Data Execution Prevention (DEP) is a security feature that can help prevent damage to your computer from viruses and other security threats. DEP can help protect your computer by analyzing the programs to ensure that they use the system safely memory. If a program tries to code running (also known as the execution) of memory in an incorrect way, DEP closes the program.
Data Execution Prevention (DEP) follows the programs to use memory. If DEP finds memory used incorrectly, DEP closes the program and let you know. If you trust the program, you can add it to an exceptions list so that DEP won't close it, but you must first check with the manufacturer of the program to see if there is a DEP compatible version available.

I suggest you try the steps mentioned below and check if it helps.
Step 1: Start the computer in safe mode and check if the problem persists.
If the problem persists in safe mode run clean boot to see if there is a software conflict as the clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.
Note: After the boot minimum troubleshooting step, follow step 7 in the link provided to return the computer to a Normal startup mode

If you started having 'Magical' Antivirus programs to appear on your system that you do not install, then you are infected. Some people may be painful to remove, to others not so much. I recommend http://www.malwarebytes.org/ for malware protection and http://www.microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/ for antivirus.But now you're in a bit of a place. I download Malware Bytes and put it on a USB key. Then see if you can boot in safe mode and run MalwareBytes. If you're not in safe mode, take a look at this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/318027

The program that I use is called Defraggler, it was created by piriform LTD and it is a simplified version of windows Disk Defragmenter. It is not defragment my disk correctly. It is said that it has completed the defrag but it's still 23% defragmented files defragmentation. WebLogic think that he has a database connection but the jdbc is not listed
