DeskJet 4625: Scan Cup Page

Whenever a page of A4 format is scanned, part of the page is cut off during the analysis. This happens as well with the document feeder and the manual set up on the screen. This could be because the analysis being defined for a letter size document.

Put the A4 printer to print documents, I do not know how to set to A4 for analysis.

Any suggestions?

Hey there! @mikef65, thank you for joining the HP Forums!

I understand that part of the page stops when scanning on your printer.

Please try to make a copy option and check if the pages are cutting for the copy function.

If so, then it might be a hardware problem.

If copy option works very well without cutting the pages then it might be a driver problem.

You can update drivers using the link below.

    Thank you

Well, if you use the HP utility scan it will work for you.

You're right, this is where you can be sure to determine whether you want to scan to a single file or multiple locations. However, when you are on the scanning window, there should be the main picture, then on the left there is a smaller thumbnail in a column. At the bottom of this column, there is a button with a piece of paper with a (+) mark. This will allow you to scan multiple pages in a frame.

Let me know if it works for you!

  • scanning documents page with Deskjet 1050 multi

How can I use my deskjet 1050 for multi page scanning and pdf to Word conversion?

    Hi Sunshyne 2005,

Thanks for your help, but I have given up trying to find a solution which, I believe, does not exist.

I tried the PDFzilla program but I was then flooded by about ten unwanted and intrusive programs additional, which some found difficult to remove and then had recourse to a restoration of the system to get rid of them.  Thank you for your help and thank you.

  • pouvez the deskjet 2510 scan more than 1 page?

What do you do if a document is more than 1 page?

I'm sorry that you are having a problem, try to scan several pages.

This printer does NOT an ADF (automatic document feeder). The ADF is a feature in the upper part of the printer that feeds on several pages of copies, scans, or sweepstakes through.

You'll just have to scan a single page at a time with this printer.

  • scanning multiple pages

I just bought a series of all-in-one HP Deskjet 2540 mainly for scanning.  I can digitize unique pages, but can't figure out out to scan multiple pages into a single set.  All I see is 'search of multipage documents as single or multiple files come back and go to the file tab in the advanced settings'.  What do I do from there?

Thank you very much.  In fact, I think that I just thought of it.  When you hover over the more it says check «back»  However, in another place, he says 'return' is just for when you are not satisfied with the scan and must be clicked after xing on.

  • HP Envy 4500 e-all-in-one Seri: scanning multipe pages in a document file

I'm trying to scan multiple pages in a document file. I am currently using Windows 10. What are the steps to do this successfully.

    Hello

Thank you for using the forum.

To use the Scan software on your printer, you will need to download and install the printer driver.

We recommend that you download the full features and it can be found here:

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-envy-4500-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5304875/model/5304876#Z7_3054ICK0K8UDA0AQC11TA930C7

Once you have installed the software, you can click the icon for the printer on the desktop and it will bring up the HP Printer Wizard and you can use the Scan software.

You will first need to scan more than one page, select "Save as PDF".

Once you've scanned the first page, in order to scan several pages, you will need to click on 'Add page' (as shown)

When you are finished, you can save the document.

Here are several videos giving you good advice on digitization (printers in the videos are using the same software to Scan as your HP Envy 4500)

  • my hp deskjet3520 scan several pages, even if the box is unchecked to create separate files

I have a Hp Deskjet 3520 printer all-in-one.  The user manual says there is a way to scan multiple pages to a pdf file.  However, even though I unchecked the box in the settings for 'create a separate file for each analysis', it gives me still no option to analyze the elements more after the first.  I've looked everywhere for the solution and it seems not to be.  It's as if the program for mine just does not work, as it is not recording I have unckecked this option for unique digitized files.  The manual was useless, it simply gives a very brief statement to use the software to analyze several elements instead of the interface of the printer, which i have done all this time anyway.  If someone could please help solve this problem, I would be very grateful.

    Hello

Open the HP software by using the icon named as the printer model.

Under Actions of scanner, select scan a Document or Photo.

Select the PDF shortcut, make sure the preview Scan option is checked and to ensure the resolution resolution configured as 300 dpi or below, higher do support not several pages of analysis...

Click Scan and then you should see an Add button in the preview scan dialog box.

    Kind regards

    Shlomi
