  I suggest that you configure the computer to start in minimum mode, download the update from the Download Center and try to install the update.

  To perform a clean boot on a computer that is running Windows Vista:

  a. Click Start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.

  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.

  b. on the general tab, click Selective startup.

  c. under Selective startup, clear the check box load startup items.

  d. click OK.

  e. When prompted, click on restart.

  f. after the computer starts, check if the problem is resolved.

  This who exactly are you referring to when you say "change unwelcom why I do?"

  If the taskbar is hidden, point to where you saw last it show again. If you don't remember where you saw it, try pointing to the bottom of the screen first, then to the sides or top of the desktop, if necessary. You may need to move the pointer almost off the desktop computer to show the taskbar.

  I did a clean install on winxp pro, it ended by an "unexpected error", it will not install, shows me the error and restart try to reinstall and same error. I made a copy of the disc as soon as possible, but it is bootable. I tried putting in the cd copied, tried to locate the file but could not (don't kn OW the drive and folder).

  Deleting files from the i386 is not recommended, unless you have a genuine Windows XP installation CD. Sometimes the files in c:\i386 (or C:\Windows\ServicePackFile\i386) are needed to replace a damaged operating system file.  It doesn't happen very often, but if this happens to you and you have deleted the files, then you may need to use the Windows XP installation CD to replace the files.

I see that I can choose either to "break" or "Browse" under the graphic interactions but I really kind of want both. I have a line chart that shows sales by region (country-> status-> City). When I drill down to the city, I can view sales for 10 cities in Texas. Now, since I keep it from this hierarchy I want to click on the graphic on any city and need me for the details of this sale cities on another report details.

  You cannot navigate to a new report unless you have participating in the navigation columns are pre-defined in the answers.
  That said, it is not possible to navigate after an exploration to detail, as the level of detail is not available to implement navigation.
