  • I think I have a pirate in my computer help please

New programs are running on my computer and a new user has made (Trusted Installer) and I do not have access to delete files. I have a password on my computer when I start I have to enter.  the new program is in Sync Center. Somehow someone found my paypal password and transferred $1440,00 in my account. I have Avira antivirus program. No detectected virus. I tried to close access I'm not really sure what I'm doing but may have hoped that someone could help me. also engine schedualer of tasks begins with himself and what is mobsync.exe

First of all, if you use the hacked version of Windows or non-genuien, the only solution to roll pirate is to backup your data and format the PC. Pirate or not authentic software could not be protected. Check your Windows Firewall and Windows Security Center to check and make sure that firewall is enabled and running and evrything is green. Download and install any update and service pack for Windows. Go to the following Web site and a full system scan: http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/center/whatsnew.htm

If the hacker is still there then some Trojan or Spyware can be detect and remove all. Stole Paypal accout may also through phishing, make sure that you have Anti-Phishing, if you are using Internet Explorer 8, or Internet Explorer 7 phishing filter ensure is on.

    Go to https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/helpscr?cmd=_help&t=escalateTab
and then contact and describe the problem with them, they will help you regarding PayPal issue but remember do not sign.
During these processes do not connect any Web site and do not enter ANY personal information.
Go to the following Web site: http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/cu_sc_virsec_master?ws=support#tab0
and look for the removal of the malware, try using the telephone number and contact telephone rather than by e-mail in case that hacker could not see you.

Center Windows security check and solve errors there (something red or yellow)

Also, make sure your USB ports. I have a small device at home (jokes), which, when it is plugged in, makes the jump autour mouse and keyboard go crazy. They aren't dangerous, because they have never press on enter or left click, but you may have been pranked courses. Called the phantom Keystroker. If not, ask the nearest person who is more likely to be pranked and ask them if they did. To turn off the unit, simply unplug the device (and if you want to get your own back, plug it into their computer - LOL!).

Or, you may have malware on your computer. Try some ordinary scanners and free as the scanner online ESET and free malwarebytes. If none of the suggestions work, please reply and we can go from there.
