• 10-digit dial plan design

  My company is migrating from a 4-digit 10-digit dianplan. The idea is to keep the calls intra-site with 4 digits and called intersite 10-digit.

  The question is should I change the extensions on CUCM 10-digit numbers and add a rule of translation on the bridge to prefix the numbers when a call comes, who also send 10-digit CUCM and add a translation in CUCM when a 4 digits is called prefix the remaining 6.

  Continue to use the 4 digits on number callmanager directory configuration and add a mask of external number, calls intra-site of way still use the 4 digits and there is no need of translations for which...

  You can easily create your own email template.

  You must have HTML enabled composition.
  Different methods of location of the 'account settings ':

  • Via the toolbar "Menu Bar":
  • "Tools" > "Account settings" > "Composition & addressing" for the e-mail account

  Through the pane of folders:

  • Right-click on the name of the e-mail account in the folders pane, and then select "settings".

  Unless you use a communication software that was provided by the service to access remotely and has been designed to work specifically with COM3 it shjould not matter.

  The number of COM is selected by the operating system according to availability, it could be that COM3 is already active. Boot into the BIOS and check if COM3 is affected.

  Now, our company have a HQ Office and a remote site in a different city and we have a CUCM 5.1.3 server in the HQ Office, remote site have approximately 30 cisco 7911 phones registered to the HQ CUCM server. HQ and remote control have their own local voice gateway 2821 h323 (HQ has a PVDM2-64 in VG, remote control has a PVDM2-32 in VG) HQ and distance of telephone calls using the G729 codec to save bandwidth (there is a line of rental of 2 M between the seat and the remote site).

  My question is: HQ Office take often together 8 partners (using MeetMe), because we have no meeting place, server or other device cisco PVDM2 only, so I have to renounce material use CFB, but software CFB support only of the G711 codec and the QUEUE to the HQ router do support G711, if I keep using G729 between Headquarters and remote site Remote staff can not dial a MeetMe meeting and cannot get their voicemail.  Who can tell me what is the best design for my CPU?

• Try to remove prefixes of front Pages of outgoing Fax dialing rules.

  I use Windows Fax and Scan program included in Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.  I used to use the fax software that was included in Windows 2000 Pro and have not experienced this problem.

  The problem I have is this: when you send a fax to a business contact, if I use a dialing rule, prefixes used in the dialing rule appear on my cover Page in the fax number of the recipient field.  (This is moved when you use the same cover on the oldest of Windows Fax software page.)

  For example, when you select the dialing rule to disable call waiting, fax number of the recipient on the cover then reads, "* 70, 555-555-5555" (the numeral 5 is used for the protection of personal information).

  Any help, suggestions or direction is appreciated.

  Fax and scanning has never been designed to be an enterprise application. None of the Windows Fax programs were never and all the features varied considerably over the years.  Once upon a time, fully integrated Fax (sort of) faxes Outlook so received in your Inbox.  This changed when XP replaced 98.  Once upon a time, you could have your fax modem use distinctive ring. another loss.  Then Fax was fired from Vista Basic and Home SKU and available only in Pro and Ultimate, ignorant the fact that most users scan and fax are special and that most business users have a business fax solution and do not use it.  I hope they fix this problem, but I surely do not stand on one foot and hold my breath waiting for what he... • Accidental dialing of blackBerry Smartphones 9650 all-in is placed in the case

  Greetings... Is there an easy way to prevent 'butt dialing '?  For example with this new device 9650 (8330 replacement), I find that when you put the phone in my case I'm constantly calling the "last number" accidentally.  Other that lock the phone every time, is there a way to disable the phone to be able to compose then place in the Holster?  There is a "Dial from Home Screen" option, but don't know who will help you.  Kindly advise me?  Thank you!

  He could make a difference in this kind of case you use.  A Holster designed specifically for the 9650 should have a magnetic "proximity sensor", which keeps the battery power and need to disable auto redial while in the case.  See for example:

  I use the case I bought for my 8330 and it keeps my 9650.  So, apparently simply because only the phone fits in the case does not mean that the sensor will work.

• Treo 755 p, voice dialing, and Mac OS

  I got the voice dialing software and loaded to my Treo 755 p. Now, when I sync, I get a message from my Mac (running OS 10.4.11 G5) that ' HotSync operation interrupted - some of your data is WITHOUT backup - for details, click on "View log" below. When I click on "View log" I get another window saying "unknown sync error [16385]." When I clock OK, the HotSync log arrives. The bottom line reads ""Backup"failed (error = unknown Sync Eror)" "

  The message on my Treo (stick around well after that the Mac has abandoned) is "sync Voice Dial. And he sits and sits and sits. If I click on 'Cancel' he sits and sits and sits. I find myself pulling the USB cable after about 15 minutes. I let it go for an hour with no resolution.)

  My Treo keep dialing 911, and the police is getting really annoyed with me... especially because I have a restraining order against someone out and the police are afraid that something might happen. I need to disable this feature! Messages passed about what is happening on a Treo 650 had a link to lockmytreo.com, which is now a totally different site. Help!

  I have Fireworks, but I was told that an entire site can be designed so better to import in Photoshop Dreamweaver, is it true... ? Ive heard Fireworks export is not too good.

  Personally, I design Web sites in Photoshop. Fireworks is much easier to work with. It is an extremely powerful program, once you get comfortable with using it correctly, you'll never go back to Photoshop to design pages.

  I agree with you on drawing vs coding, but we have problems loading page due to heavy graphics like this. We are designers of web sites, so we are accustomed to fast internet connections, but there are people out there who are still on dial-up (also incredible that it is) and also business security lock downs that make things complicated as well.
