Dell N826N motherboards

Can I replace a motherboard N826N Dell with a Dell p/n T287N p/n in my Inspiron 545 desktop? Also, the 775 socket is compatible with an Intel Core 2 Duo and Intel Core 2 Quad processor? All the advice of N826N, no matter where used, use the same type of CPU? that is, Duo or Quad?

I'm trying to find out what types of CPU are compatible with a Board of T287N.  Specifically, if a Core 2 Quad type can be used.  Where can I find the answer?  Average contact Dell are without help as much as I'm concerned, almost impossible to talk to a live human being. Very frustrating.

Core 2 Quad processors are not supported by this motherboard.

Are the following:

Kit Dual Core Wolfdale, E5400, 2.70 GB
Kit Dual Core Wolfdale, E7400, 2.80 GB
Dual Core Wolfdale, E7500, 2.93 GB Kit
Wolfdale Dual Core Kit, E8400 3.00 GB
Wolfdale Dual Core Kit, E8500, 3.16 en
Wolfdale Dual-Core Kit, E8600 3.33 GHz

Before installing the processor, verify that the latest BIOS is installed.

  • Replacement Dell R610 motherboard model number

As I have no further with the tension E1000 Failsafe error. Contact technical support. The next thing to do I think is to replace the motherboard of Dell R610. Looking on eBay there are a number of different model / serial numbers are mentioned Eg: F0XJ6, 3YWXK, XDN97, 0NCY41 08GXHX and others. What is the motherboard model number / series should I actually use for replacement in this Dell R610, that has this built-in safety voltage error? Are there any other serial numbers, that depends on?

(Maybe I'm not looking for the right place, but even when I enter serial number in the website I can't find the serial number of the motherboard...) Even less if I should get the same motherboard once again, or maybe a 'best'?)

    Thank you!

    Sysjas,

The Svc tag you sent, the motherboard installed on the server currently is the XDN97.

Sorry for the delay, I'm not in until 6:30 am CST.

  • Laptop Dell Inspiron 15 5000 - A12 - 9700P APU with radeon R7

    Hello

On November 3, 2016, I bought this laptop equipped with an APU A12 - 9700 P and let me know what model is the Radeon R7 exactly?

There are a few models of R7 there but that will be mine when I get the laptop?

Is the driver using the R7 provided by Dell or we can use the AMD on their website when they update it every month?

    Thank you.

You cannot use the amd Web site because all the drivers for your laptop must be from Dell. These drivers are specifically customized by Dell for motherboard of your laptop and are almost never updated. Sign up for notifications of updates driver Dell download website for your model so that you know when no driver or bios is updated by Dell. Posted by amd amd drivers will not work on your laptop.

  • Dell Inspiron and XPS or upgrade?

I need a new computer soon... currently I still an Inspiron 530 I kept passing over the years... 3rd video card, improved power supply and a case fan is what I've done for her, and I can still play games on it!

Not for long, I'm afraid... Fallout 4 is calling my name.

    My question:

I buy an another Inspiron with the I7 and just spend another 200 on a PSU and graphics card.

WHERE can I buy the XPS? They would be about the same price.

Someone at - it an idea?

    corbanova

The XPS 8900 with the i7 processor, games would be the best buy.

Note: Some of the newer systems Inspiron from Dell, have motherboards BGA, who owns the processor built into the motherboard.

  • Motherboards - versions

Hello - I'm trying to understand what the meaning is behind the different versions of the DELL server motherboards (card MOTHER, PWA, PLANAR, card MOTHER, V2, DELL r.620 - part number KCKR5, vs the CARD SYSTEM, ASSEMBLY, WIRING PRINT ASSY, PLANAR, V4, DELL r.620 - GFKVD part number).

These two interchangeable plates, or is there a specific set of circumstances in which everyone should be used? And if there are differences, is there a process to make them functionally equal in all circumstances?

    Appreciated :)

Thanks again for your input, Chris - I've had my suspicions beforehand he had compatibility issues between the different levels of V. very appreciated for confirmation.

  • Dell Inspiron 530 s upgraded

I have an Inspiron from Dell 530 s with the Dell G33M02 motherboard. I transferred from the motherboard to a mATX case.  I tried to get a faster processor. It will support the Intel Core 2 Duo E8500? It says here http://en.community.dell.com/dell-groups/gaming/f/3344/p/19465072/20203019#20203019 but I want to just make sure. In addition, what is the max RAM it can support? I've seen people say is 4 GB and others said 8 GB. I was looking for ram

    PiUser5

Yes, the Core 2 Duo E8500 Wolfdale, 3.16 GHz, 6 MB, 1333 MHz FSB, 65W processor is supported.

