• After upgrading Firefox to version 10.01 I have more no addons listed in the 'extensions' tab. I do not have the addons installed and they work.

  Example addons currently working include non-script and downloadthemall. The two addons work but do not arise under the extensions. I don't see my plugins such as java, realplayer, shockwave, etc. It is very annoying, trying to acess my addons to constantly take in "Get addons" page.

  It is possible that there is a problem with the files that store the registry extensions.

  Delete the files (extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini, extensions.cache) extensions.* and compatibility.ini in the profile folder of Firefox to reset the extensions registry.

  I bought a Newegg L655-S5111, which was on sale, put an SSD, and then installed a legitimate copy of Windows 7 Professional 64 - bit, I got from my current employer (I'm a computer scientist). I've updated to the latest revision of the BIOS (1.70), and I have all the updates installed Windows, all drivers installed, including the correct drivers Conexant HD Audio and ATI HDMI Audio. Unfortunately, the sound does not work. Sound works briefly during my first install of Windows 7, then I cut it up until I could get it set up with a helmet. When I disabled it, she had stopped working.

  This laptop is less than 3 weeks at this point, old and I get no audio on headphones or speakers, even if Windows displays clearly no problems with the drivers, they have the latest version on a new installation, and I can see the audio mixer game. The laptop built-in microphone captures sound as well. I think that's probably not a matter of the physical interconnection, but more likely a software problem, I just have trouble identifying where it is.

  Can you please do a test and install original recovery image Toshiba, that you got with your laptop on this new SSD, just to see if it will work with the original image.

  Recovery image contains all the necessary drivers and OS is perfectly configured so each piece of hardware in your laptop should work correctly.

  I try to install Works Suite 99 my drive in my computer XP (it was previously in an old computer running Windows 98.  Setup requires a product ID number that is not in my documents of purchase in 1999 of 20 digits.  My computer has XP on a programme of work 2004, but prefer to use the simplified version of 1999 instead.  Can anyone offer suggestions to overcome being blocked by the need for a product ID during the installation.

  Yu seem to have correctly installed the OS upgrade - and it will never work without assistance.

• Can't seem to get the center of work or even installed solutions.

  I recently bought and installed a printer Phot0smart 5520. Everything has been successfully installed and printer is operational. However, the Solution Center recently stopped working and says a file had yet to be installed. I am sure that the Solution centre worked after the printer has been installed and I even pinned to the Windows toolbar. I tried to reinstall the printer driver using the CD. Still no Solution Center. I uninstalled the old Center of Solution I got for my old printer HP 5209 thinking maybe that was the problem. Then reinstall the new driver but the same question. I did it about 4 times now and also tried to use a web HP driver instead of the Conference on disarmament. Still no Solution Center. Running window 7 64-bit edition. Printer still operational BTW. I looked in CD files to see if I could locate the file/program for the Solution Center, but could not identify. any help appreciated.
