  Are you referring to the description that you entered in the portal of vetting of BlackBerry App World?  If so, the answers to your questions are:

  (1) No, the application didn't need to submit again.  However, I have a ticket is always open to change.  The App World team must always check any change to the public like this.

  (2) If you have copied and pasted the text in this field (for example from MSWord), then there may be meta/markup data that interfere. Think just type the text and add spaces between paragraphs.  Line breaks should not be removed.

  As mentioned, the old portal will not have this problem. However the problem with the new portal and Description has been identified and wil fixed in the next update on the Portal coming soon.

• Chips and other special characters in the App World descriptions

  How is one makes chips and other special characters in the description of the app in the supplier portal?  I see various descriptions app with chips so I know it's possible.  I tried Googling the answer, but to no avail.  Can someone point me to the documentation for it?

  I think it's just the Unicode text, so if you include these characters when you submit the form, they will display.

  Your question is perhaps more on how to insert these characters into the HTML form. To do this, because I need it rarely, I didn't copy and paste of a website where I can find the required text. For example, Google for 'unicode ball' and you can find one of them on one of the first findings of the research, such as the Wikipedia article.

  Some people probably have their systems set up to type Unicode directly from their keyboard, but I never got to determine the modern way to do this (and the last time I checked, years, Unicode in operating systems support was still largely missing).

• How to remove applications from the app store

  Of all my research, I'm sure it's impossible. But what the heck... Are you are my last hope.

  I have two applications tab updates in my app store account (not iTunes).

  One is iPhoto (fate updated 19/03/2015); and

  Domain name Analyzer (update published on 25/03/2014)

  Given that I'm currently running 10.11.3, I have more iPhoto on my computer; so it cannot be updated. However, the Apple App store thinks I should always download the update. Madness. I can not download it, I can't update. What I want to do, is remove the stinking albatross. But how?

  Similarly, I don't have domain name Analyzer on my iMac, but can't re - download. When I go to its description in the app store, the says "Update" button, no download. Pressing just sends me to the update page. When I try to update, it stifles upward and gives the message "domain name Analyzer failed to download. Use the shopping page to try again". Sure. I could continue to do this for hours and it won't change a thing. I sent Softnik on my dilemma, but they have ignored me until now. I doubt they have a solution.

  This happened for almost a year. So how can get rid you of these two? Any suggestion will be appreciated. I understand it is easy to delete the apps from iTunes. Why can't we easily remove applications on the App Store?

  If the Mac App Store has not see the apps it would not offer updates. Verify that the applications are not on a connected drive or a partition mounted.

  It is a known problem. It affects anyone who makes your app is installed. If you uninstall one of the apps, you will see the description back up to what install you it again.

  BlackBerry is aware of the issue. They said nothing about when it will be actually fixed.

  This is usually done with a CMS (content management system). There are commercial products CMS like WordPress, Joomla and perch. You create one or several layouts and then create pages of these page layouts using the CMS. In this way, it is possible to have hundreds of pages, each with unique content, but a page layout that can be managed in a place of sharing.

  CMSs on shelf don't require programming skills. Otherwise, some of us write our own CMS with custom functions, but this requires back-end, as with PHP programming.

• Unable to connect to the App Store and auto delete app

  Hi, I never update my ipad because I never, and I do not have the space for it anyway.   First of all, make sure that you don't have enough free space before trying to re-download the application. Once you know that you have enough space, try these two ways to get to the app.

  Quite simply, the blue highlight is caused by a change in title.
  It was a fix implemented in response to the bug "App Tabs should indicate the change in status in < title >".

  I can see the list of the apps on this page , but the link is to download.

  These applications are somewhere otherwise I can't tell what they do?

  If you hover over with the mouse on the app, you will see a very brief description.

  IMO, it would be better if there was a link to click on each app.

  Hello world.  I have an ios application that are not re - download in the app store specifically TUBE DOWNLOADER (D/L) by Apps2be. I don't know why this particular application has been removed in my itunes library.   I got a new Ipad pro and I want to install this application.

  Now, I always have in my iphone app.  Is it possible to transfer this app from my iphone to itunes library?  Or maybe a way to transfer this app from iphone to my new ipad pro directly using a third party mac app.  Moreover, the two devices are running in ios 9.2.

  New "App thinning" with iOS9: to make smaller applications, they are been customized for specific hardware when you download Apple directly on a device with iOS9. Applications downloaded directly to an Apple device may no longer work on any other type of device. Apple has decided there is no point of synchronization to a computer, because each device should ideally get a customized version directly from Apple. If you want a backup copy on your computer you can transfer a version non-diluted directly from the computer store that has you need may be transferred to any device-i (but will take more space).  You should have transferred the app at a much earlier stage as part of a regular backup procedure.

• Note K3 shows notifications unless u use the app

  The lenovo K3 note shows apps notifications Whatsapp and hiking until and unless u use the app... If the phone is idle and you get messages but device does not show that any messasages until and unless you open the app to check notifications.   It seems that you are unable to change your country on your App Store because you always get a message to cancel the Apple music, even if you have already done.  The following Knowledge Base article provides clarification on the manner in which the process of cancellation of Apple's music ends:

  Manage your membership Apple music on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac or PC

  Disable the automatic renewal, cancel your membership

  If you wish to cancel your subscription of Apple's music, turn off the auto-renewal.

  Your membership may be renewed if you don't turn off your automatic renewal 8 hours or more before your renewal date.

  On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

  1. In the music application, press your profile icon in the upper left corner.
  2. Click on View Apple ID. You may need to connect.
  3. Under subscriptions, click on manage. If you have more than one subscription, type on your membership (membership of music Apple) to see your membership options.
     
  4. Under renewal Options, disable the automatic renewal. Confirm your selection, and touch done.
     
     If you don't see the option to disable the automatic renewal, your subscription will automatically stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
  5. Press done to return to the screen of your account and then press done to return to the application.

  As shown in the image and the description of step 4, the subscription stops at the end of the billing cycle. After this date, you should be able to complete the change of your App Store:
