  Hey Kevin,

  You can uninstall InDesign and you can check non installed in the Applications folder if a file for Adobe InDesign CC still exists. If so delete this folder manually and remove the trash.

  Install CC InDesign again. Do it from your administrator account.

  FLV Import support has been removed from PrPro recently - * think * it was with on the second update to CS6, but others can check the exact time it was deleted.

  When you open the desktop CC application, older versions are not visible at first. You need to change some settings:

  1 scroll for "latest version" and former 'previous Versions', until you come to "Find other applications."

  2 FW is still not visible. Go to the drop-down list of "All Apps".

  3. change the setting for "See the previous Versions."

  

  Now, when you scroll down, you'll find Fireworks listed. Download and enjoy.

• AAM does not recognize the installed Apps CC

  A few weeks ago, I mentioned a problem where the MAA did not recognize some applications like when they were being installed.  I was worried that I would miss out on updates for this reason, so I removed the AAM and installed it again, how there not recoginse _any_ of installed applications, so I advanced and installed again.  At this point, everything was fine, and the MAO seemed to be in harmony with what was and what has not been installed.

  Then yesterday there was an update for the MAO, I have installed consciously, and I'm right back where I was before!

  InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat CC and Lightroom 5 show all uninstalled, while they work perfectly.  Is it possible that I can get the MAA in harmony without having to reinstall everything again?

  Please launch CC Office/select Preferences/applications and check the language selected for installed applications. If your CC applications are installed in English and in the CC Office preferences there is another language, chosen from outside the English then go ahead and change the language according to the language of the installed applications and see if you can find the applications showing as installed new.

  I recently had all our information from an old iMac that is transferred to a new iMac (transfer from the Mac store).  Now when I try to open Photoshop CS6 in the dock, get a response that says: error configuration and underneath "error: 16»   He also told to uninstall and reinstall Photoshop.  The problem is that somewhere in the past, the Adobe installer has been removed, so am not able to continue the process - so am unable to uninstall.  Appreciate any help.  Have not had problems before.

  I don't own a Mac and never have, so I uninstalled little to offer by way of how to get something on one.  If the vacuum cleaner does not recognize that you have CS6 installed there are two things I could think that I would consider - 1) just try to reinstall CS6 2) just delete whatever it is, you can find from the CS6 and try to reinstall.  The second option is the least recommended from my point of view, I don't know what could be the impact, but I don't think trying the first would hurt a lot... it could just get setup in place and then offer you the option to uninstall.
