Designjet Z5400: Lubricate the stem Z5400 of transport

I have my HP provider lubricating oil and said to lubricate the stem cart twice year with two drops on the left and right sides.

Is it possible to slide the ink along the stem of transport carriage so that the oil covers correctly there?  Can transport of ink be manually and safely moved along the stem of transport with the printer off?

Printing a wide page so the printer slide the transport of ink along the stem of transport does not cover the length of the whole stem.

Thanks in advance.

Hello

Let me rephrase

Turn the printer off.

Turn on the printer

When the printer is initializing and all icons turns on, press on an icon at the time, X,?

After that the icons wil blink, this means that it will boot in diagnostic mode

Again, this is when the printer initializes, carefully observe to the Panel as you turn it on

  • HP DesignJet 1000 series, a bad cable rear transport stop in the same place every time?

    Hello. On a series of 1000 HP DesignJet 1050c more think that FW A.52.02, a bad cable rear transport stop in the same place every time?  It stops just to the right of each start, attached photo Center.  Do not know if it is directed to the left or right at the time; I asked the customer, but it has not yet responded.  It is hundreds of miles away with customer.  I was not there; I try to get a very good idea of what everything I need and that you need to do before I travel such a distance.

    It gets the error "check printhead path type (2).  Customer said that began as he tried to pass to 24 "paper roll of I think 36" roll of paper.  Maybe this is related to the different movements to transport would be to manage different width, but there will be an underlying problem.  (Well, I guess it does now any width.)  I read that if transport stops in the same place every time when you start, it's probably one of the following:

    1 necessary transport height adjustment.

    2 tubes of rub excessively in the channel of tubes.

    3. bad transport (Mouasher Sa'ad says that the bad capacitors once a trolley stop at the same place;) Guess it could be a bad encoder sensor but think the transport would simply jump a quarter inch or so if the case.)

    Well, guess it might be something to the top with the belt too, so:

    4. bad belt (once I had 1 too short and kept cause type 2 error - stop inches couple out right every time)

    I cleaned and lubricated all - channel rods and tubes of cursor. It worked fine for 5 months.

    Here, I simply want to exclude ideally that a bad end cable would cause traffic to stop at the same place every time.

    Thanks for any input.

    Paul

    Usually, a bad end cable will not cause you have. It could be one of the items you listed, but could also be the encoder being dirty in this place. Most of the time it's the belt as a defect in a bad belt could stop at the same place. If the sheath is a problem most of the time it stops at the opening of the left side. Also, if the tubes most of the time you can fix a bunch of heavy clear packing on the rim tape, tubes rub against and which solves the problem.

  • With the help of message Transport.more)

    I'm defining the message as being open after receiving the rest of the message when calling "Transport.more".

    I tried to call "message.setFlag (Message.Flag.OPENED, true);" where to pick up the rest of the body part after that my interlocutor notify my status app but message does not update when I put the open message = true flag.  Is there a default time-out or can I put it immediately after notification of the listener?

    Please make sure that you call the Message.updateUi method after you change the status of the message.  This ensures that in the Messages application UI elements are updated to reflect the change.

  • NSX - Ping issues between DLR and edge gateway on the network of public transport

    Hello

    I have deployed an NSX in a POC environment and have a few weird questions. I sent a distributed router (DLR) with 2 internal interfaces (related to the segments of NW app & web) and an uplink interface connected to a network of transit (192.168.10.0/29). I have also deployed a gateway of Edge services with an internal link connected to the same interface of transit (192.168.10.0/29) and an interface of uplink connected to the outside world.

    The question is, when I PuTTY on the Edge service gateway and ping interface uplink of the DLR using sound transit (192.168.10.2) network ip address, I do not get a response. The firewall is configured to accept all traffic on the DLR and the edge.

    Someone at - it ideas? Note that the DLR has been configured default gateway pointing to the IP of the gateway of the Edge on the network of public transport (as is the only North DLR connection)

    See you soon

    A rough drawing of the topology is attached. Ping fails to 192.168.10.1 to 192.168.10.2

    FYI - has proved to be a problem with the NSX 6.1.2 that attaches to 6.1.3. No KB for the issue for the time being, nor is he mentioned as being fixed at 6.1.3 in the notes but VMware engineer GSS confirmed that its fixed.

    temporary work is about to stop and start the daemon netcpa on the compute cluster hosts & edge of ESXi

  • OSB disable Server gives the problem in internal transport after interrogation of FTP

    Hello

    We use OSB with 2 managed servers. When managed server2 is not available, we get the following error during the processing of a remote file by using the ftp adapter.

    weblogic.jms.extensions.JMSOrderException: Member chopped jmsResources! dist_wlsb.internal.transport.task.queue.ftp_auto is jmsResources! wlsb.internal.transport.task.queue.ftp_auto_2, which is not available

    We have a proxy what polls for FTP site x files.

    In the proxy configuration, FTP Transport Configuration we set the managed server ("the service managed to run the polling the external resourcel poller service') to managed server1.

    It seems that after that interrogation of the external resource and a file is discovered, the OSB will forward the request via internal transport to server2 managed. However, it is disabled / not available.

    We disabled the second node (reflected in the server on the WLS tab), why is it trying to achieve managed server2?

