Please try to remove creative cloud app and reinstall it.

If this does not work, please activate the hidden admin / new admin user account and check if it works.

Cloud desktop application creative launch after 2015 dreamweaver full initiated

I have a problem not sure about your.
The issue is creative cloud desktop application launch after dreamweaver cc 2015 have been fully launched, the cloud desktop application launch or creative caused automatically the dreamweaver trolling about 1-2 minutes until I'm able to use it. Previously, cc 2014/20141 dreamweaver is not the question.
OS: Windows 8.1 update 1
RAM: 8 GB
Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 M

We have a connected internal bug because "creative cloud is launched and is superimposed on each launch DW Dreamweaver if creative cloud is quit."

Can you identify which application are part of this error message?
Check the list of startup and try disabling unnecessary applications using. Sorry, but reading the description of your problem there is no useful information, and it is not easy to say anything. -
I turned on my PC only to find out that there was a problem. As usual, I entered my password to connect to my user account. I tried to run "purposelss" desktop application. No, I couldn't access it. When I try to launch an application from the start screen, the start over refreshes and screen binks as if I pressed my Start button. The same thing happens with any other application. I can't access anything anyone at all. I can't turn off my PC. Help out me.
If you ask these two questions, no, I did no changes to my PC or I got an error code.
I use Acer Veriton m200-h81.

Try the following:
(1) reset store Cache - Windows key + R, type wsreset.exe, enter
(2) sync your App store Licensing charms, updated settings APP, sync Licenses
If the problem persists, run the following commands from a command prompt (Admin)
(1) sfc/scannow reboot once completed.
(2) dism.exe/Online/cleanup-image /scanhealth
(3) dism.exe / online/cleanup-image /restorehealth Reboot and try Apps, if still the problem persists restart sfc / scannow and restart and check if it is resolved.

Creative cloud desktop application will not be installed
When I launched my desktop app cc to use typekit, it asked me to update. The update has no error 1001. I wasn't able to use it, so I uninstalled and installed then again without success. It initializes the Setup program starts the download of the desktop application, and then disappears. I used cc cleaner, but all that was remove my photoshop! Help.
I had no luck with above mentioned. I was able to chat with Adobe and the remotely installed an update to Applications Manager and that solved the problem. I strongly recommend to update your App manager and chatting with Adobe. They have been great.

Where is a previous version of the creative cloud desktop application
So, I had a problem with my Creative Cloud Desktop App/Launcher. So I uninstalled it in order to re-download and re-install. So now it wont let me install because my operating system must be upgraded it's for quite awhile when I initially install the desktop CC application. I won't update my operating system. So, how can I get my hands on an earlier version; one that is compatible with my OS, so I can have my system how it was back? There is really only one question in this convoluted situation. Where can I download an older version of the desktop creative cloud application? Anyone?

CC desktop application does not open
My desktop CC app cannot me download/set to update all apps, and he says: 'download error. Press Retry to try again, or contact customer support. "Then press Retry, and I only get the spinning wheel. I tried all the solutions of question: 403 error at the launch of the creative Office Cloud app and question: The Creative Cloud desktop dose not open or shows a spinning wheel of progress but none of them were solved.
Before someone asked me to open my account on my Mac and download them here - that worked - but I shouldn't do this whenever I want to download/upgrade to update my applications.

My creative Cloud desktop application is empty quite often. Even if I restart my iMac, it is always empty. Does anyone have a solution for this problem? My iMac is already updated to El Capitan.
First, close your office cc application.
then, rename the opm.db file by:
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /users/
folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE and rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db, for example
Finally, launch your cc desktop application.

Whenever I click on the Launcher / Installer app to my desktop nothing happens. Does not at all. I went through this page without any result.

I have all my programs installed CC. I am able to open those but it takes time and there is a considerable delay. I experience always this discrepancy, CC seems very unstable. Sometimes it works, sometimes there aren't. CS6 bored when I didn't have to relay on remote servers in order to open a program.
