displays a message asking me to put it off and then on again.

  In addition to a new router upgraded, we reinstalled the printer and the e-mail address has changed - but the problem occurred before the change of e-mail address.

  We tried all the trouble shooting usual tools and have no idea of what happens here. Any help gratefully received!

• Transfer emails "sent" to the Office Express 6.0

  I use Outlook Express 6.0. I am trying to transfer emails from the folder "sent" on the server of my host for the folder "sent" on my laptop (i.e. local folders). I used to be able to do, but now I get this message:

  "The selected messages could not be moved. An error has occurred. »

  For what it's worth, I transfer emails in the Inbox on the server of my host to my local files.

  My hosting provider said that it is a problem of Outlook, is not their problem. Can anyone help?

  I assume you are using an IMAP account.  I suspect that the items sent in OE folder is corrupted.  You can move messages to another folder (create one for it) then close OE and delete the file sent items.dbx.  Then start OE and see this will create a new and see if it works very well.  If not, try to go to file | Identities and setup a new identity, and then see if you can get it to work in this identity.  If so, then import from that older messages using file | Import | Messages.

  When I backed up my emails SENT that were in folders on my computer, they have been backed up on the Clickfree, but I need .dbx to open them and read them. I said to contact Microsoft. I do not understand how to do this.

  I'm not familiar with Clickfree. No it doesn't have a restore function? Once you have saved the sent items, you remove them from OE?

  I have windows 7 and when I send photos or files from my documents to the recipient of the message. Opening with Yahoo it shows sent by name of different people, but my email.   I live in Europe and I met this problem the other way around. Mail from my 'home' my recipient ISP, using Comcast as their ISP, has not received an any of them. It turns out that Comcast has rejected all emails from outside of the USA (not very nice of them?)-C' maybe is your problem too. We were using gmail which worked well.

  Problem solved.  Simply deleted and recreated the email account on Blackberry.  Duh - should have done this before I posted...