    Thank you

    Stefan

    Even if you have server1 as the 'managed_server' means that only the file is picked up by server1, the treatment is still unloaded on the other servers in the cluster.

    If I remember correctly, we found that a change of setting fixed this problem for us - we need set sorting by arrival to false.

  • Failed to create the Proxy service with transport JCA

    Hello everyone.
    I have some questions when trying to create the ftp with jca transport service. I followed the instructions in this tutorial:
    http://blogs.Oracle.com/MarkSmith/entry/osb_and_ftp_adapter_in_11g

    I stuck at step 4, cannot create proxy service to use JCA file I created by JDeveloper 11 g (11.1.1.5). When I specify the file of jca proxy service, an error message returned:
    <ALSB Console> <BEA-494002> <Internal error occured in OSBConsole : Transport exception occurred with the following message:
    Invalid JCA file for JCA proxy service. If you are creating a Proxy from a Business Service, please select a different transport type (for example, http). If not, JCA file must contain JCA activation spec properties.
    And here's my content created by JDeveloper jca file:
    <adapter-config name="myJCA_FTP_service" adapter="FTP Adapter" wsdlLocation="myJCA_FTP_service.wsdl" xmlns="http://platform.integration.oracle/blocks/adapter/fw/metadata">

      <connection-factory location="eis/ftp/MyFtpAdapter"/>
      <endpoint-interaction portType="Put_ptt" operation="Put">
        <interaction-spec className="oracle.tip.adapter.ftp.outbound.FTPInteractionSpec">
          <property name="PhysicalDirectory" value="/home/FTP-shared/upload"/>
          <property name="FileType" value="ascii"/>
          <property name="Append" value="false"/>
          <property name="FileNamingConvention" value="osb_%SEQ%"/>
          <property name="NumberMessages" value="1"/>
        </interaction-spec>
      </endpoint-interaction>

    </adapter-config>
    Is there someone who had attempted to use JCA adapter Ftp transport already? Please give me a suggestion.
    Any response is appreciated

    Best regards, Cuong Pham

    If you have selected the operation PUT you can only generate a business of the JCA service.

    Hi Geetha,

    The trace, it seems that you use trading partner against AQ delivery channel and it is a failure when the functional acknowledgement is sent. It seems that you have not specified the schema as part of the end point URI(ex: b2b.) name IP_IN_QUEUE). Please specify the same and test it. If this does not work, please let us know the following

    1 b2b.log in the debug only on b2b.oracle.tip.DiagnosticLevel.B2B = DEBUG
    2 patch installed set
    3. the protocol used

    Thank you and best regards,

  • Designjet Z5400: unable to print pdf files correctly

    When I try to print PDFs the designjet, a lot of the graphics are usually omitted.  I usually choose my pdf file and save it as an image to print properly, but then the image is not as clear because of the size that is being printed.  I fell like I should be able to print PDFs without problem.  Any suggestions?

    Hello

    There are 2 options to correct the problem

    1 - flatten the image and then save it as a PDF

    2. in Adobe reader, go to file > print > advanced > select print as Image > print your file

  • HP DesignJet Z5400: Z5400 79:04 error

    After downloading the firmware update CH_05_00_00.5 one a few weeks ago, my user started to have a system error code 79:04 when printing.

    After research, I saw that one of the improvements for CH_04_00_00.9 update was to fix the random system error code 79:04 when printing.

    I have restored the firmware to the previous version, CH_04_00_00.9, and he has no problem.

    If anyone has experienced this?  Find out what is the cause?  How to fix?

    If the old version works, then use it.  Until they come out with another update there is probably nothing you can do.  If you went to another question they maybe you can contact hp customer service, but they may charge for support.

  • DesignJet 4500ps: is the interchangeable motherboard for DesignJet 4000 and DesignJet 4500PS

    I recently received a model of HP DesignJet 4500 PS broken free Q1272A of friend engineering firm.  The technician, they called to set the printer has assumed that the motherboard (main PCA card) was incorrect and removed.  I don't know anything else other that they decided that it wasn't worth fixing, and the main Board of the APC is missing.

    I think I can get a main PCA Board used for a few hundred dollars, but I have to check that get the right part.  I see the number of room Q1273-60250 being announced as the Designjet 4000 and Designjet 4500.  Can anyone confirm that this is true?  I don't want to buy this part number if it turns out that the Q1273-60250 works only in the DesignJet 4500 if I change it or if I'm just using some accessories.  I also see Q1273-60225 as being for the Designjet 4000 and Designjet 4500.  I found this part number cost very little.  It will work in fact for the 4500ps?

    Any advice?

    Where can I go to be safe?

    Hello

    The 4500 and 4000 share the same hand APC.

    The Q1273-60250 part should work.

    Before we had the controller and lamp replaced on our venerable 815 scanner card (i.e. before the last apparently got watered by a power surge), I seem to remember that the lamp will auto power off after a period of inactivity to prolong the life of the lamp.

    A new has served without interruption since a few days now, which is not healthy for me.

    I couldn't find anything in the settings, the manual online or on the auto layout PDF user guide... I just imagine that this was how things were at work? If it is SUPPOSED to shut down to protect the lamp, no one knows where this setting is hidden or how to turn it on?
