  If you can't have your administrative user account, then you will need to use a Live CD to start the computer with and reset the password.

  Kindly, follow these steps to check if all the language settings is good: -.

  1. click on the Start button

  6. now check your default input language
  7. If this isn't show rather than English (United States) and then, click then select English (United States) US
