Creative cloud desktop application will not be installed
When I launched my desktop app cc to use typekit, it asked me to update. The update has no error 1001. I wasn't able to use it, so I uninstalled and installed then again without success. It initializes the Setup program starts the download of the desktop application, and then disappears. I used cc cleaner, but all that was remove my photoshop! Help.
I had no luck with above mentioned. I was able to chat with Adobe and the remotely installed an update to Applications Manager and that solved the problem. I strongly recommend to update your App manager and chatting with Adobe. They have been great.

Mac. But it's settled, I used Time Machine to return to an earlier version of the CC app and it works fine.

Migrated to the new computer - now Creative Cloud Desktop Application will not work

After migrating to a new computer (Mac Book Pro running OS 10.9.4) I can't run any of my creative cloud apps. When I try to start, I get a prompt to download and reinstall the Application Manager. After installation, the creative cloud dropdown tray is completely empty without list of applications or him sign-in fields, and I get the same prompt when you try to start an application.
I tried reinstalling several times, so to delete the opm.db file but still no luck.
I'm completely stuck here, what more I can try?
Problem solved by a very helpful guy on the support chat!
(I'm sorry, but I can't say what was really the cause that it was fixed by remote access)

I tried to reinstall my creative cloud on my PC subscription. Windows 8.1.
I get only a blank window, no possibillity to download something.
I tried one of the suggestions forums to disable AAM addon. Does'nt makes no difference.

try to leave the cc app and try to delete the opm.db.
the location of opm.db should be.
Open the command run: % appdata%/local/adobe/oobe.

Creative Cloud Desktop app will not install. How can I fix it?
Whenever I have download the installer and start the process, I get a message saying that the installation could not initialize. Running Windows 7.

"Setup failed to initialize. File not found. ' or 'could not initialize installation. This could be due to missing files.
first of all, rename folder OOBE OOBE.old.
to find the OOBE:
Win 64 bit OS: Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Win 32 bit OS: Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Mac os: HD > library > application support of > adobe > caps
Mac os: USER > library > application support of > adobe > OOB
If it fails or isn't the exact error you see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall.
If you use an installation dvd:
Copy the contents of the drive in a desktop folder and install from this directory.
If you are using a mac:
1. try to create a new user account in Mac with administrator privileges.
2. connect to the new user, navigate to Mac HD > Application > utilities > Adobe Installer folder, locate products such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and uninstall the
3. navigate to the user library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
4. navigate to Mac HD > library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
5 restart the installation.
If everything is applicable above fails, check your Setup logs:

Creative cloud disappeared and will not re - install
So I had to installed creative cloud and used it very well, but then it disappeared somehow. Now I tried to reinstall it but does not even open the setup.exe. I have not received any error messages or anything like that because it simply not open.

It seems that the exe file has been corrupted, please remove the desktop app using cleaning tool.
Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application
Also rename the location Adobe application manager
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe
Again try to install the creative cloud using this link.
Download Adobe Creative cloud apps | Free trial of Adobe Creative Cloud
Please check that no firewall and antivirus enabled on the computer and also you should have full administrator privileges.

Creative Suite 3 creative cloud because uninstalling will not be installed
I messed up Creative Suite 3 uninstall before installing the creative cloud. I do not own the company through which I bought Creative Suite 3, so I don't have access to the disks etc. Creative cloud not install installation exe file = error 1

CS3 (or any other version of the suite) should not cause a problem with cc.
Uninstall anything cc which might be installed, own cc by use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems, restart your computer and reinstall the cc from here desktop application, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use the app to install your programs of cc.

Creative cloud desktop application does not start!

Since the upgrade to Windows 10 I was not able to open the creative application of cloud. I uninstalled it and reinstalled and I still have the same. Opens the creative cloud but not has nothing about this except the settings button which opens the dropdown menu with help (no help at all), PIN at the notification area and Quit. Or I can move me, minimize or close it!

I called Adobe support. After several attempts to fix it, they took a folder called "caps". Don't know where it of located, but basically, after removing the caps, CC desktop application file showed no apps installed.
Apps reinstalled and I now have the latest versions. If notifications will appear when there are updates are is unknown at this time.

I tried to uninstall all my programs and re - install but it didn't work. I seems to be connected as I am able to download apps directly from the adobe website. However, I can't sync my Typekit fonts more!

- Uninstall Adobe CC of the machine (Creative Cloud help |) Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app)
- Set the "Read and write" permissions on the files of Adobe for all users in the following locations:
- / Library/Application Support /.
- /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support /.
- Restart the computer.

Creative cloud desktop application does not load Apps
I downloaded the creative suite and configure my account with adobe, but my creative cloud application does not load apps, it remains on the blue spinning wheel, despite clicking 'Download now' on some apps it invites. Any help would be appreciated.

Go to Applications--> Utilities--> Adobe Installers.
Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud.
* If it says application runs in the background, and then open the activity monitor and close the process creative cloud.
Once the creative cloud is uninstalled then follow it mentioned below as follows:
Please go to the library
1. click on Finder, click go and navigate to the folder
2. tap / library and click on Go
3. go in Application Support and Adobe and then delete the OOBE folder.
4 repeat step 1
5. Type ~/Library and click Go
6. go in Application Support and Adobe and then delete the OOBE folder.
7. go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud?promoid=KLYVF
Download Adobe Creative cloud, install it.
If the steps above do not work. Try to enable the root user account, and then try to open Adobe Creative cloud.

CC desktop application will not be installed
Office CC asked to update. The update failed and caused the app to stop on Surface 2 with windows 8.1. Remove and reinstall fails to restore the desktop application. The installation fails with the progress bar about half full. No error code no installation just leave with windows error message. Any suggestions?
I decided to try to remove all the applications of CC but this also.failed of operation due to the absence of application manager. I couldn't get install so I finally found the cc cleaner tool and he had everything remove.
CC Cleaner and a passage in regedit, get rid of superfluous things got the system in a position where it would have actually install the desktop application.
Bottom line of all this is that CC is essentially a rather unstable system. It's obvious from the many messages of the forum. In addition, the chat feature live does not provide support that nobody is there to answer the Bell.
