Deskjetpro 8600: PC and iMac suddenly won't talk to printers HP Deskjetpro 8600

This is my second message and relates to the strange and sudden loss of the ability to get two (of the wife and mine) computers HP DeskjetPro 8600 to print. We use wireless connectivity, or has done, she has a Dell PC with Windows 10 and I have an iMac OSX 10.11 which has the updated OS El Capitan.

We suddenly lost connectivity with our wireless printer. Our Internet connection is correct. Our WiFi is on. We have unplugged and restarted our router. The whole system is the last upgrade of Comcast.net.

So we are at a loss to know what to do.

If your computer is close enough to the printer, you can still use the USB option.

You mentioned use connecting the ethernet port, I suggest using as always.