Before installing the processor, you must check that you have the latest Version of the BIOS is installed, Intel has been added as support for the new processor.

4 GB of memory is the max for the motherboard G33M02.

The XPS 420 computer only supports BTX, BTX motherboards has been a very short not duration format and are no mothers of detail available, other than the motherboards of Dell XPS 420 that will fit the chassis XPS 420 BTX.

  • Setting Windows

When I haven't turned on my pc no signal and after "monitor going to sleep" this message is coming.what do?

    Hello

If no boot (Dell, HP, motherboard, Logo etc.) screen, follow these steps.

Monitor > cable > Port > that is either connected to a graphics card in a slot on the motherboard or integrated graphics hardware that is part of the motherboard.

Swap monitor, cable and check the connections

If a desktop computer, or share your graphics card with a good.

Or, if graphics card built-in, you will need to install a graphics card in a slot of the motherboard to see if this solves the problem.

If the above does not fix it:

If under warranty, contact the manufacturer.

If it is not under warranty, contact a repair shop, local.

    See you soon.

  • Clear up a registration with my license issue

I have the Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection 5.5

After that my computer Dell replaced motherboard, I reloaded the OS and Adobe software.

I received a message that my two licenses have been taken and I got a 30 day free trial.

I have only one computer, I guess that the motherboard has a different serial number that is the cause of the problem.

How can I erase the two uses of the license and clear up this problem?

Contact Adobe customer service. They should be able to help you get your licence corrected. Just practice your S/N and be prepared to explain the replacement of the motherboard of Dell.

    Good luck

  • PowerEdge R510 Bios update FAIL

I have 2 PowerEdge R510 servers that were previously a server with a medical company, but have now been redeployed on my network to other functions.  Both need the BIOS updates.  The problem is, they both are currently at Version 1.1.4.  When I try to run the Windows BIOS update, he reported success and says it needs to restart windows in order to apply the update.  After the reboot, it does not update the bios and recharge just windows as usual.  I also tried to boot from a flash drive and run the update of the executable through BACK.  It does not have pointed out that the BIOS is not a DELL bios, R510 and it reports itself as ' - '.  Of course, it's an original DELL card motherboard/BIOS.  I need to perform this update because I would like to upgrade the processors Xeon 5650 chipset.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance!

If /forceit failed, you can also try/f, or /forcetype.

    Let me know.

  • (Redirected) Dell Vostro 1510 does not restart after the replacement motherboard (CPU the question!)

    Dear,

I have a problem with my laptop (dell vostro 1510). For the second time my screen went completely black. I couldn't see anything, but the computer was not working. I assumed it was for the same reason as the first time (burnt video card). I have replace it with it and when I try to start the laptop I just get three led among that flashes on the left. It is not go further and I don't have access to the bios. The diagnostic led codes say it is a problem with the processor. How can I test if the processor work? For me, it's weird with the old motherboard, it began. I also tried to reset the CPU on a different time slot. I don't know what to try anymore.

If you have any suggestions please let me know

    Have a nice day

  • Dell XPS 8300 Motherboard case Compatability

  • A motherboard that fits a Dell Dimension 4400

Hi I'm looking to upgrade my dell dimension 4400 and I wonder if there is a motherboard that fits this case and support a drive sata hard and between 4 GB to 8 GB of ram

Hi I'm looking to upgrade my dell dimension 4400 and I wonder if there is a motherboard that fits this case and support a drive sata hard and between 4 GB to 8 GB of ram

    gators36

I doubt it, because Dimension 4400 systems, have Dell motherboards and cases/chassis with exclusive features.

You may have problems to install an ATX motherboard in a Dell case.

The rear i/o Panel can align properly, then you might have to change that.

Both ATX case and motherboards do not have the same front wiring connectors that use 4400.

Dell uses an owner Ribbon to the front connector, while the standard ATX cases use Molex type connectors, you will need to find a way to redo the electric installation of the front panel and USB ports, because Dell has never published the details of the pinout.

It cost less likely to buy an ATX case retail, as well as a motherboard.
