The overall design of the site in photoshop.

I have Fireworks, but I was told that an entire site can be designed so better to import in Photoshop Dreamweaver, is it true... ? Ive heard Fireworks export is not too good.

Boxes etc, can they imported not in form of images, but a little translated in divs at the time where it gets Dreamweaver...?

I find a hell of a lot easier to draw what I want in what concerns the design that this coding in css.

It would be so much better if in dreamweaver, you can draw stuff then encode it in css without all the hooplar.

Read this Article from Dave Hoge on Fireworks CSS export, it is very useful: http://www.idux.com/2010/11/15/common-issues-with-adobe-fireworks-css-export/ - there is also a video of his presentation at MAX this year is worth your time.

Personally, I design Web sites in Photoshop. Fireworks is much easier to work with. It is an extremely powerful program, once you get comfortable with using it correctly, you'll never go back to Photoshop to design pages.

I agree with you on drawing vs coding, but we have problems loading page due to heavy graphics like this. We are designers of web sites, so we are accustomed to fast internet connections, but there are people out there who are still on dial-up (also incredible that it is) and also business security lock downs that make things complicated as well.
