  I tested on my end, and it seems that the issue is ongoing because of Air Version 3.8 was last updated. If restore you the version of Air to 3.7 this problem would be fixed.

  I had the same problem in version 5.5, since I bought the upgrade to v5

  If I have a file it will post perfectly in version 5, but in version 5.5, all spaces in line are deleted that breaks the PHP coding.

  I had remote help before, but unfortunately, the problem was not resolved. I deleted everything again, uninstalled and reinstalled until I'm blue in the face but it still breaks pages.

  Another line of support said that I needed to transfer files with ascii/bin rather than leave the FTP to decide?

  I also downloaded the SAME file using Fetch on my MacPro (OS 10.7 and 10.8) and it works perfectly. It's almost as if the passage FTP version 5.5 is broken or put in place incorrectly.

  Any advice? In the meantime, I'll come back to v5 (again)!

  Edit > Preferences > Code Format > line break type: must match your system. Windows/Mac/Unix.

  Have you tried to delete the places.sqlite* files in case there is a problem?

  The file must have 2265 bookmarks, including folders and separators.

  I am a simple script similar to the one you have probably already seen and used more than probably before (multiexporter.jsx by Tom Byrne) finish. My production department asked that we give them one PDF file per the artboard in the document with the specific export settings and an appropriate filename (based on the name of the artboard).

  I wrote a loop to save on each work plan with all the right settings... but now I'm on the problem of duplicates. It is very likely that I will have many names in double artboard, but they all need to be saved. By default, the files are overwritten by subsequent backup function. I spent that by adding a kind of number sequence at the end of the file name if a duplicate is found.

  The problem is now, I want the script runs correctly, regardless of whether or not the destination folder exists. For example, I have already run the script and saved my file .ai and PDF files. Now I realize that I had to make a change in the file and re - register (via script) and overwrite the files that I saved it the first time. Unfortunately, due to the sequence of numbers that I talked about above, I get all the old files, but also all of the new files in the folder.

  My first thought was to delete the destination folder and re-create. However, it seems that Javascript cannot do this. Should I just tell my artists that they must manually delete their records before they re - run the script? or is it possible to replace the folder while keeping the sequencing of files in the folder?

  I just did a test, and Yes, it looks that you must first delete all the stuff in the folder. the remove() method returns a true or false value, so you can check if the file could be deleted or not.

  yesterday, I worked on my site and made a mobile version of it without saving it - but everything was fine. Then, I published the site with the mobile version of s and s work a lot on mobile devices. Later, my Mac crashed and I had to reboot - kind of Muse asked me to restore the previous file with all the changes. But every time I get the same error Message appears: Unowned UID in database. UID: U1325 class: ImageFrame persistOwner:null

  What is that meaning? Note: Muse luckily able to save the file before without crashing. That s the reason for no record in the file.

  If at any time you answered, 'No' to Muse asking "do you want to Muse to recover unsaved changes? Then your unsaved changes are parties.

  If you still get this message every time you attempt to launch Muse, then unsaved changes are still there in the temporary files in the recovery folder. If you send your .muse file and folder recovery, we can fold the unsaved changes in your .muse file and fix the problem, which is part of the unsaved changes (which triggered the original error when you attempt to save).

  The recovery file is located in:

  Mac: "~/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2014.3/Local Store" (copy and paste into the go > dialog go to the folder in the Finder)

  Windows: store "%appdata%/com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2014.3/Local" (copy and paste into a file Explorer window)

  In both cases above, include everything between the quotation marks (including the tilde ~ on Mac) in the copy/paste, but not the quotation marks themselves.

  Muse does not support concurrent access of multiple users in a file. If the two copies of the Muse open and save in the same file, the result is likely to be a corrupted file. The same is true if multiple users have a file open and open Dropbox synchronizes the file updated by a user and replaces the version that was already open in Muse on another computer. (Creative cloud synchronization avoids this problem of synchronization is not a record of Muse until the cloud until it is closed.)

After you access a FTP site root and following the instructions, press Alt, then on site click Open FTP in the file Explorer, nothing happens.  We have checked the folder view FTP activate [apart from IE] and use passive FTP mode.  Before the upgrade, we used Windows XP and have been able to open FTP sites in Windows Explorer without any problem.
