I have a computer HP dv6-3225dx laptop running Windows 7 and Avast a/v.I think I have 5 ff but am not sure because I can't find the orange button mentioned in the video on start-up, I can find no navigation or toolbars. I've been a loyal user of ff since you first started the latest version of ff 3.6 and never had a pblm like that. I uninstalled Chrome because of this kind of hassle. Looks like the Navigation bar is what you have now. What happens when you press the Alt key? You see the Menu bar, at least temporarily until you press another button or click a mouse button. When this Menu bar is displayed, press the V button to open the view menu, and then move the slider on the toolbar and click on the menu bar menu item. The Menu bar should then stay open all the time and you won't need to deal with the orange Firefox button.
