Delivery of email to blackBerry Smartphones
I have two set Pop 3 e-mail, in place for my company accounts and only transfers to my phone. They are set up the same thing on the phone (I think). Does anyone have ideas on a fix.
Thanks in advance,
Jack
Hello
POP3 accounts use the e-mail servers.
Thank you

Problems of email to blackBerry Smartphones
I'm unable to access e-mail.
After entering my user and password, it indicates there is a problem and suggest you contact gmail.com.
However, I am in the right username and password (works on other devices very well) and it was working properly before.
How to remedy?
Thank you
OK... and what was your result of the search of the public data base KB? I found this... may or may not apply to your situation, but give it a quick glance:
- Article ID: KB12288 Impossible to integrate or validate a Google Mail with BlackBerry Internet Service account
Otherwise, with a strong support network signal (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... Please wait just before moving on to the next step):
1) register HRT
- KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
- Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application
2) Remove and return Service books
- KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
- If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
- KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
- Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.
3) restart
- With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.
- See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.
I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your configurations for the relevant accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile provider for formal support.
Good luck!

Problem with email notification blackBerry Smartphones
HIII everybody... I use bb9320curve with os 7.1, until a few days back everything worked well, in my opinion if it was my friends or community mailer. Then due to several reasons, I disabled my internet connection for a week, now, even once, I enabled the internet, I received a message that in 20 minutes I start receiving my notifications by e-mail, but nothing happened. I have not received all messages on my phone (but a lot through my Inbox in regular line). I tried to reboot, perform a hard reboot by removing the battery while on and so far nothing has worked. Then I get notifications only when I receive by email from the community forum of bb not other e-mails that are my friends, I know it sounds crazy, but that's what happens. Can anyone suggest me the solution.
Hello!!
I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):
(1) registry HRT
- KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network

(3) restart to take batt
- Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.
I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your BIS configuration for these accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile provider for formal support.

Email to blackBerry Smartphones has stopped working! The problem is NOT solved!
My BB 9780 was working fine a few weeks ago and then stopped my emails.
I have not added any application or change anything
I tried this service book record thing, out of battery, removal of e-mails and trying to set them up again (which doesn't work now) and nothing
So no idea?
I'm tired of these bugs... I would really like to have a phone that can receive emails, otherwise it will become a big paperweight
Hello and welcome to the community!
I know you said you tried some things, but I don't know if you've done these steps exactly. Therefore, I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

Email configure blackBerry Smartphones and delete forever business account
Hello
I have 12 blackberry 9720.
They have been somehow configured to work as a business smartphone.
Now the company wants to reject the old Blackberry Service Administrator.
I can't set up any kind of e-mail on these phones.
After several resets factory they continue to ask for a business email account.
Is it possible to set up a simple gmail account on them?
Better yet, is it possible to manually set the old account? (I can do this on a samsung or on an iphone).
Whenever I try to configure one of them that I make you to configuration-> email account-> and I can only activate a company account.
I want to just configure emails.
Hello
Assuming that you have:
- The devices removed from BES/DOWN
- Passed under the carrier on each device BES to BIS account
Then the devices should have ' Personal/Internet' showing on the screen. Note that the company will always show up on this screen, no matter what. But it is only useful for devices in a BES environment. For non - BES, you need a plan BIS of data by the carrier in order to activate the exclusive services of BB (which includes the e-mail handling on these devices inherited from BBOS). And, if the data carrier account does not exist OR if it does not BIS, then the screen will show exactly as you describe, and email does not work on the device.
Good luck!

Incoming emails for blackBerry Smartphones
My Bold 9930 received incoming emails faster they go on my PC (Outlook). Now, they take almost an hour appears on my smart phone or don't show up at all. Is a Blackberry server problem or is there a setting on my smartphone, I can change?
If the device is taken and you are on a BES I would contact your administrator of TI. They may have information about what is happening. If you do not change anything on the device, then it is probably not that you can do. I start by contacting Sprint and ask them to make sure that everything works correctly in your area.

Emails from blackBerry Smartphones delivered to several mailboxes?
I have my "BOLD" series up for my 3 email accounts. It works fine, but it seems that all my messages wind up together in their own Inbox on the "BOLD" as well as in my Inbox of BB. I tried to disable the option "forward" under the filters in the Internet in place of the screens, but then none of the emails come through. Is this just a feature of the "BOLD" or BB email service that I have to live with?
Email sent TO the BB works like this:
No matter when you REPLY to an email that you receive, the BB ONLY answers the email address to which it was sent.
Same thing with the redirect, except that you can change the account SEND aid to the header of the e-mail before their delivery.
NEW emails: When you compose a NEW message, the BlackBerry will SEND USING THE last e-mail account to which you sent this contact. If you wish, you can change SEND it USING in the header.
First of ALL, go to Options > Advanced > Services by default and set your default main email preferred account, one you use most of the time for all newly composed emails.
Good luck.

Email to blackBerry Smartphones
As the hub control email (I added my Office 365 account to my Priv), I can not disable the Hub, I can?
I wish offered an e-mail separated, against only via the Hub.
I think I'll go back to the use of the BlackBerry Hub pitcher, against the Nova Launcher.
With Nova, though you win some features, you also lose some, too...

Emails from blackBerry Smartphones do not sync with Outlook 2010
Hi all. I just built a new PC with Windows 7 and Office 2010. My old PC run Win XP and Office. When I open Outlook (XP) my emails removed themselves from my BB 9320, but this does not happen with OL 2010. Can someone advise please.
Kind regards...
Help me understand... you want all of your removal from the BlackBerry emails when they are downloaded into your client application to Outlook?
In your configuration, Outlook, value on the function to delete emails from the server after downloading to Outlook.
This isn't a matter of BlackBerry, but one of Outlook.

If you haven't already done so, try a battery pull. If it still does not work, call your carrier so that they can update your blackberry services.

Bbid and email to blackBerry Smartphones
Hello can someone tell me if it is true now that your e-mail address (I have 2 yahoo & hotmail) are now related to your BBID?
This means that, without connecting to my BBID staff then the personal emails on their part, addresses usually goes to my phone? or am I wrong?
Thank you
I don't think you can do a lot without connecting to your BlackBerry ID, so no you can't receive emails without.
If you change your email password on your PC, you will be prompted a few minutes for change on your phone as well. The RIM servers will have access to your e-mail account to retrieve your emails to push on your phone and your email address will not be able to access with your old password of e-mail. Your phone will then prompt you to update your password.
I hope that answers your questions.

Emails disappearing blackBerry Smartphones
Hi I have a Blackberry Torch 9800 on Giff gaffe and you've probably noticed that my emails read seem to disappear in my Inbox after a few hours, even if I don't read or mark as unread. I can't find my e-mail sent fine, where are they going?
Hello and welcome to the community!
The most common cause is that you have another interface (for example, the Outlook client) also access this same email address, and you have this client deleting items in the mail server when these. If this mail server is able to reconcile back to the BB those elements removed, then they are carefully removed from the BB. See this KB for what email services have this capability:
- KB05133 Features of the BlackBerry Internet Service email reconciliation
If yours is such, and you have configured on your device to do, carefully check your other systems that also access this email account to see if they remove items from the server.
Good luck!
