  Update Firefox 29, the same user interface is used for all types of installations. Changes to the UI are for mobile devices, at the expense of desktop / laptop users. Stupid idea, but we're stuck with it until Firefox falls into the 'other' category graphics use or pie charts. Fundamentally unworthy to have its own category more.

  I have an All In One older printer that worked perfectly for me. I tried to print something last night and every time the green color was susposed to print blue print instead. I replaced the color cartridge and still have blue instead of green. I tried everything I can think but can not get the printer to print in green. The strange thing is that I photocopied a picture with lots of greenery and it printed perfectly green.  Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

  I understand that you use a printer all-in-one of HP Deskjet F2110 with computer Windows 10 and green print blue, but the colors are just when you copy. I would like to help with that.

  The fact that it can copy well little indicates that the printer should work. Here is a document of support designed to be used with this problem so you can be sure - colors wrong.

  Then download and run the HP print and Scan Doctor to verify installed software. This tool can diagnose and solve many problems of printing software and printer.

  Please let me know if that solves the problem, or if you need assistance.

  I am trying to print from iPhoto, which Ive done hundreds of times and am on premium glossy inkjet photo paper (a new package, incidentally).  I have not changed the settings recently when printing.  Flash Info - just ran a report of print quality and also checked the settings.  Then I printed the same image that I had tried before, and it seems very well!  Have no idea why, but it looks like Im back in business!   Contact Dell, as the printer indicates a kind of hardware failure, it will not be a Windows fix for it.  Go to Dell web and some pilots and support, enter your printer model number and go from there.

  Pilots should be there. Double-click the drivers and it should try to install. If not, look for the configuration file in the unzipped folder.

  Although Christopher has correctly described a way to start the Printer Spooler service, chances are that he won't stop even once until you remove the problem that caused its judgment in the first place.

  Often, but not always, the print spooler stops because there is a corrupt print job stuck in the queue or a damaged printer driver.  However before you clean things up, on general principles, that you can download, install, update and run full scans with each of these two free programs:

  AntiMailware MalwareBytes
  SUPERAntiSpyware

  Do not operate the two scans simultaneously.  Each will take a long time, so start it and then go do something else for a while.

  Cleaning of printers

  NOTE: If after completing step has the print spooler is not always running after you launched the command "net start spooler", you will not be able to follow all the steps in "First Article".  Use of the special procedure for printers Lexmark described below and follow in its first Article.  If still no joy, use the alternative method that is linked below.

  A. Clean on print jobs pending

  • Open a command prompt window (start > run > cmd > OK)
  • Type the following in the black command prompt window, and then press ENTER after each line

  net stop spooler
  del/q '% windir%\system32\spool\PRINTERS\*.* '.

  B. clean the old printer drivers and install the latest drivers by using the directions in One Article.

  Note that there is no space before the =
